Seems fun but can’t play
Ok, I got introduced to this game via add, I thought it would be fun. WRONG! I can’t even play the game. It wouldn’t load and I thought that was SO STUPID. I don’t know if it’s an internet problem or what.

Latest Update is a Stinker
I play the daily game every day. Now it’s gotten harder, there are more times where there are no moves and you have to guess or buy a clue. That’s annoying but the change to get rid of buying hints or extra lives by watching ads is terrible. An extra life costs 900 coins!! Hints cost 300!! The prize for winning is only 40!! THIS DOES NOT MAKE THE GAME BETTER. I’ll probably drop the game if this doesn’t get changed.
Unplayable
I used to really enjoy this game. I understand devs need to make money and don’t mind watching ads. But since you took that away, it is impossible to progress without spending significant amounts of money. A lot of times there are zero clues so you have to buy a hint. There are also lots of bad or poorly written hints, it didn’t matter before but now is frustrating and costly. I will stop playing and hopefully you revert to the ad model
Inaccurate
Although it can be fun, many of the tips are not accurate. For example “the person to the left of the female firefighter is innocent” and there is no one to the left. Or “Chris has 4 criminal neighbors” and there is in fact not 4. This leads to frustration and failing of the game. I like a challenge, but only if it’s a fair one.

It doesn’t give you time to collect candy canes for the last prize!!!
Puzzles
90% of the time the puzzles don’t even give you the proper hints that follow a linear path and then I get punished for it yeah let me add a hint that eliminates or clears literally no one making me have to randomly select someone to try to start another chain Im not saying its to hard its just obnoxious

This game does not live up to the ad and you only get one or two lives. This game sucks I’d rather play Roblox seriously how does someone make a game This boring with this many ads?

The game should be called guess master at this point.
This game is not a clue game. IT IS A GUESSING GAME. The clues tell me nothing and I literally have to guess half the time. If I had a dollar every time I lost a game just because of the bad clues I would be rich.
Not as advertised
This game makes no logical sense and the “clues” they give you are never enough to find out who is innocent and who isn’t. You have to play a guessing game or watch long ads for help. Don’t waste your time on this game it’s a waste of a download.

Pointless hints
This game intentionally leads you to dead ends making you guess, only 2 lives so you guess wrong, lose and have to either watch ads for lives or watch ads for hints. Garbage ad farm game.
Charged me to install
Game says free but when I went to install it, it asked for my credit card. I assumed for age verification purpose. But it instantly double charged me $2. Beware.
Underdeveloped
Make more build levels asap!! Don’t just give up on your game. Don’t give up on me!
Too many bugs
After not playing it for a while the game upon opening wouldn’t function right. It had the menu at the bottom but nothing to fill the whole screen. Like the tabs wouldn’t open. When it did, I clicked start and you could tell it registered my tap, but it just didn’t do anything. And then I tried reopening it twice, and an ad was covering that menu now so I couldn’t do anything even more. Uninstalled it immediately.
Doesn’t work
The escape room thing of putting a card with another card to do something doesn’t work. Tapping it, dragging it, I don’t know what to do cause it doesn’t say. What a useless game.

Too expensive to remove ads. Around $11 usd for a game that doesn't function well and has very basic play/graphics. You get ads after every game starting on the lowest levels. You don't make many coins (maybe 5 per level) but one clue is 50. Uninstalling

escape room challenge is a scam
limited time escape room challenge keeps randomly resetting on me! doesn’t even matter how many times I finish levels without any errors! the whole event is not worth it if if’s impossible to finish it!
Problems with progress not saving
I reported an issue regarding my progress not saving and have gotten no response or even acknowledgement. I love the game but can’t accomplish anything or complete tasks. I’m hoping the developers may actually see this review and at least acknowledge the issue.

Makes you watch an ad for changing windows
Actually, it’s a pretty good game. Ads are about average. But this is the only game that does the gripe I have. They’ll force a video if you change windows (not during an ad). So basically, if I need to switch to my media and change a song, when I come back, they play an ad “while they are loading”. Lie. No other app I have ever had has to load back while moving between windows.
Battery Drain
This puzzle game makes my phone super hot, almost too hot to touch and drastically drains the battery. Whatever it’s doing it’s full of unnecessary bloat

First things first, this is a fun game which is why I have stayed with it so long but enough is enough!! Too many of the clues are starting to be outright lies which causes you to lose. And I do mean straight up and up, bald-faced lies!! I am done! I will no longer support cheaters!
Ads Designed to Force Spending
Ads after literally every level. You cannot complete side games without watching ads. You can only remove ads for 60 days for $15. Ridiculous.

