The first was the app freezing and locking my phone to the point I had to power it off to get access again. 2nd - it seems I can’t cancel until I pay for at least a week, to be able to request a refund instead of just cancelling. None of the links to info work. I recommend you look somewhere else for this service.

Why do I need a google acct to clean my iPhone it doesn’t make sense to me and every time I use google I loose my phone acct so it’s not in my best interest when google keeps snagging my acct from me. I’m not a fan of google

I spent 45 minutes swiping through hundreds of photos, it gave me a confirmation that the photos had been deleted but everything was still there in my gallery. I would have been better off just going through my gallery deleting everything one by one.

Not able to understand what the app is asking to do and I don’t want to delete anymore photos. I want to clean my email and that is not offered once inside the app.
False advertising
I have been looking for a phone cleaner for a while. I wanted one that did not charge a lot. This ad blatantly says the app cleans for free, not just downloads for free. I downloaded it and was asked for money after a trial period. That’s not what ad says.
