Previously the volume has been SO LOUD it’s impossible to use. Also the log in and just basic livestream functions break ALL THE TIME.

Frustrating use; lack of respect for users of the free version. Content is full of teasers for paid content in addition to advertising. Pick an existential route; this greedy double dipping may not be kind to your future.

Streaming no longer works
It used to be a very convenient way of watching CNBC, but the streaming app no longer works when you login through your cable provider. Also, the Apple TV app hasn’t worked in months, it does however, work on the fire stick- until today. I have found a way around this by streaming through my cable providers app. It was nice just going to the CNBC app in the past.
Fix Apple Watch notifications
Please fix the Apple Watch notifications. Every time I open the app I get notifications from the day before and from earlier in the same day. Watch vibrates like crazy one after the other.
Disappointing Application
Way too many issues with this application. Constantly logs you off, many times it takes days for the shows on demand to update, commercial breaks. It’s my favorite channel to watch at home but unfortunately horrible application.

Live stream literally never works. Logged in with cable and it never works. This app is trash since they spilt the company up.
Worthless App
I spent WAY too much money for an annual subscription to be a CNBC’s “member.” Live streaming has never worked on their crummy app. They no longer list institutional ownership of individual stocks. All the good info is behind a further “Pro” paywall.

They need to constantly re-login, on regular basis makes me question the intelligence of those who developed this app.
U.S. futures disappeared (along with live stream)
Where can I find futures now? They disappeared. I think March 18 update was the culprit. Nobody is paying attention to recent reviews (mostly 1 star). Poor quality control on new releases.

Not what it used to be. The news on CNBC For the last several years has begun to resemble MSNBC. It has become a left-wing news outlet hiding behind business /finance leader interviews. Really sad.

Love the content, when I can get it
App is often having issues. For a while, I had to sign out every morning and sign back in just to stream.
Today, nothing will fix the issue. I’ve tried killing the app; different device; sign out and sign back in. Just the circle drain icon of “you’re not watching today”.
Support has been responsive in the past about “known issues”, but it’s still frustrating, particularly when we’ve unbundled content such that there is now a direct, attributable cost for content - and yet you can’t consume what you have paid for - very frustrating.

Slow to update
Incredibly slow to load basic information. May need to find a better application.
They don’t make it easy to opt out of your data sale!
If you value your privacy and don’t believe you should have to fill out any forms to protect your data, just delete this app. That’s what I did when I saw that requirement after downloading the app….Pitiful!!!

This was a great app but it has continued to go downhill after becoming part of Comcast.
It previously has a lot of good free content but now their are so many Pro and Club only articles it is time to delete this app and find a better product.

New app update
I updated the app and now nothing works
On Demand is marginal at best
If I’m paying $15 a month, I should be able to record, pause and watch TV shows immediately not hours or a day later. Let’s get up to speed with everyone else. Fox one does it. I know you can too. I would love access when and how I want it and not have to wait. Give me a reason to keep CNBC+.

Glitchy
This app is the glitchiest app I’ve ever used. I pay $15 per month for a subscription that’s faulty, unreliable and frustrating to deal with due to the time wasted trying to access content. I’ve deleted and reinstalled multiple times, my phone is up to date, after each reinstallation it starts working again, but whether it’ll work the next day after that is a coin toss. The AppleTv version is even more of a problem than the iPhone version. No other app or subscription gives me these problems. Absolute rip-off.

The app loads a movie trailer without user consent. Is it 1995?? If I can’t control my app experience and you force me to watch a trailer, I’m deleting. Too many other good finance apps available.

After jumping through all the loops to sign in with cable provider (Verizon) the live stream just sits there and spins. Both in the iOS app and the AppleTV app. Basically unusable. (Have the latest update)

Ever since this network was spun off and put under the Vermont umbrella the app no longer works for the live stream feature at all pretty much no matter what at least for me specifically when I try and sign in with my TV provider, you just get the spinning wheel of death doesn’t matter if you’re on Wi-Fi or on cellular network just extremely disappointing please fix this

New app functionality is outweighed by constant uninstall reinstall . Happens on Roku as well.
52 Week High Low limit disappeared
It appears that the entire section displaying 52-week high/low ranges as well as 10-year high/low data has been removed. This information was previously easy to access and extremely valuable for tracking market performance, historical context, and long-term trends.

Too much video auto play
Even with auto play turned off, video ads keep taking over my screen and I can’t get rid of them. Deleted app and will only use website from now on
