With the latest update you can’t even log in to your account. No option to make a payment. Can’t believe this is an actual financial institution in the year 2026. Total clown show.

Credit card app
The application to sign in is horrible. It’s very long process and it forces you to share your information and even says it’s gonna share your information with third-party services without being able to opt out so basically without your permission.
Limited Functionality
Every time I have to pay a bill for the card associated with this app I weigh the pros and cons of closing this card and what effect it will have on my credit score. It’s unparalleled in its limited functionality. The login process feels like it was programmed by the CEOs third nephew twice removed as a favor for missing last year’s Christmas party. Please for the love of god spend some of the monthly fees you charge me and hire a real app developer!!!
Predatory/Misleading/Scam
They hide the fact that there is a yearly and monthly fee. They will not let you even close your account until the yearly fee is paid. Trying to deal with them on phone is an absolute joke. They spam offer “credit protection services”, which is a total scam. During tax time they were suggesting I use my tax return to pay them. Wtf? That’s presumptive and quite rude of them. I paid off balance, and quickly closed my account. Please avoid this company and save yourself a major headache. Reporting them to BBB, and I suggest everyone that has been scammed by these guys to do the same. Avoid.
Poor
I recommend being very careful before opening this credit card. In my experience, it has been one of the worst companies I have dealt with. The app has constant issues, payments do not process properly, and the monthly maintenance fee is very high compared to the benefits offered. At the beginning, they advertise many advantages to encourage you to open the card, but later those benefits do not actually work as promised. Overall, I consider this to be a very poor and unreliable company.
Go somewhere else
Give you a credit line for the first month. Then they drop it down to $100, crooks

Good luck actually getting your card. They’re quick to charge you a massive annual fee though.
Trouble logging in
This is the second time and second phone I have tried downloading this app. Once I get to the log in page, a constant loop of loading screens that verifies if I’m human keeps reloading over and over again.

Dishonest & conducting illegal activity
Won’t let you disable the harassing level of spam they send. Only option is remove email which they then penalize you by charging a ridiculously excessive fee for a paper statement when all you want is the marketing emails (8 a day!) to stop which the fcc has stated is illegal by the way!
They harass you with card offer after card offer so you can have 3-4 cards with them but will never issue a simple credit line increase on your one and only card because they want 3-4 monthly fees, annual fees and can collect 30% interest on 3-4 accounts instead of 1!
This card company is the definition of a predatory lender that will without a doubt ruin your credit over time. The minute we pay the card off we are closing the account and we’ve reported them to fcc better business bureau (they have a F rating btw!) and we are contacting the USA credit authority because there is so much illegal dishonest activity with this card company there’s no way they should be allowed to operate the way they are!
Not to mention, you will never get an American when you contact this company. Their entire operation is outsourced to the Philippines and India, not a single USA personnel. You are just asking for identity theft with a company that relies solely on that kind of support network.

predatory company, charges yearly fee then after one year charges you a monthly fee AND a yearly fee. Absolutely zero benefits, charge you for other services you font sign up for. predatory money hungry company DO NOT sign up for any of their credit cards.

App not letting me sign in
I have tried every single troubleshooting strategy to try and fix the issue. I put in my log in credentials and it’s all correct I go to sign in then it just goes to the start screen again. I need a more updated app that has the log in integrated into the actual app. Right now it’s using a website and that’s not connecting to the app. Can we get a fix for this awful bug.

peggy stand ally lied ally did not cancel my payment on the first and they pulled 1400 instead of 70
peggy stole another 300 yesterday from due balance that was negative so 2 overdreaw charges plus 700 dollars i didnt have im on a budget she also was wring about the dates of charges and lied about being able to stop payment they dont even have the dates right on. peggy said it was fixed yesterday and its not its worse and instead of stopping the second payment from processing they said they would refund the first one and before that tried to only give me 400 of the 1400 back so im going to sue and if they retaliate again by shutting off access its going to be worse update i have 1090 on a 700 card and am negative in my bank account because they stole an wxtra 699.35 theyve failed to give back and there are now also overdraft charges totaling 20$ and i have to pay fees for cash access

Regretting the day I ever thought of opening this card with this creditor. This has nothing but a nightmare, the app sucks and doesn’t work, always some sort of glitching, just sell yourself to a competitor and be done with it

THEY DO NOT HONOR THE AUTO PAY SETTING, THEY CHARGED 2 PAYMENTS IN ONE MONTH . WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I HAVE ABOUT 5 CREDIT CARDS NONE HAVE TAKEN MONEY FROM ME.
Very devious card, avoid it
A very terrible card. Once it is your due date, the refuse to let you pay, you can’t login, the app keeps acting up. Whenever they let you login much later on, the app will process your payment for the next day, so they can charge you for late payment.

Lack of Lock Card Feature
