Game doesn’t work on multiple devices
Downloaded the game on my iPhone 15PM and on my Mac Mini M4. Doesn’t work well on either device and knew within 5 minutes this was a bad purchase based on my available hardware.
The response I received was “Ineligible for Refund” without any explanation or way to follow up with customer service. Waste of $5

Storage bug
The game installed 50gb as “system data” for iOS. Uninstalling the game won’t remove those 50gb storage from my iPhone 17 Pro Max. This is insane.

The system data has
increased by 50GB
Deleting the game never frees up the space it took, because the game files just get grouped into 'System Data.' If you keep installing/downloading it over and over, that System Data pile can grow all the way to 100GB. That's just terrible engineering

iPhone 16 Pro Max and it won't even start!
Yeah, even though it's a pretty decent sale price, for now hold onto your money until they get the bugs worked out. This game won't even launch on default settings. Really disappointing given all the hype.

Уже несколько дней не могу докачать игровые данные. Выдает ошибку на 15-20 процентах и не возобновляет процесс загрузки. После перезапуска приложения начинается все заново. Очень грустно.
Not working
I downloaded the game from the store and then when asked to download the rest of the data for the game, I did so. Twice. And neither time worked. The download finished, but once it was done there was an error that kept popping up and I wasn’t able to open or play the game. I deleted and reinstalled it after the first time and still the same results. I’m really disappointed. I’m using an iPhone 16 pro max, so it shouldn’t be an issue with the phone as far as I know
IP17 Pro Crash on NSC Power Plant
The moment I go up the stairs in the maintenance level, close to the NSC power plant the game crashes. I have no way to advance. Please assist. I’ve lowered all the graphics components I can.
Do not download, it has bug!!
It has storage bug. Once installed then if you delete game, still it takes 50gb of your storage as system data. Apple and remedy screwed up situation. So do not download until they fix this.
The game is great but….
I can play the game so far but only 680 mb downloaded. The install says over 40 gb. Why didn’t the whole game install?

Litany of issues
Alright so I have been trying all day to get this game to run on my 17 Pro Max. Granted I am on the 26.5 beta, this shouldn’t be that much of an issue. I started with trying to open the game at all which was seeming impossible until the 4th attempt at relaunching the game got it to open. After that I couldn’t get past the start screen. Tried to uninstall and reinstall but no change. Then I decided to restart my device after reinstalling. That managed to get me past the start screen. Now I’m unable to start a new game because the app crashes immediately after hitting “Start Game”. Again, have tried restarting the device and reinstalling but still no dice. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get a game to run.

iPhone 16 Plus fully updated. Did a hard reboot. Game shows a black screen for about a second then crashes to desktop. Tried deleting game and redownloading. Hard rebooted phone multiple times. I’d sure like to play the game at some point.

I’m leaving a review because this kind of effort needs to be praised to the highest degree. Playing a AAA game on my iPhone with ray-traced reflections, occlusion, and (some) shadows is mind blowing. As a graphics nerd there’s a big goofy smile on my face seeing this mobile SOC being pushed to its limits. If more developers made ports of this quality I could easily see my iPhone, iPad, and Mac as the only gaming devices in my life. Thank you, team, for putting together such a great port of an amazing game!

I have a 16 Pro max with plenty of storage space.

Good port, baffling design choices
The game is very impressive running on a 17 Pro Max. Definitely a great benchmark going forward. However, the port falters pretty much immediately after that. As others have mentioned the game data gets lumped in with system data meaning you cannot delete the vast majority of the game when you uninstall. MAJOR oversight on their part there. The absence of any sort of cloud progression also more or less makes the entire idea of it running on iPhone, iPad and Mac rather pointless. I can understand not syncing steam or console saves but for a “universal” app, there is really nothing universal about it other than the fact that it runs… Want to love it. Love the push for more games on Apple Silicon. But it feels like they want it to fail if this is the average effort put into the endeavor. Needs patching ASAP.

Beautiful but Incredibly Flawed
Incredible that this title can run on a phone! There are still some bugs that need to be ironed out and unfortunately they are game breaking. Whether that is choppy frames or consistent crashing.
The most frustrating bug is making it to the second zone, maintenance, and being unable to progress further. This is due to crashing when entering areas required for progression. There are two locations near the janitor that always cause a crash.
I have tried restarting my phone and reinstalling the app. No luck.

Can't start the game, it crashes on my iphone 17 pro max on the latest ios version.
About frame interpolation
Although the game visuals are excellent, there is a ghosting effect when the screen rotates after enabling frame interpolation
