I have played for days now for long periods of times and I think I have only played two games like they show in the ad which to me is a big fat lie but they sure do fix it so you’re always having to buy and spend money and that is not worth it to me relaxing enough to me to always have to be buying or spending money. if I want to spend money I’ll do it on a more enjoyable game

Really tired of all the ads that take so long to end. There are even ads when you win the puzzle!
Set up
Anyone thinking of downloading this game I want to tell you how it will become after you get so far where you are pushed into playing events. And when I say push I’m serious they literally take you from what you are playing and put you on the event. Anyway at that time the levels are set up for you to lose you won’t get enough moves to complete the level and they will have given you a couple diamonds but not enough to use them to continue to level. You’ll always be one or two things away from beating the level. You’ll be ahead of the person they have you playing against which is most likely not a real person. So you don’t want to lose. If you lose you’ll “lose” all these gifts you’re supposed to receive because you’re gonna be the person you are playing against ! It’s whoever beats ten levels first. Anyway the diamonds are extremely expensive. It takes five of them to get more lives if you don’t complete the level, you know run out of moves. It’s set up for you to run out of diamonds quick. You’re gonna constantly buy diamonds to continue playing the game. You’re gonna enjoy it until you get tired of paying so much to beat a level which like I said they don’t give you enough moves to win! Just don’t say that I didn’t warn you. You’ll see I’m right once you start being able to win prize which are useless if you’re constantly having to have diamonds to get passed a game. And you’ll see you’ll have to use diamonds and only had one thing to have done to beat the level. And you will beat it on the first move you make after you used your diamonds. Just a money suck game. It’ll try sucking money right out of your bank card credit card whatever it is you’re gonna use to not lose!

Ads Keep Crashing the App
Ads will lock up the app and give a black screen causing a need to reboot the app. Very annoying.

Portions of the game will not connect to the internet which is needed to play the game. Tried contacting support thru the game and all I get is an AI response that gives me suggestions of things to try that I have done. I need to be able to contact the support team. Game has been fun until the last set of mini games were added.
Huge disappointment
I joined to play the puzzles the ads show. 90% of the game is moving gems to blow up. Mindless. Cost too much for too little.

Freezes in “Festive Season”
Been playing for years and now when I go to play it just jumps to the “Festive Season” page and won’t let me out. I’ve deleted and reinstalled multiple times, restarted my iphone, and nothing works.

Could you please fix the ads so that the ‘X’ appears once it has played through? As of now, it doesn’t always appear and I’m forced to close the game app and reopen it. I understand why ads are necessary, but if I have to keep closing the game to play it, I’m going to one of my other games and forget about Clockmaker for a few weeks. | 09Dec25 I have deleted the game. Accused of “suspicious activity”. I can only guess it’s because I played it too much & I don’t want FB tracking my progress. ‘Bye!

Overrides IOS settings and now forces you to play what it wants you to play
Even with global background refresh turned off for everything including clockmaker, when you check the individual settings for this app background app refresh is turned on and cannot be deselected. Creepy and a security threat. What else has this app disabled?
And now players have less autonomy than before because the game wants to decide what you play when and it keeps dragging you to where it wants you to go. These developers keep moving in the wrong direction.

Wasted data on watching ads
You can’t play a game or move around to the difference subjects or levels without having to watch a full ad. You are just wasting time to watch ads.
Way too many ads!
I used to like this app, but now I have to click off or X out of sometimes 20 pop-ups trying to get me to buy this or buy that before I can even try and play the game. Once I’m in and I play a game then I have to go through the same pop-ups before the next game. I’m done with this. Waste too much time too many other games that are better without all the sales
Fun at first, then forces you to spend money or not progress
I devoured this game for the first couple of days it was downloaded. Now I’ve reached a point where you really can’t advance unless you spend money. There’s about half a dozen “deals” that pop up every time I open the game now. You can’t play without a pop up for a new “buy it or lose it” deal every level.
It’s one of those games that gets so difficult, the only way to go forward is to spend money. I’d rather watch ads in between every level then constantly be harassed about paying for gems or power ups.

Makes zero sense
Game goes all over the place so you never advance the story. The games aren’t explained, forcing you to guess what the goal is AND SO MANY ADS. More time watching ads than playing.
More ads than play time
I played for about a month and in that time I saw about 847 ads. There are pops every time you move to a different screen in the game. Waste of time and brain cells.
Ads Keep Messing Up My Game
Every time I click on an ad to get a double item it gives me a white screen that I can’t seem to get out of, I wait and nothing happens! It ruins my progress for the game and I have to do the level over, never did this until I updated. Garbage game do not download this.

It was simple back when you first introduced it, not many ads. Now you can’t even get the ads off the screen, which is YOUR FAULT. You own the game & developed it quit blaming the ad companies. I loved the challenges but ads ruined it for me I deleted it & won’t be back until you stop being so greedy & fix the ad problem. By the way I don’t mind spending minimal money on jewels sometimes. Thank you for your attention

I enjoy the game and the puzzles are fun. I only have to problems with it. The number of ads is maddening. Also it made me feel like a show dog being put through my paces. I was being hustled from one task to another with completing any of them.

I deleted it after one day. If you like candy crush, you’ll probably enjoy it. If candy crush is tedious and boring to you, like it is for me, don’t bother with this game.

Too expensive to play lately
I’ve been playing this game for several years and what I am finding now that in order to complete a level there are never enough moves and you have to buy “rubies “ to get the moves you need. It’s very disappointing to see a company do this. Looks like after playing this for years I am going to drop it- it’s too expensive to keep playing it.

This used to be my everyday game, but now with all the “extra” games and events they force you to play before you can get to the main games, it’s become annoying and not worth it.

I have played this game for a few years & enjoyed it. But, recently it seems as though the ads have gotten way too long. I play other games that advertise the same products, and their ads are much shorter, like 15 - 30 seconds. I shouldn’t have to watch 2 minutes of ads.

Disappointed
Where are all the “fun” things that were advertised? Those lead me to get this. Haven’t seen/played one yet. It’s the same puzzles over and over, and they just get worse. Less matches to make you buy, buy, buy. We shouldn’t have to purchase more helps to get thru a level. As if purchasing actually helped one pass it, always oh missed it by one. Sad that one has to click X five plus times to get back to play. So disappointing.
Not worth the bother
This app is like one of the old “choose your path” books that were popular back when, just without the option to actually choose your path. The puzzles are the same way, if you have vision issues and take a while to look at the things, the game automatically highlights what you need to do. Seriously, why bother? Add to that the issue that the game is constantly pushing you to join their Facebook group, and it is a flat out NO-GO, especially since they can mine a lot more data and information from peoples’ Facebook pages. Facebook is a fracking plague in the first place and I want nothing to do with it. The only upsides to the game is that it looks really good and kills time. Nope, I’m going to stick with my jigsaw puzzle app.
