Consistently Wrong
This is the worst of the airline apps that I use. The interface is confusing and archaic, while the data and booking information is constantly incorrect. On my 4 most recent flights it reported the wrong class and seat assignments and I had to request a printed ticket to assure the proper seating. Also, if you choose to upgrade your seat, the cost of any prior upgrades or pre-assignments are not credited.

Need to add API 75 hours before flight, but apps keep on crashing when attempting to enter passport expiry date.

Incapable of doing the sole job it is designed for, which is to enable some Joe like me to spend hundreds of dollars in airfare. Some queries dead-end, others can’t tally the total without the request crashing.
I guess I have to pull out the Mac and try their website instead, but honestly: It doesn’t speak well of the airline’s core competency and attention to detail when their public-facing app is this bad. Maybe I should just deal with KLM and Lufthansa…

Terrible App
The app redirects to the browser requiring you to log in for almost every action, the seat navigation and check-in was the most broken and stressful travel booking selection experience I’ve ever had.
Departure Date Bug
If it can’t find your booking and you’re sure that you entered the right info, try putting in the day before or the day after. Flight leaves the 20th and it only found my booking when I put departure date as the 19th
Good intend, but bad execution.
Very odd design, No login option to your Condor account. Trip lookup doesn‘t work. Very laggy at times with random errors. Should get a huge update to be usable like other Airline apps.

I have issues with the on line booking. I pick a date and if I need to go back and look at the details the website takes you back to the current date. A mistake was made by me and I booked the flight the day it went back to and I paid for a trip to Rome the very next day. I booked the mistake the evening of the 8th of July to fly out on the 9th of July. I was booking for September 9th not July. So now I am not able to get a refund even though I had purchased the ticket not even 24 hours before. It’s very difficult when the web site goes back to the current date. Now I lose money on two seats that went to Rome empty.

First of all, too many clicks to even get somewhere. Second to edit booking you have to be lucky. App is not properly handling time zones, so if you fly from sfo today, app doesn’t find your ticket today as in Germany is already tomorrow. User name is case sensitive, and lastly app can’t properly fill API request so your booking is not found. :(.

Doesn’t let you to check in if you do not fill the frequent flyer program (is not a required field and has an option of “no frequent flyer program”.
I even called them about this issue and told me to use another browser (sorry but I think that they don’t know what they are doing)

Terrible app I can’t find my booking at all! Found it and checked in perfectly fine online, but on the app it keeps saying it “can’t find your booking”?! Waste of an app

There is not a good thing to say about this app. Nothing works, API function is garbage, and good luck talking to a rep. If there app is this bad then I may come to regret flying with them. And how this has 3.9 stars is mind boggling because all I see are 1 star reviews saying the same thing about how bad it is.

This is by far the absolute worst airline travel app I have!! There is no option to log in and out whatsoever! Also, it won’t allow me to search a recently booked trip even though I’ve entered my info several times!!

I wasn’t able to check in online. You website made me run around in circles. I wanted to make it easy for Condor but it wasn’t possible.

I cannot locate my current booking because every time I try to select my departure date it populates with a random date. I cannot bypass the entering the departure date. This app is not user friendly

The app cannot find my bookings. This isn't a temporary problem and not a user problem.
I suspect that the date picker can't handle US date format and the wrong date is sent to the server. Short of that I have no idea why the app can't find my bookings but everything is fine on the condor website.

The app has so many bugs!
I’ve never been motivated to ever write a review about an app before, until now. The Condor Airlines app is terrible. There are so many ways in which it’s terrible that I don’t have enough space on the Internet to describe it all. It’s useless!
Zero stars
Using iPhone 16 pro and NOTHING is formatted correctly. There is no way to log into your account, no way to retrieve reservations, so no way to get boarding passes or anything at all useful. What is the point of your app, Condor? It is literally useless.
Requires Persistence
Frankly, this is a poor app. You can usually get what you want eventually, but you have to be patient for data to load (with no indication that anything is loading) and you have to accept that it is likely to crash a few times
When checking in through the app I eventually got to the part where we were to get our boarding passes. The ‘add to wallet’ function didn’t work, so I had to have emails sent to myself and my wife, then we clicked on a link in our respective emails, which loaded a page that had a link to add the boarding passes to our wallets. Mine put my boarding passes in my wallet. My wife’s email link also put MY boarding passes in her wallet. I had to go back not another part of the app to access all of the boarding passes to my wallet and then Airdrop a copy to my wife.
Honestly I think Condor hired Elon’s boys to ‘develop’ the app while they were playing beer pong.

