Instant Ban on New Account - ruining my brand name
I am leaving 1 star out of extreme frustration. I registered a new account for my poker streaming brand (Poknix). Before I could even join a club, my account was permanently discontinued. Your automated anti-cheat software clearly triggered a false positive because I had USB Debugging which my tech guy told me most likely triggered it. I completely understand the need to block bots and RTA, but banning legitimate streamers who are there to promote your brand instantly over standard screen-casting tools is incredibly detrimental. I have already sent a detailed appeal to support. I expect a real human to review my device logs, recognize this error, and restore my account. I will gladly update this rating once this is resolved.

It’s a shame that they can’t figure this out because it is a good platform. It is obviously geared for action. The bad beats are like nothing I’ve ever seen in my life, they’re there to keep all players in and contributing I guess. Unfortunately, this does not allow you to actually play poker. It’s just like plain slot machine.

Runouts are rigged
The amount of suck outs and bad beats I have seen in only a month playing this app is absurd. You would never see that many crazy runouts in a real life game. Once in a while is ok but this app clearly and obviously juices runouts all the time in order to create more action. Weaker players benefit from this rigged setup much more often than they should. Especially when playing low stakes

Worst runouts
If I could give zero stars I would. I wish I could just say I’m unlucky but you literally lose any way possible. After reading other reviews it is what it is. I’ve never cashed out on this app, torched thousands and it’s always the same way. Prime example is you have nut flush draw, 10 high board I have A/J suited board is 10-5-5 two hearts I get it all in on flop against kings. I turn the flush. He has 9% I’m 91% the river is the case 5 after another player shows they folded a 5. I lost thousands of dollars like this and never cashed. I should win 9/10 but lose 9/10 instead the math never maths up. Every hand cracked by garbage cards or mediocre play. Save your $ and avoid this app.

Imagine paying $50 monthly subscription for a year, finally win/earn some money, only to find out there's suddenly no longer a way to earn L$. App is juiced
Played a lot of poker on this app and there’s no question in my mind that the juice the algorithm for action. The frequency of flushes, straights, aces and kings just doesn’t happen in regular poker games.
Explanation Of How It Is Rigged
Club GG uses a PRNG not a TRNG. If you look at their certificate it says it’s a RNG which is true, they just don’t classify it as a TRNG or PRNG. Mainly because if they displayed it as a PRNG no one would play.
Here is the difference between a TRNG and a PRNG.
An RNG (True Random Number Generator) produces numbers from unpredictable physical phenomena, while a PRNG (Pseudo-Random Number Generator) uses deterministic algorithms and a seed to create sequences that appear random but are predictable if the seed is known.
This means that 1) your odds are not as displayed
2) you win based off of factors and variables different than just odds.
Also, it should be removed from the AppStore and the government should get involved . Not because of gambling but it’s a fraudulent organization who claims that they do not deal with real money, this is the same claim that Massiv union has.

I have played over 500k hands on this app, it’s not rigged (the card distribution is normal, you can download hand histories and run it through a database if you don’t believe me).
However the app crashes constantly if you try to watch any type of videos while playing it.
It’s also sorely lacking in other basic features.
A good example is the app kicks you off the table if you background it, when you are waiting for game to start or on a waitlist. Just stupid.

Most likely rigged
Don’t have solid prof but I just got this app and played 5 sngs busted on all 5 on the river when I had it all in when I was ahead 2 times on the turn and 3 times on the river, 4 one outers and one flush got there, complete joke of an app the calls that were made were literally queen high on an A105 board when I had a 10 shoved and he calls and hits a queen on the river this happens all the time here, fix this or no one will play here, I have screenshots of all the runouts too if one of your customer service reps wanna reach out and explain to me how this is possible, 5 times in a row this happens my first time playing the game and people are making calls that make absolutely no sense and get bailed out on the river 5 times! Joke!!
