I can’t play because I’m on iOS I don’t have the newest iPad I’ve had this iPad for a long time I’m mad that your team only did one thing after about 2 MONTHS since the issue debuted. AND the one thing you guys did was A NOTIFICATION TO REDUCE THE COOKIES SHOWN ON MY KINGDOM. full detail of what happens when I try to play: it show’s loading screen as it loads. Switches to the other loading screen with the kingdom musics. Then music glitches or stops and it kicks me out. Please fix it.

Since the last update, my phone overheats when playing the chaos dragon fight. The game is almost unplayable and my phone is not old, I have plenty of storage and have the game on low res settings. Please fix this soon! I have also found that the developers are using generative AI in their advertising, surely soon to leak into the game itself.
I can’t trust the developers anymore since they seem to have no interest in keeping the game in a playable state. It’s really sad because it was my favorite game to play.

Ok I have been playing this game for over 4 years the game is amazing don’t get me wrong but it’s like a huge storage problem and I feel like this company should work on like disconnection issues I just disconnect from the app 10 times a day not only that but the settings in the game it’s self are not really helping. I hope I get feedback on this
iPhone Crashes
I want so badly to play this game again but the game crashes every couple minutes for me. I have plenty of space on my phone and tried everything I’ve seen on help threads but the crashes still happen.
This game is beautiful and I was getting back into it because a friend plays but at this point it is unplayable. Pretty sure I was playing on an older iPhone before but I think that was a few years ago now.

Why does the 3rd download last 2 days?
One problem from my first deleted account today is that it had a lot of lags. Might need to play this on Xbox if they release it on Xbox

My cookie run kingdom dose not let me play and keeps asking me how many cookies are working and when I press on the number it logs me out

Oki I LOVE this game but…. I can’t log in anymore. It kicks me out before I have a chance to do anything. And I have enough storage space but, it still kicks me out any recommendations?

on my phone it’s good but on the ipad I can’t even start the game it keeps crashing and I can’t even get past the “in the distant past” thingy so please just remove that crash because that makes the game total rage bait
