I got the trial version of this app, the next day I cancelled the subscription but they charged me $9.99 anyway, now I’m trying to dispute the charge. This is a Scam!
Horrible so don’t do it!!!
If I knew in a month’s s time that I’d be charged over $50 I never would’ve signed up for that. Definitely not worth it and there was no way to request refund or anything.

I was told I would get a 7 day free trial before the purchase would be go through on May 1, well that did not happen, they charged my account immediately. I accepted until they ask for my Apple ID & password to have access to remove emails. The App would not allow me to access my Apple ID saying it was the wrong password. I’ve been using the same Apple ID password as long as I can remember. It worked fine to purchase the app so why not now. I requested a refund and was denied 3 times. I don’t recommend this app for that purpose along with false advertising. Really I could have delete the item from my phone myself without the app which is what I to do anyway since no access to my Apple ID. It’s Not Worthy of the purchase.
Not free subscription - do not fall for the word “free”
I wanted to try a 1 week free subscription. After that, it was supposed to be 9.99.
Well. 8 just unloaded the app and it immediately charged me 9.99. So I cancelled it immediately. I’m gonna see what I can do about getting a refund but I suggest nobody tries this app unless they are 100% okay with paying for it. B/c I had to pay for it immediately and I only had $40 to my name and they just took $10 and I wanted an “actual free trial” before deciding if this app was gonna be worth it. Not get charged $10 unwillingly and the have to go through the aggravation of hoping for a refund in a timely fashion.

I don’t understand how you’re able to advertise an app that you “claim is free” but all of a sudden requires a Credit/Debit card along with an agreement to proceed with a Subscription BEFORE YOU CAN USE IT.? Doesn’t sound like any Free I’ve ever heard of 👎🏻👎🏽👎🏿

Find a working trustworthy app that doesn’t cost 4x more than unlimited storage.
Deleted app immediately because it’s the same as every other “cleanup” app. Nothing special. Unless you’re looking for one to blow money on with no return.

$32 a month is way too expensive for an AI Cleaner. Trying to cancel, has been impossible.
