Only a very, very special person would take a perfectly working system and mess it up for no reason. What’s truly amazing is that ‘said person’ is getting paid to do it.

Most annoying app
Too many check up emails, texts, and calls. Flock freight specifically. They’ll email you all threateningly to send BOL and seal photos BEFORE YOU EVEN PICK UP. And even worse they hide the PO# until you’re at the location that the driver has to deal with in the app instead of having it already available and VISIBLE on-hand prior to pick up

These companies are nothing but a joke. Don’t download it!!
Worst rates on the industry
It was a pleasure working for Flexport until DAT bought them out. Now, they deny you the supposedly "hassle-free" detention pay-even when everything is fully documented, you’ve made the necessary calls to report the situation, and you’ve stamped the hours on the BOLs. I’ve watched them go downhill little by little, to the point where drivers don’t even bother looking their way anymore. It’s a multi-million-dollar company, yet all they want to pay is pennies. It’s a complete lack of respect for this industry. Let them go deliver the cargo themselves, because as far as I’m concerned, I’m deleting this garbage app.

I have book two loads with them after winning a bid first one got cancelled out the blue while in route to shipper 10 min away it was a battle just to get Tonu.Called broker several times and phone just rings & rings they partner with convoy I had to reach out thru email to even get a response at convoy. And now today it happens again I just drove 137 miles to get here and shipper tells me load is on hold and that they got email from convoy saying don’t load me after calling flexport several time they tell me to standby they are waiting for response from receiver after waiting several hours I get a email saying load was cancelled after driving 137 miles and waiting several hours which is crazy to me it won’t be a third time they whole operation is a joke stay away from them they play to many games

After being sold this company is not as great as it once was. When driver has any problems with loads they will take days giving you simple answers waste money and time

Bad bugs connection issues
Todays update screwed up the app. Cant find location and keeps saying bad connection when every other app works perfectly. Must be fixed asap.
They want to suspend accounts for everything
You guys need to understand that some time loads get rejected deliveries date and time change we do not predict what will happen with the loads and it messes up our schedule in order to pickup convoys load. Let’s be realistic here with time frame and changes in this business.
Horrible Company
Do not do business with the company. They put inaccurate and incomplete information on their rate cons, such as the wrong pick/up times and their app loses signal all the time which make their tracking info incorrect. Even with all of their incompetence, they never take blame or responsibility. The will shift the liability to the driver or the carrier. Their so called supervisors are pompous, arrogant and full of themselves. And their compliance department worse.

I been working with Convoy since they started and they don’t care about anyone all they care is who can move loads the cheapest. When they started the pay was good and now they are a big company they don’t care if you go out of business because there are many thirsty drivers out there that will move loads for free. Older carriers should have preference and better pay.
Horrible (Amazon-like)
You will have an entire week booked with them and they have no issue cancelling every load that is already contracted. They will do this then repost the very same load to try and ship for a lower rate. You will notice many scams to try and Wiesel their way out of some or all of the detention pay.
Got a power only load
I got a load going to spark NV for the weekend the companie was close i wait for 8 hour waiting for a solution i deside to come back to La i had a full week with this load and they dont know where to send me to drop off this load
Not getting paid, terrible rates!
This place is ridiculous!! Completed a load on May 13th 2022 still haven’t received payment Supposedly my payment profile needed to be updated, (05/18/22) which I did, still no payment on the 23rd. Although, they say it’s been “initiated” now as opposed to “ready for payment”. None of my completed loads have been paid out, but the profile states “sent”. No funds have reached my account! I was sent to the wrong place to drop off and the rates for convoy are about as low as you can get!! Really disappointed working with this company. Can’t say I’d recommend them to anyone. Horrible experience.

