Cannot view protected images
Cannot view images that are requested even though they accept it. Also it would be great if you allow us to view their protected images automatically when they send us interest..
Deceiving and fraudulent billing practices
They use deceiving and fraudulent tricks to setup your autopay on for renewal when you sign up without your consent and knowledge. You get charged without your authorization. And it becomes non refundable.Be careful. Fraud as there is no easy option to cancel autopay or remove your billing card. Use best practices to deceive customers.. chat will direct you to send email and they never respond to emails .. someone need to submit complaint about them in cyber crime branch .

Changed me 3 times for a single purchase. Try to contact customer care chat and couldn’t responding.

This app has been super buggy that it crashed every time I launched it. There’s no update for the last 6 months.
App crashes no matter what you do
It is not that easy to use the app unless one has enough patience to open the app multiple times just to view a profile. App keeps on crashing no matter what you try. Doesn't even allow you to scroll down..
Doesn't work. Is quasi scam as well.
The bugs that broke the app have not been fixed in this version. In addition to the fact that these people run an elaborate quasi scam by replicating data from BharatMatrimony without informed consent (which I discovered recently after my dad accidentally renewed my subscription), I'd recommend avoiding this service and its app.
App does not open
Very bad update. App does not load at all, crashes all the time after this update.

App doesn't let me login. Enter user id and password then click login, it will crash. I don't know why, they advertise us to install this ios app in their website. Please make a fix or take this app down .. Frustrated user

Not compatible with iPhone X
This app always have bug issues and keeps crashing. BharatMatrimony maintains well, but why not this. They both owned by the same company. I wonder why they don’t take much care of this one.
