Horrible
To start off, they make it IMPOSSIBLE to get gems unless you buy it or watch the ads. You need gems to level up and pass the game but you hardly get gems while actually playing the game. Also, the ads that pop up every 2 games don’t allow you to exit. There’s a FAKE “X” button and no matter how many times you press it, it doesn’t exit the ad. I literally have to shut down the game and restart it. I should sue for this!

I couldn't log in to the game and it kept getting stuck at the initial loading screen. When I deleted the game and re-downloaded it, and then opened it again, it opened in about one or two seconds. But I still couldn't log in to my account; it always failed to load. When I cleared the background and opened the game again, it just remained stuck at the loading screen.

It says this game is addictive so why do we need it is it is just gonna make our lives harder
Poorly customer service not well maintained
Still waiting on a resolution to a problem in the game - after making a purchase the ads that were supposed to be removed for 30 days appeared a week after the purchase - customer service still hasn’t remedied the situation after multiple attempts to contact them

The game is still unplayable due to the bugs and have apparently been an issue for a while according to other reviews, however the app developers seem to be in no hurry to fix their game. Don’t waste your time playing a game just to hit a wall a few levels in.
Bugs
My game is glued on the 5 free casino spins. The animation is stuck. I tried to restart the app, uninstalling and reinstalling but it just takes me back to free casino spins and gets stuck again. Would rate this game 5 stars but I can’t progress anymore because the 5 casinos spins is an un skippable part. Hopefully it can get fixed and I’ll fix my rating to 5 stars because I really enjoy this game bringing a nostalgia feeling when I was in high school.
Not worth the time
Not sure why game has high rating just look at all recent reviews. Was probably better once upon a time. Lots of ads and they don’t even work well like wtf, make you stuck and close and reboot often

Can’t Play the Game (Stuck on Doing a Free Spin at Casino)
i just downloaded this game and I WAS loving it… but now it’s annoying me. i can’t get past doing the free spin at the casino. i’ve done it once already but it’s wanting me to do it again. it says i have free spins but i’ve done them already and i can’t get out of it. i’ve click all around the screen and even restarted the app multiple times, but nothing. PLEASE HELP AND FIX ASAP. i don’t want to uninstall this game, but there’s no point having it if i can’t even play it…

Changing Gem Prizes but not Prices
I’ve loved this game for years, and I always purchase the monthly subscription and gold pass in order to play because I thought the prices were very reasonable for everything you receive. But there was a change to the gold pass that now gives you 45 less diamonds and yet still charges the same $9.99. If you’re going to change the prizes atleast adjust the price to reflect that and stop scamming your customers. Won’t play or purchase until this is fixed.
Game has not been working recently.
I really enjoy playing this game but recently every time I open the app it freezes on this one specific part and I’m not able to get out of it and play at the restaurant I own. If anyone can help I would really appreciate it

Ban Vita Mahjong Ads
I’m really tired of Vita Mahjong hijacking this game with their ads. They make it to where you can’t close out of the ad once it’s finished. The “X” is completely non-responsive and you end up having to close the game completely. Ban them from advertising on your game, or I will ban your game from my phone!!!
SMOETHING NEW
Recently, I always have some problems with the server when I play this game. I am very disappointed. Obviously, my wifi is intact, but it always shows that the connection fails, and sometimes it shows that the server does not respond and the time rollback effect. Why is this? Obviously, there was no problem at all before. I have been allowed to automatically return to the page of choosing a restaurant many times during my play. No matter how perfect the game design is, the tourist experience is not good. Everything is invalid. I hope you can fix and improve the server problem.
Can’t do anything
This game is rigged so you cannot upgrade anything without buying gems. And if you don’t upgrade things you can’t even pass levels. The ads also suck, they never work to actually give you free gems. They just freeze and I have to close the app and restart it. This is not worth your time or money!!!

I LOVE this game but just ended up deleting it :(((( It’s impossible to play without paying. At a certain point you won’t be able to pass levels without gems which are super hard to earn organically. Also, most ads are ridiculously long (60+ seconds) and then will freeze at the end so you don’t even get the advertised reward for watching the ad.
The game play is SO FUN which makes me sad. If the bugs were fixed and it was more accessible to people like me who can’t afford to sink money into glitchy phone games, then it would be perfect 💔

Crashing after updating
Been playing this for years. No way to save it. Crashes before you can even load. Even with mini update to fix it. So disappointing
Just sad
Like this game but many missing rewards. Purchased in app and I still have to watch ads. Tried to contact, gave screen shot of purchase but no action. Also upgraded interior to level 3 to claim tasks but not given. Will not be making any further purchases any time soon, just if ever.

