For the most part the game is decent but lately they’ve allowed Temu adds that run for over 5 minutes. It wastes game time and you lose your bonuses that are time based. Rip-off. Get rid of Temu adds.

Wow! Was I disappointed! Whoever’s in charge over there turned a fun, multifaceted and imaginative game into a boring, generic and money hungry experience. Thanks for nothing- deleted

The game is not enjoyable to play anymore. Too many ads and now between games 🤬. The walking and makeup ads are overbearing.

Ai used for new island levels
I have played cookie jam for YEARS. I love the game and it’s something fun and reliable to go back to in terms of mobile games. Recently, without a shadow of a doubt I have noticed the use of Ai to create new levels for the game. It’s extremely disappointing as a long time fan to see the heart and creativity of the game be given to a bot. I used to really look foward to the creativity put into each new realm. For example the egypt realm had a chocolate Nile River. Now as I’ve reached Levels 2300+ I’ve noticed that the islands are these poorly designed squiggly desserts. One island that really gave me a clue to the use of Ai was the cookie island topped with cherrys (around level 2550). Many of the cookies were shaped like kidney beans or not even fully rendered. Only Ai could concoct that nonsense because off the top of a my head there’s not one universally known desert that even includes both cookies and cherries. The islands are just as important to the game as the actual levels are. It seems unimportant for realms to be the hill I die on but if this can be made with Ai what next. Other than that I truly do still love the game. I just miss what gave the game its heart.
Please give these realm designers their respective jobs back. Ai shouldn’t replace everything/everyone. Artist are still important.

Daily Spinner
Fix the daily spinner. It continues to stop on only one item every spin. Also bring the start/stop daily spinner button back.
Joke
This game is such a joke. Used to be fun to play, now it is just watching ads. The computer makes all the plays and the player just watches ads. Pitiful 😡😡
Disappointed, disillusioned
Really disappointed with recent updates. Where once viewing a single ad would reward 5 extra moves during play, now it takes viewing 3 ads to receive 6 extra moves. Then there’s earning coins. In the bingo side game, a blackout of the card earned 11 coins, now it’s 5. With the Wheel of fortune is worse. There was a reward on the wheel for 50 coins, it’s now 10. Been playing the games for years. Not anymore. Wondering if these new changes will revert after lawsuits won against addiction in children to stay longer with apps to incentivize more ads. I’m done.
This game cheats!
The new update and how you all conduct business now is nothing to be proud of. When I encounter a game that is generous and good to play without all the ads…I will ALWAYS write a 5 star review.
You guys on the other hand…also- making fun of another game is a low blow- if your game was so good, you wouldn’t need to attack others. I like Candy Crush. I cannot in good conscience recommend this greedy app

Terrible Update
I recently downloaded this game. I loved it! It was challenging but was able to level up after a bit of work. The latest update has made it so difficult to reach another level. I spent over an hour playing this game and wa never able to go to the next level. I'm done!
They got greedy
This was my Go To game and I was at well over level 13,000, but they got greedy. Instead of viewing one ad for 5 bonus turns, they divided it up so you had to view 3 ads for the same bonus. They turned a fun game into nothing but ad watching. I understand it’s a free game supported by ad revenue, but if a user stops enjoying the product then the ads are viewed by no one

I think it’s level 1001 Where I literally got stuck. I was killin’ it but I couldn’t get the ice cube I needed to finish the level. And I feel the coins you get should be more generous. You 25 to continue a level but you can blast thru level after level and you get 3. Not fun. Doesn’t help the dopamine charge. Work so hard for a few coins.

This game has been my favorite go to for years! I loved it and played to clear my mind all of the time! Unfortunately, it’s been changed and the ads are just unbearable! I continued to play because I love it but I finally give up! It’s ridiculous now. Please stop with so many ads. Extra lives now come with 3 LONG ads instead of one. 😠😢

Even though you changed the game a few months ago, you still HAVE NOT FIXED it so we don't get extra spins. We wait through ads, wasting our time, and end up back on our at Home Screen and have to open the game again. And why in the world do you now have one minute ads. We will NEVER buy anything that takes forever to get back to our game. And...I cannot even see what I am typing on this black screen.It keeps getting worse to play this great and fun game. The Ads freeze and I have to shut down and power back on. It’s getting old and very frustrating. I did not write the preceding but agree with it. Your ads are horrible and LONG and so repetitive we will never buy from the advertisers.

I’ve been playing this game for well over 15 years. Hard to remember how much I enjoyed this game before I didn’t enjoy this game. I do recall always having 25 moves no matter what. Didn’t have so many extra add ons either. I loved how simple but challenging the game once was. Now it’s just a game you watch ADS so the developer makes money.
Why not offer a limited time to buy an AD free version like Words With Friends did?!
I think I’m going to have to take another break from the game. Not sure how long I’ll be gone this time.

I like the game but dislike the daily spin. It takes a very long time to earn points
False ad
I will not engage into these games if they advertise one thing and it becomes to be another. May sound petty but these games leave lots of room to exploit you and money. If your going to lie to me in an ad just to get me here than its bad business and makes developers look desperate and unprofessional

I have played this game for 9 years. Loved it. Sometimes it would take me a week to beat a level. Now they give you 8 or so moves to beat a level. Then you have to watch 3 adds or use coins. You don’t get a lot of coins so adds it is. I spend more time watching the adds than playing the game. Guess it was a good run. See ya cookie jam
