Mistakes
I only wanted to try the free version to see if I liked it and it charged my card for a year subscription. Ugg that’s not what I expected it to do.

I paid to use the app, then once i paid, it crashes every time I try to use it to actually clear up space, like i paid for. So i can’t even use what i literally paid for

The app said cancel with in three days pay nothing. I cancelled as soon as I saw that I had signed up I thought I was just reading about the app and it was already deleting my pictures it will not remove until I say it’s ok but it took me for $39.99 and guess what no one to talk to or get it removed from my account.

Only works on Gmail accounts
If you think it will work on emails you have in Outlook etc., think again. Very misleading. Also, I got no alert that this would renew so I’m stuck with it until September, 2026. Got no help from Apple when I tried to get a refund because it doesn’t work. It says you can cancel and unsubscribe from people sending you you unwanted emails but you can’t unsubscribe from anything. Also it only deletes about half of the emails I marked for deletion.

Not Useful
I understood I was getting a free trial but I was charged for the year price that said it was $39.99. So how was my card charged for $60? Also within the first few minutes of exploring it, it was clear it wasn’t what I wanted.
