Sa bug tout le temps , les liens ne marche pas ou arrivent pas a etre compatibles, sa ne donne pas toute la recette . Je suis vraiment insatisfait de l’appli

So they say we have to switch and the new free app only accepts 60 recipes. All my apps now only show up online and all the links to export or import just take you to Login online. Can’t even move 60 over to the new app. I sure ain’t going to pay for a year of upgrade if I can’t transfer anything. The old app was a nightmare too. I was hooked up for auto renewal each month but they would send
messages and cut me off before the would auto deduct and turn it back on. Stay far away, this is their 3rd time “upgrading” to less free features but nothing new or better for pay.

Not good. Couldn’t get any of my TikTok recipes to come in at all. Everything was just blank. Stopped trying.

This app is just not working for me. Tried to register with my email, didn’t receive the email and I made sure I typed it right. Then tried another way and it’s showing it an error.

BE AWARE: The Cookmate online website is not working at all. I tried to use the import function on the app, but got a blank white screen. Tried to access the site manually in my browser (iOS), but got a ‘cannot connect to server’ error. I can’t even sync my account in the app as I get the same server error. I have emailed support, and I am currently awaiting a response. Are they shutting the app and website down? Am I the only one having this issue?

I used to have the ad-free version (still there on Android). Now it seems ads are bundles with the rest of the subscription. I don’t need the extra features and $2 a month seems excessive to remove ads. It is unfortunate, used to really love the simpler version
