Like the concept, but not the pricing
There’s no geo location setting so you’re not able to find someone who’s near you, at least you’re not guaranteed in your area. There’s some features I didn’t even look into. The pricing is terrible. Cheapest is $14 a week, 2 weeks will be more than a Netflix subscription. The cheapest plan comes to around $185 for a year, which is insane for something I am not even sure I’d like. Also to pay that much for something you could get banned from at any given point, because someone who won’t like you reports you is nuts. If you’re a privileged rich person I guess it’s no big deal. I work a 9-5 and struggle, so for me it ain’t worth it

It looks like this is only for users born in 1979 and younger. You should mention that. The app just would not let me change the birth date anything older than 1979. :(
Weird App
It doesn’t allow you to delete your account or your photos. I downloaded it for fun but there’s virtually no one. The app is confusing and there’s a lot of Chinese bots. Not even real people. All is pais and your picture will never leave the app. I tried. Creepy. I can’t believe this is allowed on apple but I’m filling a report.

🚨DONT DOWNLOAD🚨I downloaded this app and immediately after I cannot connect to the Internet I looked and saw some weird things on my phone. Soon as I deleted the app my Internet connection came back.
Expensive
There should be some free features, like maybe letting people talk a bit before they start spending money on the app. I can’t even see if the people who want to talk to me have anything in common with me to k own if I want to spend money to talk to them. I don’t mind spending money on an app, but there’s no point with this one since I can’t even tell if it’s worth my while.

So many accounts asking for my telegram and asking for money. Countless women who connect, say hi then don't answer ever again like any other app. I met ONE real person who I became friends with. This app is a joke if you're a man. Do not waste your time. I wish I could get a refund. I regret spending $30 on this horrible experience.

When I saw the ad on insta I thought it would be pretty good but after setting up my account it says that I have to pay standard to at least chat with people. The ad gave me false advertisement making me think that this a a good app to chat with people when in reality you can’t even do that. And I personally think 30$ is too much to start off especially when you just downloaded the app, I am very disappointed.

Horrendously overpriced
You can’t do anything without paying $30 a month! That’s crazy. There are much better apps out there with better features! HelloTalk, Tabdem. Much cheaper and very beneficial! Not to mention, you can still benefit from those apps without paying for a membership.
Difficult to use
Honestly, when I saw connecting, I was super excited to get to meet more people outside of my community, but everything requires payment. The idea was great, but having to pay for almost every interaction makes it so easy to delete the app. Looking at the other reviews, I agree with them. This app is money leeching and it seems like all the replies to the reviews from connecting is copy and pasted and they have not necessarily made changes to the app to fulfill these feedback, so I have to give it a 1 star.

Are you kidding me? I am not paying to see who said hi to me. And there’s no free trial if you do do pay? What’s the point in even downloading the app if you can’t even talk to someone without having to pay.

I got a text by some guy and he was nice at first but then we talked and he asked me to show my chest and said that if i didn’t he was going to post it on twitter 😤 btw I did not show nothing about me and yet he showed me pictures of a woman naked and told me to do it like that and they are racism he also said he was tired of black women that’s a offense that he said that girls pls be careful with this like I said I deleted my account I can’t go into a app where their racism is bad and thier perverts
Scams
Y’all should really do a video or picture verification process so you don’t have so many scammers and fake profiles. Couple of real people but most of the other ones have the same story, live in one place but working out of country. They end up asking you for money to help get back home cuz of bank issues. They use famous people’s Instagram pictures. Before you talk. To anyone, reverse image search them and you’ll find inconsistencies in multiple profiles with different names.

Connecting 30 dollars per month
The app would be so much better if u can talk to people for free more people would use this app, this app just seems like a cash grab sure there are benefits for paying for the plan but realistically the only thing they should be charging is for your profile to be put out more, but to use all the features is crazy, if 35,000 people pay the monthly plan that’s a million per month and there is definitely more people using this app, I understand this app is a cash grab but at least make it useable for people who don’t want to pay the monthly plan, or advertise that u need to spend 30 dollars a month on your adds but telling people that wouldn’t give ur app downloads that’s why they don’t market the monthly plan, even after I typed all this they won’t change the app

I can’t enter my age if I was born before 1978. I didn’t see any restrictions for age accept 17+. Do you not accept anyone over the age of 46? That sounds like age discrimination. And if you’re restricting by age, you need to put that front and center.

It not good
First when I downloaded this app I had trouble with the verification code and had to contact support jist to get in the app. Then when I finally got in the app I noticed I couldn’t do anything without paying for it. So I payed for the lowest subscription but noticed I couldn’t do anything and can’t chat or anything. I personally think this app can be could without all of the extra features to be paid for. It would be good to have an app where you could learn about different cultures and talk to different people but right now it feels like they just want money for you to even do anything. It’s honestly a waste of money and time.

It costs money to see see who said hi?
When someone “likes” or “greets” you, it costs money for you to see who greeted which means it’s literally impossible to “connect” with people on this app. If you have the basic free plan, then the only thing you can do is literally stare at pictures of people and like them. If someone likes you back, the app will tell you that someone “is greeting you”, but when you press the button to see who did, it pops up a premium subscription plan so you can’t actually check, rendering this app useless. What a disappointment 😔

저는 5년전 21년도쯤부터 앱 쓰던 유저입니다. 5년전만 해도 남성유저들 관리 잘돼있고 이상한 사람들 없었는데(있어도 소수) 근데 점점 지날수록 성욕이 뇌를 지배해 이상한 사람들밖에 안남았습니다. 자기가 매력통화 결제 했으니 자기랑 잘 놀아줘야 한다느니, 다짜고짜 반말하는 사람도 많고 관계 좋아하냐 그런거 물어보는 진짜 이상한사람 너무너무 많아요. 옜날에는 이런 신고 바로바로 처리 해줬는데 시간이 갈수록 점점 속도도 느려지네요. 이런 소개팅 앱에서 남성유저가 돈이 되는건 알지만 결국 여성유저가 유치가 되어야 롱런 할수 있는건데 하다하다 성희롱과 폭언이 남무해 탈퇴했습니다. 첫사랑도 여기서 만났고 추억이 많은 앱이라 여러모로 아쉬운 감정이 많이 드네요.
