Used to be a good App no longer is.
This app used to be so amazing and so reliable. And now in 2025/26 it is completely unusable and unreliable.
No customer support
Can't get constant video to work. I texted over 3 weeks ago for instructions after trying to figure it out with the FAQs and online searches. Nothing.

I had hoped this would be a very useful tool. However you pay up front then there is no way to refund when it doesn’t work correctly and it doesn’t. The devices won’t connect. When looking at settings on an iPad it shuts the program down. Just wasted money and time trying to get it to work. Completely unreliable for a huge need.
You have to pay separately for iOS and Mac versions !
I paid for the iOS version. When I tried to use the same App Store account on my Mac, it asked me to pay again
We need a update
This app needs to update it ASAP! It’s been a very long time since the last update. There is bugs in the app that need to be fixed.

Connection issue - unusable
I bought this app three times on three different iphones.
1. Baby unit on iphone 13 mini - to keep it in baby room
2. Parent unit on iphone 13 pro - that I use to monitor
3. Parent unit on iphone 15 pro - that my wife uses to monitor.
Whenever i connect to the baby unit, it connects but the signal strength bar keeps dropping completely down and gets full strength again. Whene'er this happens I'm having connecting issues making this app unusable.
If the developer can help me fix this issue them I can change the review and the provided stars

If you are trying to use a phone and a watch together, do not buy this, it will not work.

This is clearly advertised as able to be used with an Apple Watch…but you need THREE devices if you’re going to use it with a what h, which defeats the purpose of having it on the watch at all. Total waste of money and shady marketing.

Can’t even create an account
Have no idea how well the app actually works because I can’t get beyond creating an account. Each time I try to confirm my password it clears it out and asks me to re-enter it. Waste of money.
Needs 3rd device
After emailing support I found out it needs a third device to be used. So in short, I can not use my iPhone and Apple Watch together with this app. It would require a third device to be the “baby monitor”. Therefore the app is useless for me and I wasted my money.
Don’t buy this if you have an older Apple Watch
My watch is too old to update to the required version to run this app. It requires 9.0 and my watch only goes to 8.8.1 and will not download so I can’t even use this app. It’s incredibly frustrating that I found out after my purchase of this app. Scam to the max.

I was unable to pair a parent unit with a baby unit. I was also under the impression that you you could use this with one iPhone and an Apple Watch. Turns out you need two iPhones, which requires a $5.99 app on both phones. It is a waste of $5.99

Will not connect to Apple Watch
I’ve followed all the troubleshooting and have not been able to use my Apple Watch as a baby monitor, despite the page saying that Apple Watches are supported.
Waste of money
Finally got the app up and running! Concept is great but the execution is poor. Video lagged and audio was in and out. I do not recommend this app

the camera doesn't work in the dark, so if I turn on a flashlight, but then the baby wakes up. It's worth it just for the audio.

Apple Watch feature will not work
Just bought and primarily wanted to use the apple watch feature. It says on Apple Watch your iPhone is not monitoring even though it is. Tried everything I could think of to do. With such great reviews I wonder if the new update messed it up….

I’m a stay at home mom. I only have my phone and my Apple Watch. It will not run whatsoever on my watch even though it says it’s compatible with it. Disappointed I spent 6$ on it and can’t even use it unless my husband is home.
Does not work with my Apple Watch
Tried to use my Apple Watch and iPhone as baby monitors. Though it will not connect on my Apple Watch. Thought I could use my phone as the receiver and I would hear what’s going on my Apple Watch. Not the case.

WiFi wouldn’t work, only Bluetooth and that was the only reason we wanted the app (Bluetooth ranges awful at my parents house). Works well on Bluetooth but WiFi functionality busted.

I’ve used this app for years
I’ve used this app with many of my babies for years and when I get a new device, I can’t get it to share with the family. It says it’s works with family sharing, but it doesn’t seem to actually work with family sharing.
Used to work
I really liked this app when I first downloaded it. I can be literally ANYWHERE outside the house and still take care of my daughter thanks to this monitor. Unfortunately now I can’t even step outside my door or anywhere outside my WiFi range or else it detect the monitor. Smh really no use for this app if I have to be near my WiFi to use it.
Won’t work on phone
This works fine on iPad and phone but I can’t get it to work on my watch. When I open up the app on my watch it’s just a blank black screen.

Not good with different iOS
For starters it would have been nice to know if I used the same iOS then I’d only pay once. I have multiple iPhones but used an android since it wasn’t being used. I just as easily could have used my wife’s phone. Additionally, it only works if the iPhone is the baby unit and the Android is the parent unit which is the opposite of what I wanted. If it was a free app I wouldn’t be complaining . I’d like a refund for a least one of the charges since it could have been avoided if the app made me aware of how to avoid the 2nd charge. Instead I found out with a Google search after the fact.

Works great if room is lit
Most inexpensive video apps come with night vision function. This is just pitch black video even if night light is on in room.. can’t see anything
