Unbelievable amount of ads
Every review response is the same. You are keeping it free and trying to balance ads with gameplay. Well, you are not achieving that balance. The game is awesome, I would gladly pay to remove ads. But that’s not an option and you say you are working on it. But that was months and months ago. Ridiculous to be interrupted over 3 times per level. Greedy. And your response is now even more ridiculous as it is a copy paste of every response.
Using offensive terms
This game is fun enough but uses outdated offensive terms to describe groups of people. Despite bringing this to their attention, they have done nothing to solve the issue or do better. Do not download or support these creators.

Game Interupted
The game itself deserves 5 stars. The app does not. I understand the need to use advertising-you’re not charging money for this game and income has to come from somewhere. However, the recent addition/increase of brief ads IN THE MIDDLE of gameplay-in the middle of a LEVEL-are ruining the enjoyment. I was barely halfway through a level and had already been interrupted with these weird brief ads 5 TIMES-even while dragging a word to a new location. I was really hoping this was just a bizarre glitch. But no, still there after the update. I’m already looking for a similar game that doesn’t do this.

Too many ads. Used to really enjoy the game. Today attempted to play the daily challenge and had four ads pop up in a minute. Making it unplayable.

This game is fun I liked playing it … when I could. It seemed like every time I made the groups of words I’d get a ad for 45sec to over a min. I emailed the makers because under the in app purchases it says no ads 4.99. They emailed me saying there wasn’t any. Well then don’t show that you do have ads but you can purchase not to get them. And there is no reason for the amount of ads. Just because the game is free .. I’d pay the$ for no ads to play this game. But I don’t want to play just to watch other games I don’t want to play.

This could be fun if it had a reasonable ad frequency. It seems like they are way more frequent than when I first got this app. I know there are tons more ads than in most apps. Am deleting it now. It's not fun to just sit and watch ads. Greedy people ruin apps.

And if you can BUY COINS you could BUY NO ADS but you refuse to let your customers do that.
There’s an ad every 3 minutes and absolutely no way to remove them. Not even by paying. It really takes the fun out of the game when you’re making connections and are forced to stop for 45 seconds to watch an ad for a game that doesn’t even exist.

Used to be really fun but the ads have become ridiculous. An ad popping up in the middle of a puzzle is crazy. Replying to low ratings saying that they are “working on it” is a cop-out. I’d happily pay $10 to have no ads but they don’t have that option and now you can’t even play in airplane mode all of a sudden. Not worth playing anymore

I really like this game, but I just can’t stand how many ads there are, how long the ads last, and how irreverent the ads are to me. I hate this and it’s too bad because I enjoy the game!
Annoying
As I’ve told you before, I like the game, and I can deal with the ads between games but NOT mid game when I’m trying to think. I’ve quit several times because of the ads mid-game and every time I come back it’s the same thing and I end up quitting again. Also, stop asking me to rate the game when you don’t care what I have to say. You will never get 5 stars from me unless you cut the ads mid-game.
Would be 5 if not for SO MANY ADS
This game is fun and challenging, using words I’ve never heard of. I’m almost up to level 200. But the ads are constant and very distracting. It would be so much better if there was an ad removal option.
Language option disappears
I play this game in portuguese and out of nowhere the option to change the language disappears and you are forced to play in English. I even deleted the app (lost all my progress btw) and it didn’t work
No more levels??
I was somewhere in the 1100’s level wise and now the only option random levels. I really loved keeping track of my progress. This is making it hard for me to want to continue to play the game.

Categories can be repetitive and so obscure, tailored to technology (lots of initials) or gaming. Would rather see more wide-ranging subjects about geography, animals, and sports

Ads between levels, ads in the middle of levels, adds for hints I understand but why SO many ads? Ads to go back to the menu after you’ve completed a level and ads if you wait too long to open a daily level. I have to open and close this game at least a million times to avoid the ads. The features are fun but I’m tired of avoiding ads to play. I’m sure many others like myself would gladly pay to be rid of them to finally enjoy the game.

Cannot exit ads when they are done. So you likely get the revenue and players get nothing. Was enjoying the game but this is unacceptable.

It’s a really fun game but the amount of ads you have to deal with ruin it. I had 6 ads come up within a 15 minute period. That alone makes me not want to play the game which is unfortunate because it is fun. There’s also no option to purchase anything to remove the ads.

Please make a paid version of this game so I can avoid the ads. I quit playing because I was so frustrated with the “3 minutes of playing, 1 minute of ads” cycle. I want to be able to just keep play uninterrupted.
