Referral Rewards Never Credited & Too Many Performance Issues
I really wanted to enjoy this game, but there are several frustrating issues that need to be fixed. The game lags frequently, and sometimes if you’re in the middle of earning a reward when it freezes or lags, the reward is never credited to your account.
Like Dice Dreams, the game constantly pushes you to make purchases whenever you run out of spins or coins. I understand in-app purchases are part of free games, but the game becomes very difficult to progress without spending money.
The biggest issue for me was the referral program. Since I wasn’t spending money, I invited my husband using my referral link through Messenger. At the time, my referral progress showed 1/2, meaning once he joined I should have received 150 million coins, 400 spins, an additional 90 spins, and the extra 60 spins for a new Facebook player, which he was. I watched him use my link, download the game, and start playing, yet I never received any of the promised referral rewards.
That was extremely disappointing because I followed all the requirements exactly as instructed.
I’m willing to update my review to 5 stars if my referral rewards are credited and the lag issues are addressed. The game has potential, but these problems take away from the experience.

One of the dumbest games
What’s the point of this? It’s so boring, it shouldn’t be considered a game. I’m only playing it to make money on Freecash.com, which I’m actually going to stop because the requirements to make any money from this game are ridiculous, it’s not worth anyone’s time. Whoever spends money on this game is beyond stupid.
Watch out you loose your points Monday morning
I was just a few away from getting the 345,000, + extra. I didn’t realize they take it away and you loose it all. I will no longer be making purchases. I could have so t that and saved all the points and didn’t know it. Lost my desire to waste anymore money. Seems unfair to end it like that. Not everyone know this and would have been worth the extra at the time. Now not spending any.

I don’t feel like I can actually play the game because of how many things pop up on the screen.

Somewhat Fun Concept Ruined By Greed
The casual gameplay in this is somewhat fun, and it can feel rewarding to progress through the various villages. With that being said, be prepared to click through 8-10 popup ads advertising various “deals” every time you log into the app, run out of energy, or at various other points the game decides.
The also has various specials where you can earn bonus rewards, which seemed like a fun concept. After playing for about 20 minutes straight I achieved the conditions to said reward, and magically the app crashed. I tried loading back in, and it says my internet connection isn’t working. I have tried multiple apps that all work, and am even writing this review on the same connection the game states does not work.
Between clicking through countless popup ads, the game glitching to prevent you from receiving rewards not paid for, and a gameplay loop that gets repetitive extremely quickly, I cannot recommend avoiding this game enough.

Asks entirely too much for you to pay
It’s fun, but sometimes suggests 6+ times in a row for you to purchase.
Way too many pop up ads
Playing via fetch after board 200 things take a turn you don’t get fetch points, potion points don’t get added .. what was fun is frustrating. No support available but lots of pop up adds every few mins tho encouraging you to buy more
Glitch
The game glitches and errors ALOT especially when making purchases and giving you rewards. Do not spend money playing this game or you will definitely lose it. Customer Service will make excuses not to refund or give you your rewards. DO NOT spend money playing this game.
Terrible support
The app glitched, I lost two jokers and I missed out on 400,000 energy. The “support” team basically called me a liar and said too bad.
Ripped off
I have recently passed a level on the survey app called Hey Cash and I have not received my $30 dollar payment and I have put a good amount of money into this putrid game . I have already wrote a review on Trust Pilot and am getting ready to take this to Better Business Bureau soon
Rigged and genuinely ragebaiting af
Don't waste your time or money on this annoying game and it's spammy ssa micro transactions. This company makes thousands a day on micro transactions but still expects you to buy their in game currency that doesn't even make sense to buy cause you get so little for how much you're paying. Been playing the coin master games for almost 8 years and it's still the same B.S., still the same manipulation, still the same ai bots in game, still the same doodoo ahh game and it's literally no different than the other coin master you just don't spin a roulette wheel on this one 😭🙏

I explained this to support, but they were unwilling to help or offer any solution. It’s frustrating because the game is enjoyable, but the invite system and customer service experience need improvement.
