I can’t play because it keeps crashing so now I’m going to miss my daily rewards
Not worth it anymore
I used to play this game a lot I loss all my progress and that’s fine I started again but now I see that it requires gems to be able to upgrade and you don’t get any free gems that easy so you can’t level up because you can’t upgrade and you only get gems when you level up so you have to buy gems. This last upgrade is just a big money grab. Don’t play it unless you want to spend your own money.

Broken game
Fun game until it hits you with “server not responding” and you can’t play anymore. I can’t even log into the game. Conveniently, this happens after I make a store purchase. Support does nothing to help you.

Customer support is trash
I’ve made purchases and have played this game a lot. All of a sudden all my purchases and progress has been wiped from the app. I tried to reach out via support and have gotten ignored. This is how they treat a paying customer, I can’t recommend anyone trust this company!

ADS after every game played!!
This used to be such a great game, one ad maybe every 10 wins, and I’d play along/watch the ad but Now every time you beat a level an ad will pop up it’s ridiculous. I have spent money for extra coins and diamonds before but the amount of ads is so bad that I’m not caring about how much money I’ve spent or how far along I am in the game. I am looking for a game that’s good right now so I can delete this, it’s just not worth it anymore.

Adds won’t close
The adds never give you the “x” to close them. They stay open and never close. You have to close the app and reopen it to keep playing the game.
Cupcake problem at fast food court
The game won’t let me fully upgrade the cupcakes in the fast food court so best fix it fast or this game is pretty much a scam and is not worth playing at all.

Forced Ads
This was one of my favorite games. I've spent money to get rid of ads twice. Now there seems to be no way to get rid of ads at all, paying or not. Too many ads.

This is the 2nd day cooking fever will not open for me to play. I have tried numerous times closing it out and reopening. I have turned off my device (iPad) to see if that was the problem, didn’t help. Looked to see if it had an update, it does not. I’d delete and reload the app, but I don’t want to lose my restaurants, coins or diamonds. I could not find any way to contact you since I can’t get into the game. Please help. Thanks

Gems are super hard to get if you don’t purchase them with real money too. 🫠

In order to level up appliances or the kitchen’s appearance, some restaurants require 10+ gems that are basically non existent. It’s even rare to earn gems from the casino. I really love this game and it’s sad that the developers are so money hungry. If you don’t have real money to spend on the gems, don’t bother downloading this app.

Yes you can’t plant seeds to get gems but it takes 80 hours, but if you want to reduce the time, you can watch ads. Watching ads will cause your device to overheat. I thought it was just my iPad, but it overheats my phone too. Then there’s the crashing, after watching ads, many times the app crashes so you watched an ad for no reason because they won’t give you your reward because the app crashed due to the ad. This app is trash: poor ad integration, memory/ resource management issues, app instability issues, reward delivery failures, performance optimization issues, backend synchronization concerns, and just quality assurance concerns. I'd recommend prioritizing stability over adding new content for a few updates. The ad system appears to be the main source of problems, so profile CPU, GPU, memory, and battery usage during ad playback to identify what's causing devices to overheat. Test with different ad networks and devices, and consider replacing or updating any SDK that's causing instability. If the app crashes after an ad, players should still receive their reward. Save the reward state immediately after the ad completes or let the server verify the completed ad so a crash doesn't erase the reward. Since the game updates frequently, I'd also improve the release process by expanding beta testing, adding automated crash monitoring, and reviewing crash reports before pushing updates. Frequent updates are good only if they improve reliability; otherwise they risk introducing new bugs while existing ones remain unresolved. That info, I’ll tell you for free because not everything should cost money. And those gem shards are a joke and insult.

The other option is using the slot machine, but that also requires spending a lot of coins, and the rewards aren't guaranteed. Not to mention, the cost goes up with every spin, so you're spending more and more coins each time. After a certain point in each restaurant, it feels like you can't beat the levels unless you've upgraded your equipment and decorations. That makes the game start to feel repetitive because you're stuck trying to earn enough resources before you can make any progress.
There are a few ways to earn extra diamonds, like watching ads, but those rewards are pretty limited and only reset once a day. Even buying diamonds doesn't feel like a great value. I pay for the monthly gems and coins, but for the last two months, I haven’t gotten any.

And then one day it stopped loading. Deleted and reinstalled - nothing. When it was working, it was fun. Some of the restaurants were hard to advance unless you purchased gems, which I choose not to do.

The game is pretty addictive you can play on it for hours and have loads of fun with determination and motivation to serve customers and complete the restaurants. The problem is that it is insanely difficult to get diamonds which is so frustrating considering that the restaurants are really demanding of that when it comes to upgrades. Soon, it becomes unlikable and unplayable which is so disappointing because the game had so much potential yet most of the time you’re stuck in the casino or planting and doing everything you can to try and gain coins and gems. Even the challenges require about 10+ diamonds to even enter only to gain back not even twice the amount. The game is great, but if they want more players, try to make the game a little more playable please.
Love the game itself BUT THEFT WARNING….
I have had a ton of fun on this game but the ads are insane so I tried to remove them (as advertised) by making a game purchase. I bought a $3-$4 package with some gems and coins then BOOM $92 attempts to come out from my account via Apple Store which my bank thankfully blocked. We have to get a new debit card now because the game keeps trying to take $92 that I never consented or tried to spend. BEWARE