UI is buggy
UI has serious layout bugs that will push the “submit” button off the bottom of the screen where it isn’t accessible via scrolling. Partial workaround is to use the accessibility pane to set your text size to the absolute minimum. Barring that, go buy a phone with a large screen.
Failure at every level
Fifteen minutes to fight with this buggy app to get passport data in only to be informed that we have to go to the counter to get tickets.

Terrible App. Drop down menus often don’t work and App results in missing data and error messages. Feels like a beta and far below intl competitor apps

Simple functionalities like check in and boarding passes are hidden.
After sending me through a 30 min check in flow to check in two people, I only received 1 boarding pass. No explanation where the second one went.

Terrible app and customer service. App is buggy beyond belief. Additionally I’ve had to file a complaint with the DOT due to their refusal to refund me for services not rendered.

Use the website. There is no bene fit to the app. It is archaic. Crashes, doesn’t sync and just plain old has the black and white circle o death. The Germans build fine cars but they’re no good at developing this app.
Data entry is impossible and always wrong in this app
For three years I have tried to use this app to enter my API information. Data entry is impossible - I have to select a day one day PAST my birth date to get the entry correct. After three years, I figured this out.
Now it doesn’t like the way my name is entered, in spite of my doing exactly what it calls for.
I entered my API in My Condor in the web, and while it was no picnic, I believe it stuck. Oddly, the two do not sync.
While I like Condor’s inflight service, their customer-facing IT is horrible. It hasn’t improved one whit in the three years I’ve flown them. Have to hope their cockpit IT is a heckuva lot better!

Useless waste of code
The app’s unable to retrieve booking details even though the information entered is correct as evidenced by the fact that with the same information the booking details can be retrieved online. This app is total garbage.

Worst app I’ve ever seen. Shame on the developers of this app. Using the exact same booking number I used to find my booking on the website, I got an error from this app saying “booking not found”.

Don’t fly with them they will NOT give you a refund my mom payed $2562 and they said they can only give us $70 per person so if your not trying to get your money stolen don’t go with them out the workers are disrespectful they hung up on me when I was trying to see you I can get a new flight and they said If I want to still go I have to PAY THE SAME AMOUNT I DID BEFORE they don’t do vouchers also so before you think of flying with them PLEASE DONT

Can’t log in to MyCondor with app but can log in from safari. Totally useless. No wonder they tell you to PRINT OUT your receipt.

Login with my account credentials isn’t possible. Flights I’ve manually added are gone the other day…. Please Condor, fix this app! And btw my Lufthansa App is showing more information about your flights than your own app….

App shows the wrong flight times and connections. Triple checked that the booking reference was entered correctly. Embarrassing how they offer a digital service of such poor quality.
Horrendously atrocious
One star is too generous for this abomination of an app. Checking in for a flight is impossible. The app is slow as molasses, rejects perfectly valid field entries and resulted in an entire hour wasted trying to check into a flight with no success. Called customer service who said “there’s nothing we can do for you. See you at the airport.” Unlikely to consider Condor for future flights based on this experience alone.

Scammed?
This app is really worthless and honestly makes me wonder if I’ve been scammed!! Booked and paid for r/t tickets from US-Europe PLUS paid for my seating already.
Now less than 1 month from my trip, I can’t even get into my account that I created. I tried deleting app and reinstalling it with no help. I tried looking up my reservation using my reference# and being told THERE IS NO reservation found!!!
I have copies of my CONFIRMED reservation and receipt with how much I paid for the trip. I can’t find anything for my seat reservation though but I guess that’s because I can’t get into the account!!
Not sure if I’ll be flying with Condor again. It’s too much of a headache just trying to figure out how to get their app to function properly!

Difficult to set up and add profile info. The questions and inquiry asks for too much info and will not submit unless I add all the info even though it is not relevant.

Why in the world would you create an app that cannot be logged into so you can track and manage your airfare bookings?? Reading the reviews, this app has been getting bad reviews for years…is Condor actually reading these reviews? Regardless, not a good reflection on the customer experience likely to receive while flying with them.