Although the game itself is cool, more often than not the criminals are usually black. This further perpetuates the mindset that all black people or people of color are criminals. They need to fix it now.

For example, in level 71, there is a clue in E4 that says EXACTLY “Rows 2 and 4 have more criminals than innocents.” If you count the rows separately, there are exactly 2 criminals and 3 innocents in either row respectively. 2 is not more than 3. Even in the scenario where the solution to the clue was that both rows combined had more criminals than innocents, THEY DON’T! Combined, the total number of criminals is 4 and the total number of innocents is 6. 4 IS NOT MORE THAN 6 EITHER!! This clue is factually incorrect and misleading.
These incorrectly clues are very annoying & unnecessarily cause the player to lose hearts to them. I hope it can get resolved. After it is, I will change my review.

Nonsense Clues
Around level 110, the clues don’t make sense or are wrong. They even have grammatical errors. At a certain point you have to guess which defeats the purpose of the game.
The new update SUCKS.
I have been playing this game for a year now it was great except for the ads… Now that the new update came out, it costs 900 COINS just to GET 2 LIVES. AND I CAN ONLY WATCH AN AD ONCE TO GET 1 LIFE. I RAGED SO HARD AFTER I WAS ON THE LAST LEVEL OF THE SHARK ATTACK AND I FAILED BECAUSE THE CLUES DONT MAKE ANY SENSE. PLEASE FIX YOUR STUPID UPDATE. PLEASE! Then maybe i’ll come back to this game…
Was fun, but now the ads have taken over
I was fine with the few misleading clues, and choosing to view an ad for an extra life or bonus, but now that ads just randomly pop up during game play, it is time to delete the game.

lowkey fun until I was playing a level and the guy said “all columns expect mine have an equal number of criminals” IT WAS THE OPPOSITE OF THAT this was level 136 and this caused me to have to watch like 10 ads because I kept losing because the clue was not right.

Not every puzzle is solvable
Intimates that each puzzle can be solved using the clues provided, but they cannot - meaning you’ll have to use clues or hints. Defeats the entire purpose and satisfaction of a logic puzzle.
Amazing game ⭐️ BUT a BIG problem!
I played clue master since 2024 and they had a glow up! But there is a problem they added a thing called a ticket 🎫 and if you lose all 5 of them by quitting the game or loosing then you have to wait 45 minutes! And it is really annoying and this game is so fun but because of the tickets I don’t know if I can still play this game anymore because I have plenty of other games to play this game is not considered a good game now please take away the ticket thing because it’s really annoying!! 😡
Unable to build
I have been at a stopping point now for months on building. It keeps saying “coming soon”. I’m getting board with it. Also, lots of ads.

Impossible Clues
This game is fun, but around level 110, the clues stopped making sense. Often times, they are incorrect and don’t match anything on the board. I really enjoyed the Escape Room mini-game, but that is flawed too. After making it through entire levels, the game resets and makes you start over. After happening twice, I gave up.
Annoying bug
I’d usually give this 5 stars as an enjoyable well made game, but the bug in the Escape Room event is ridiculous. I was having so much fun with it, but the game randomly resets to the first level in the first chapter, even if you’re on chapter 3 or 4. You then have to replay ALL the levels to get back to the highest level. I’ve restarted and tried, it’s so annoying.
Escape room levels broken
The escape room levels are kinda cool. Too bad after the first one you have to watch an ad after each level and another one to unlock the next level. I got halfway through the second story and the game randomly took me back to the start of the first story. I’m not watching all those ads to try again.

Cause if you don’t have enough points to talk to a witness you’ll have to watch an ad. Either that or you basically had to guess, and you only have 2 lives to guess.
So you can barely walk through 2 levels without having to stop for 30 seconds or more for an ad… 🙄😒

Way too many ads now
This game was cute and really fun, but this new change to have an ad after EVERY SINGLE PUZZLE UNLESS you buy their special No Ads pass is ridiculous. And the ads aren’t short. They’re 10-15 seconds minimum. Why would I want to play a puzzle I can solve in 30 seconds and then have to sit through an ad of the same length before I can play another? I’m deleting the game. Don’t waste your time unless you want to pay $14.99 every 60 days