Every time I open the game it makes me do the casino tutorial but I’ve already done it so it just gets stuck on that tutorial screen and I can’t do anything to get out of it but close the app
You can’t x out of the ads
There seems to be a glitch. After sitting through at least a one minute ad, it’s interactive and won’t let you just simply x out of the ad. It makes me exit completely out of the app and then start all over again. What happened to the 5 second ads and then back to the game we originally downloaded?

When I get on the app it’s forcing me to spin on the casino and then it just freezes itself it won’t let me click the X button to leave the screen I have deleted the app and redownloaded it and even reset my phone a couple fix your game. I am extremely angry and all I wanted to do is play cooking fever but it forces you to spin fix your mf game stop making us spin on the casino
Levels end on their own and you can’t skip the ads.
These last three updates still have the same problem. It doesn’t let me finish the level. I have to repeat the level many times and it won’t let me complete it because it ends on its own. I still have time, I still have customers left to serve. I still have time and the level ends by itself. Also, the ads still don’t let you exit them, and you have to restart the game.

I enjoy this game, but at what cost?
The answer is a very high one. It is so hard to get gems in this game and if you do, it’s only very little. The only way to get a high amount of gems is to spend actual money and even then, it disappears instantly because the kitchen upgrades are so expensive and so are the interior ones. I find this extremely unfair and I want my money back. Additionally, after having bought several upgrades on a restaurant I still find myself only getting two stars for the level, even though I completed all order perfectly. LOWER THE GEM PRICES OR MAKE THEM MORE ACCESSIBLE AND FIX THE TWO STAR LEVEL ISSUE!!!!!!!!!
REALLY annoying bug
Got stuck in a loop due to a really annoying bug. I was told to upgrade the tv by the tutorial. I did that but then whenever I go to the kitchen upgrades, it tells me that the upgrade finished and to go to interior upgrades. Whenever I go there it says like “congratulations on the tv upgrade” or whatever. Okay, cool. I go back to the kitchen upgrades and it once again tells me to check the tv upgrade; essentially trapping me in a loop where I’m unable to click on any of the kitchen upgrades because the game wants me to follow the speech bubble.

Last update stinks
I’ve been playing Cooking Fever for many years. Since the last update most of the time I view ads for rewards the game freezes. It use to be with a specific ad now it’s with most ads.
Too hard to get gems
As you unlock more restaurants you need more and more gems in order to upgrade the kitchen and interior, but it does not become easier to get gems. The game has become increasingly reliant on the need to pay in order to enjoy the game and it is unfair.
Forced ads
Forced ads you cannot skip thru. Developer response was ‘sorry, email someone about it’. Nope. Game deleted.
Gardening bug
I’m unable to harvest any of my plants because they go bad even with adequate care. Also instead of subtracting hours for watching videos it says +5. Bs

The game is fun and I enjoy it. But I have been stuck on the same screen for the casino and I try everything. I try exiting out and spend on coin I had remaining, I had redownload game and I had restarted my phone. Everything. And I’m still stuck. This games has still have bugs.

Buggy Update
I’ve enjoyed this game for many years but the most recent update has completely changed my experience. Previously, if you had completed an in-app purchase, you wouldn’t get ads except for extra gems/bonuses. Since the update, I’ve gotten ads between levels, and the engine is completely broken- I can’t close them. This change makes the game nearly unplayable.
TIME
The time in the sports bar is very fast at the initial levels, please pay attention to this !!! You won't be able to cook anything in such a short time (especially a sausage) because of this it's impossible and it's very difficult to pass the levels !!!!
Buggy/but fun
Level 12,(tutorial) where you get introduced the cupcakes; my game is frozen each time I try and play now. I can’t play level 13 cause the message of “here are the donuts” “use them etc” will pop up and I click repeatedly to get out, can’t click or interact with anything while in game, can’t even play level 12. Game is broke. Was fun at first
Please fix video/ad rewards
I enjoy the game and have been playing for a while, but the after the most recent update, I am unable to close the ad and receive the reward for watching it. I have tried closing and a,so re-installing, but the problem still exists. Please fix :(

super fun loved the game! once i got more stuff i decided to go back to old levels to fix the amount of stars i got. no problem until it wouldn’t stop glitching and wouldn’t let me do anything!
Fun - but it’ll cost you
It’s a fun & challenging game. But don’t plan on getting far without paying for gems. And don’t bother watching any ads. You can’t click out of them. You have to close the app and never get the “bonus” for watching. Fix that!!