App location service rarely works properly. Sometime it doesn’t recognize that your at the customer. Other times it checks you out and places job in progress with out permission

I booked a load and I had to cancel the load and I canceled it 8 hours before and the policy says that you can cancel a load before 6 hours and they deactivated my account so I can reactivate my account after 3-4 months and I only have 27% canceled or fall of load, I don’t even like booking load with them because they give really cheap price I did load with them only 7-8 loads a year pls do not pickup the load with them in cheap price pls

They offer low prices because carriers are doing them if carriers stop accepting cheap freight then convoy will have no choice but to raise there prices

They put the word con in convoy Always cancel loads. Customer support is a joke. What’s the point of support when they never support carrier’s They ding u if u have a truck problem they ding u if u have a family problem. If your a person glutton for punishment this is the place for you If not go to another load board
Power only loads Is a waste of time
Every time I book a power only load through them 1 time out of 6 the load was good. 5 of them was either trailer wasn’t even available there to load, or if trailer is there it’s never ready and they have you waiting or the appointment times are wrong, or they cancel appointments at the last min. But lately it’s been they don’t even have trailers at shipper at all and they want you to wait for 8hrs or more saying someone will call you and let you know something. No one ever called me and they tell you not to leave until convoy call u . A waste of time and money,

I book a load on the app. pick up appointment was 14.30 -17.00 my driver check in first 10.am they said your appointment is 11 pm come back 10.30 pm i call your team and they said we got email from shipper they will load you go check in again then driver check in 1.30 pm 2nd time they said to driver come back 10.45 pm your appointment is 11.pm driver went again to window 10.30 pm they give him door at 11.pm and check out 1.am this morning after loaded he make here at receiver and then receiver said this appointment was 31 oct 07.00 which is past you have to make reschedule appointment and then i call your team again since 5 am and i am getting same answer from your team broker working on i don't understand if you dont had a right information why you guys put on us load driver is human not animal Now i need new appointment confirmation with layover truck holding when you confirm delivery appointment and still waiting nobody answering

As other reviews state...they cancel loads last minute, esp when you get it at higher rate because they can’t get it covered. Their response is the same as you see on here. We are sorry, we know it creates a burden, go to our app to find another load. “No thanks” They do not care about you as a carrier, they care about the money, cheap as possible. They do not care about working relationship, they care about the money, cheap as possible. It wasn’t always this way, but has became this way as they have been around awhile now. And yes I have hauled quite a few loads with them. I believe we ran over 50 with them last year before I finally got tired of cancelled loads and being left high and dry too late in the day to book another load.
This broker is scammer
They have you booked through this app send you to a location to pick up a load with a confirmation sheet in the email and then they book another truck to come in and cancel your loan and only give you $150☹️ happened to me twice. You have been warned Lol 😝
Never have their loads ready
There is a huge disconnect between the loads they post and the readiness of the load when you get to the pickup. Convoy never seems to be aware of where their equipment is and that the load isn’t going to go because their equipment isn’t at the pickup. When you call, you don’t get the company, you get someone half way around the world. The service rep doesn’t know anything nor can they help you. They just input data into their computer and send you on your way. I’ve wasted my time, my driver’s time and fuel because they can’t get it together.

Location is on, app shows location is on. I took screen shots and sent them. I keep getting text messages and emails saying tracking needs to be enabled. Also keep getting text messages and emails about how I need to change location permissions to “always”. You don’t need to know where I am on my own time. Per your rules I have to have it on a few hours before my scheduled appointment time. You don’t need to know my location if I’m not hauling for you. The spam messages are annoying when you are trying to work.
Winning a bid.
Won a bid on a load accepted it within 10 minutes. Finished driving and go to check on load details only to find out the load wasn’t there. Was told someone else has the load there’s nothing we can do. That’s not a very good practice. Not happy about this.

I picked up this load. It was shipper fault that load wasn’t ready on time. It happened two times actually with the same shipper. I picked up the load went to delivery site they just said they cannot take those load because i was late for the delivery even though i called convoy to made sure that can I complete these deliveries convoy service people said just proceed to delivery site we’ll update you everything. I went there on both time and this happened they just ignored it. On the first delivery convoy took 7 hours to figure something out about that load. It’s been more than a week still they keep calling about that load. I got at least 25 to 30 calls just for one load. And yet no luck. I still am seeing that load stuck on my app. And same thing happening with second load took 8 hours to figure it out yet no luck. It is really really hard to explain what I’ve been doing for those loads man. It’s so so frustrating.
