Scam App DO NOT DOWNLOAD - Pitiful “Customer Service”
I have never written a review for an app before. This is the first time I’ve made an exception. I would rate zero stars if possible. Do not download this app. I had the premium feature. I was cleaning up my inbox and removing myself from mailing lists. I accidentally removed myself from a list and asked customer service how to reverse this. They told me there was no way and to reach out if I had further questions. I then asked if there was a way to tell which lists I’d been removed from. I never received a response from them, despite over SIX follow-ups. They could easily respond and say “this is not possible,” but instead are ignoring customers’ emails. It’s one thing to have a poorly designed app with no way to reverse deletions, it’s another thing to ignore respectful follow-ups from customers.

Stop paying for storage, but storage is as little as 99 cents, your claim for something that’s free is as high as $40 dollars? So us old folks are a bit smarter when figuring out which is the short end of the stick.
“OLD PEOPLE”
you do understand the reason old people delete their abs and delete their pictures manually. It’s because we are on fixed income, and we can barely afford the phone a lot alone an app that you have developed that you want to charge a monthly outrageous fee for we may be old stupid!

It says it’s free you can use it to delete 5 pictures before your daily limit is up and then it’s $9.99 a WEEK! Not worth it!

Went to use it to delete videos and it just ran and ran for over an hour saying “deletion in process this may take a few minutes”. I finally shut it down and am trying to figure out how to select it.

In the maybe 3 minutes I’ve had this app open, I’ve been prompted to buy the paid version(which I don’t see was a thing when I downloaded) FIVE TIMES. You can only delete 5 photos a day unless you pay. Well I am going to delete a sixth thing today: this scammy app!
$10 per week & dishonest “free trial” scheme.
They get ya with a free week trial scam that is pretty smart on their end. It got me. I canceled my trial before it ended so I wouldn’t be charged.
All good.
I opened the app a few days later & lo and behold I had an offer for a 7 week free trial !
I was stoked & obviously did it.
Canceled again before trial was up.
No prob.
Fast forward to the next time I’m checking my Apple charges and WHAM BAM two charges for Cleanup. Once for the extra “free” week trial I’m assuming, and once for I have no idea what.
I did the appeal & they reversed one charge but not both.
I can only imagine how many people either say “oh well it’s just $10-$20” or how many more just don’t check their charges.
$10 bucks times however many people try the app and that’s a lot of freaking money.

The app regularly quits and when you re-open to find your place, none of the selections you’ve made for a category have been saved. So frustrating.

I have over 80k photos in my album, but when the app gets almost done scanning my photos it crashes. When I restart it, scanning resumes at around 79k and it quickly crashes again.
I also wanted to run this in my iPad and found their app doesn’t natively support the iPad. The usable screen on an iPad is about the same as the phone form factor. Their support response confirmed this, saying it isn’t supported on iPad.
Lastly, some photos it identifies as exact duplicates are clearly not the same. So, don’t blindly trust it to remove duplicates. It should identify these as similar so the user knows to take a close look, as it appears to do with other similar photos which I can see in the minute or so the app runs before crashing.
I do appreciate that a free trial period was given; I’d be more upset if I wasted money on this app. This is the basis for two stars instead of one.

Great concept, poor execution
I downloaded this app and was pretty excited to see all of the features it had but I was really disappointed because every time that I tried to do something it would just close out before I even got to delete anything. Just Green would freeze up and just exit it out on its own so it ended up being useless for me. Also, $10 a week is a really steep price for this.
Crashes constantly
I pay for the premium version of this app, and yet it still crashes CONSTANTLY. It is totally up to date and no other app on my phone cashes like this. I will be in the middle of deleting photos, and the app will just close. Then I’ll go to reopen it, and ALL of my progress is lost.
lowkey wouldn’t recommend
I only got to use it for about three minutes before cut me off and wanted me to pay. I barely got to delete any photos. I promise you there’s some better apps than this one.
