SMS code never sends
As others have said, long registration process and then the final step is an SMS code - this is after it’s already verified your email. Unfortunately the SMS will never get to your phone, and there’s no way to bypass it so you can’t use the service to pay on the train. My partner tried from his android and it’s the exact same behavior. Better find a vending machine that will let you tap to pay or have some euros.

Worst created app I’ve ever encountered
No reason to require both email and cell phone verification to use this. Text to verify cell phone (which is completely pointless when email already verified) never sent no matter how many times I tried. Whoever made this app is a disgrace to humanity.

Don’t waste your time. Overly complicated and unnecessary to purchase something from a vending machine. App never sent me a pin.

Worst app I’ve ever used
It didn’t even work after going through the trouble of giving it my phone and email. It says my account doesn’t exist when I clearly made one. Why not just use a card instead of this dumb app that doesn’t work?
Horrible app
This app is horrible and that’s an understatement. Cannot receive any SMS and the fact that you have to give so much information just to get a cup of coffee is crazy.

That’s the most stupid idea to create an app to buy a cup of coffee. Download an app, create a profile, share your personal information, and then the app doesn’t even work. I can’t even image how many sales this company is loosing just for not accepting credit card machine.
Requires text PIN verification which sucks if you’re traveling abroad
They require PIN via text message to verify your account and start using the app. Useless if you’re traveling abroad and can’t receive text messages. I wish app allowed verification via email only. Was excited to use this app for the coffee machine in my hotel since I never have coins on me, but requiring text verification for customers who are likely traveling abroad and unable to use their regular SMS service was a poor choice.
Can’t authenticate
To authenticate phone number one is supposed to get an SMS, but I never did. So I can’t use it. Probably because my country code is USA. no coffee for me.

Doesn’t work. It requires a PIN code to register, but never sends you the PIN. I tried several times to get them to send one. No luck.
What a waste of time.
Spent 20 minutes trying to register to purchase a snack. did not accept the SMS code they sent me and then getting error messages when requesting a new code. never could use the vending machine.

Whoever is behind this app is a technology illiterate. Zero ux ii knowledge. Where is the Apple Pay button? Welcome to 2025 people.

It asks for so many unnecessary amount of personal info just to make a bloody purchase at the vending machine. Even after all of that onboarding fiasco I still didn’t get anything from the vending machine because I haven’t received the ***king pin. AVOID!

I should have read the reviews before trying to use this app but we were thirsty and wanted to buy some things from the vending machine. This app puts you through an unnecessarily lengthy onboarding process. After confirming your email, you still need to confirm your phone number and no text with a pin has been received in over an hour after several attempts and even doing captchas. This app is primarily harvesting personal info. Not worth it. Avoid 1000%

This app does NOTHING! It’s simply to capture user data to market to. Do not download. Never sends SMS message. Useless app. Zero tech support. Avoid avoid avoid.
Impossible to sign up
It doesn’t let you do anything until you confirm both your email and phone number. Problem is that you don’t receive any pin code text so you can’t confirm the account

Terrible Forget It
Are zero stars an option? After completing numerous captchas it still won’t let me register. Tells me there’s a problem with my connection. You know the same connection that worked perfectly fine to download your useless app. Tried again and did the countless captchas… guess what same story. Avoid it.
Broken Registration
This poorly supported app won't let you register. They insist on an SMS code but that process doesn't work, at least for US numbers, so you can't register your account. There is NO support link or any other way to ask for help. The developer seems unwillingly or unable to help. Avoid the app. If you're a vending machine company, find a different company to use. The machines here at my company are losing a TON of business because the app doesn't work so no one can buy anything.

This app is bonkers. It wants both your email and cell phone number, requiring confirmation codes from each. This will not send you a SMS code. Our group of 11 raced to get this to work and not one of us could get a code. Beware.
Terrible use case
I am in a pinch where this is the only way I can buy laundry detergent at the moment. The verification pin will not send to my phone. Reddit showed me this is a common problem but no solution was found

Horrible app! Literally has $5 of my money that can’t ever be used at any of the vending machines. I bet they created this app to simply take money away from people because there is nothing you can do to receive a refund. 0/5 stars. *DO NOT RECOMMEND*
Not very user friendly
I’m unsure of how often this app gets updated or has any bug fixes but it needs it badly! I’ve tried to register several times, the issue is that I don’t get an SMS message for the verification code. It accepts my email just fine though. This needs to be fixed in order to use the app. I can’t attest to the rest of the functionality of it because I can’t get past the initial set up. Quite disappointing when wanting a quick snack or beverage in between meals. Not much of a convenience.
What is this app even for?!
Not only is this app incredibly hard to register for, it’s completely unclear what benefit it provides. Even after giving it both my email and phone number it failed to send an SMS for five minutes. It is clearly just a way to harvest personal information from people who want to use a vending machine. Do not download. Use cash or just get a snack somewhere else. The developer of this should be ashamed.
System doesn’t work
They require you validate both email and text, but I never received the text code. Really frustrating when you’re just trying to make a 2 € purchase for some coffee.
SMS text not coming through for set up
I’d love to use this app but the sms text doesn’t come through. Not sure how to fix.
No Text Confirmation
After signing up, I was able to get the confirmation email, but they never sent any confirmation text no matter how many times I tried. I can’t actually set it up without that confirmation text so it doesn’t work. For me that’s the definition of a one star.
Does not work!
The app simply does not work. When you attempt to verify your account, it will request a code that it has sent via SMS. You will never receive th code, even after multiple attempts. There is no way to avoid this, making the app utterly useless.

This app is a nonsensical alternative to normal CC tap to pay technology. Someone came up with a much worse idea, then implemented it poorly, then tool away the better alternative. It's a terrible design, terrible user experience, ridiculous email and phone verification. I'm surprised it was published in the app store. Try again 👍🏻

Why does it take 20 minutes to set up when I just want a coffee?
Coffee should be quick and accessible. This app is the exact opposite of that. There is no need for them to have my phone number and email, as well as confirm it. Likely deleting asap.
