They deleted a great deal of my photos and will not respond to my emails. Many were of my deceased mother and now I fear I will never see them again.

I don’t understand what I’m supposed to do
Loved it
I loved it at first, but now it just glitches every time I get somewhere to start selecting which ones I want to delete I literally can’t even complete the action to delete it. I don’t know what’s going on with it. It’s fully updated, but I was really looking forward to using it and I’ve paid for two weeks of subscription. I really had high hopes for this app.
