New update ruined app
I’m no longer able to sign into app the last few days. Kept telling me my sign in was incorrect tho I had just redid everything multiple times. Hoping whatever I set up for now is good but frustrating I’m now unable to revise the schedule I had set up. Please fix whatever glitch is going on.
Not Functional
Signed up just fine. Then a few days into using the app, it just opens up a gray screen and doesn’t let you do anything making the app completely useless.
Nice While it Lasted
The app worked for less than 24 hours. When it did work, it was slow and clunky to send commands.
Abandoned app
App has been down for a month and support is no help or non-responsive depending on who you talk to that has tried to reach out. There is a Reddit post about it and it looks to be worldwide. Sucks because it’s one of the only good apps to offsite control our Hisense AC unit.

Wrong humidity number on dehumidifier in the app.
I have a Hisense dehumidifier that I bought from Costco. The app shows the wrong current humidity, while the reading on the device itself is completely different. The number in the app does not change at all, or it changes only once a day. I have stable wifi and setup unit correctly.

Remote doesn’t pair with my appliance; HiSense never fixed - told me to use app. Now I have an A/C that I can’t adjust since some crucial features are ONLY on the app or remote - not on the device itself. NO update from HiSense acknowledging the issue even though it’s been down WORLDWIDE all day. If you just purchased your HiSense - return it when you can. Utter lack of ANY support or communication when many of our devices aren’t functional. Force users to depend on an app for basic features? That app better be flawless. This is so far from it, I can’t even.

Stopped working for no reason
Just I don’t know where the app stopped working deleted it re-downloaded and it continues to not work. Who knows what’s going on. It worked great when it worked but now less than a year later, doesn’t want to work anymore?

App doesn’t open
Running the latest version of iOS and ConnectLife app. Upon opening, I’m greeted with a white screen. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and briefly saw what looks like a notice for some new updates, but then it disappears and all I see is a white screen. Renders the app unusable.

Unable to use app - Glitch
The app is glitched, and unable to be accessed. Once you download and agree to their terms and conditions, it will try to open the login screen but immediately crash and go to a blank white screen. Force closing and re-opening the app does not work. Completely useless

I’ve had this app for almost 2 years and every time I need the app to work ( when I’m away from home) to turn on our ac it glitches, logs me out and the app doesn’t work. I’ve downloaded and uninstalled it numerous of times.

App gives me a gray screen when I try to open it. It just stopped working out of nowhere. I deleted app and reloaded. It made me agree to three documents and then glitched. This glitch needs to be fixed ASAP. I purchased this particular brand of AC so that I could keep my puppies comfortable when I am not home and monitor the temperature for them on my phone.
