It was working great until a couple of months ago
You guys need to fix your login screen so that I can actually login using the stored password in my password manager. For context I’m using bit Titan password manager, but I cannot auto fill your login form in the app with any of my password managers.
World does not include Mexico
Mexico is NOT a small country and even if you order all the world maps, Mexico will Not be there.
CarPlay
Does not work with CarPlay. You can only use it on your phone.
Still no car play support
Imagine that. Still no car play support even tho this app has been around for years and so has car play. They were pushing to have CarPlay at the end of 2025. Still nothing. Very few updates ever. So if your thinking about getting this app, don’t expect much

Double pay
So this whole time I’ve been paying double on my subscription…. I payed for the year on my copilot gps account using my Apple device… THIS IS A SUBSCRIPTION NOT A SINGLE UNIT PURCHASE…. Anyway it worked fine on my android decide for a year until once day I log into my iPhone to use…. When I go back to my android tablet the subscription is all messed up and it wants me to pay… clicked a few things then went to restore purchase and it was working again… it’s 5months later now and I notice the google play store has been charging me for a subscription service… note that I only subscribe using Apple so I keep a closely monitored tab on what’s being paid for… PLEASE BEWARE THAT THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS IN SOUTHEAST ASIA.
This is ridiculous that you can’t fix your subscription process to an account… we are not paying for the app we are paying for the subscription which can be used across multiple platforms… either sell the app or quit playing games otherwise I’ll file motion…

Copilot GPS and iSO-26
When updating my iPhone to iOS 26, suddenly CoPilot GPS no longer loads. We restart the phone and reloading the app did not solve a problem. Something seems to be wrong in its ability to integrate with iOS. Any assistance in this would be helpful.
Locked on home screen
It used to work well, but after iOS26, the app is completely unusable. It stays locked on the hime creen and never loads. I can’t even get it to open properly.

Stopped working
Had this for a couple of years. It worked well for a while then after the last subscription renewal, it stopped working. It keeps asking me to renew and it was renewed less than 2 months ago. I could not find any support to get this fixed.
Subscription Paid
I paid my subscription in March. I changed phones and it’s telling me that I need to renew my subscription. I don’t think so! Conveniently there’s no contact info for anyone.
Don’t take the Trial
The app doesn’t work with car play. Additionally they make it super hard to cancel your trial subscription.
App doesn’t show bumpy roads
The whole point of trying to download this app is to see road quality and it failed. I live in a city and the road to the house is garbage from all the trees pushing it up everywhere. The app told me to take this road. Garbage advice.
Does not allow copy and paste
You cannot copy an address and put it in search. Also if you put in a name of a place it and the address and it doesn’t recognize the name it changes the address to something totally unrelated even if the address is correct. This is a PITA. Used it three times and twice it routed me well out of the way for no reason. I will be deleting the app and look for something that is useful.
Completely Broken
I have used copilot for over 6 years now as a truck driver, 3 on iOS (iPad mini 4) and then 3 on android devices. I purchased a 2022 iPad to replace my Samsung tablet. So far, being back on iOS is a total failure… my account purchases won’t link over, despite using the same login info. My settings and favs come over just fine, but my subscription won’t come over no matter what I do. Reached out to copilot directly and 5 days later, it’s still silent with no replies. Kind of pointless to pay for something and not be able to use it, though my subscription still works perfectly on my Samsung tablet. When I moved from iOS to android 3 years ago, I did NOT have issues with it transferring over.
Past that the gps lock that works perfectly with apple and google maps on iOS fail completely in copilot, and it did NOT use to be that way on my mini 4. Copilot will show my location fine, until I start to move…but the gps location shows sitting still, even after 600 miles… I left it on and running hoping it would start moving, but it never did.
The ui scaling is also broken entirely. Android version got a major refresh a few months ago with proper scaling for tablet screens, but this version has no scaling, nor has it received the ui refresh. The refresh is not perfect, and has its own issues on android, but the iOS version on here is so large that you are better off using your phone than staring at elements that take up literal inches of screen space where they should take a fraction of the space… the way they use to over 3 years ago on my mini 4.

Not happy
We paid for this app in hopes that it would keep us from low bridges and on safer roads. We are BIG! It has taken us down some questionable roads that I didn’t feel safe on. Interstate highway driving is much safer. I am extremely disappointed in This app.
Horrible GPS app
I used this app 1 time and canceled my subscription. It tried to take me 30 minutes out of route and the address was off by 15 miles. This app needs a lot of work. Horrible.
Behind android and no updates
iOS is actually on an old version and they don’t work fast enough or hard enough even on that version to warrant $120 a year. A joke. Truckerpath works much faster and seems to want to work for your money listening to feedback.
Piece of
Every time I go to add a account and it won’t let me says everything is wrong. You guys are incompetent lead people down the wrong way of a freeway go the wrong direction all the time you had you down the train track says you think that’s what we need to take. You must be own
Database not very complete
Wanted this app for RV travel as Google Maps does not have trailer or RV setting. Tried to enter my route around the SW (S. CA, AZ, NM). The app could not find 4 of the first 6 campgrounds I tried. All were federal, state and county parks easily found on Google Maps. Giving up and going back to Google which has voice and traffic for no additional cost.
Indifference
I was charged twice within a week for my monthly subscription with CoPilot. I sent an email to CoPilot telling them this and that I would like to get a refund for the second time I was charged. They sent me an email back telling me to unsubscribe. I have unsubscribed and will no longer be using their app. It is a shame that they did not try address the issue I brought up. It’s been a great app for me to use while truck driving.

Unfortunately I never got a chance to use the app during the trial period due to a cancellation of the camper that I had reserved. Without an opportunity to try this out, there’s no way that I’m paying for an annual subscription.
Worse than Waze
Tried the 2 week trial. We have a 44’, 42k lb coach + tow. CoPilot took on roads that would be tight on a motorcycle! Seriously, we were on 2 lane county roads through the mountains. It wanted us to make a 120 degree right turn. It took us on a route where trucks were prohibited (we couldn’t turn back). And to a bridge w/ an 18T limit. Then when we missed a turn it kept telling us to make a U-turn. That would be fine in a car. There was NO chance in the coach.

Wish there was better GPS accuracy
I will start with, I like the planning tool. I like that it gives optional routes. What really is bugging me is the almost consistent wrong directions when you are in close to your destination. Like 2 miles off sometimes or wrong direction when a turn is indicated. Because these things are key to good navigation my rating is low. I am on an IPAD pro about a year old. By the way when my wife uses google maps it gives contrary directions compared to Co pilot GPS. It also does not protect 60 foot of coach plus towed vehicle.
What Happened?
I don’t use the app in years. We wanted to download a map of a country. I’ll be going to in about a week. I can’t download it. I can download other maps I have downloaded before.
Also, the app seems incapable of finding any addresses in Sweden
Thank goodness one can also pre-download maps in Apple Maps so this GPS app is not necessary

Not the best
I tried this app. I was not pleased with the guidance as far as advance lane guidance. There was a yellow smudge on the route instead of an icon that confuses. It takes up a lot of storage space in my phone. Other than height &. width and campground info it offers nothing than google maps offers for free. This company needs to by a Garmin Dezl and learn from t.
Mile on copilot comparability is garbage.
To frequently when I try to use mile on with co pilot to plan a route. The route does not transfer from mile on to co pilot. I pay for both and the functionality does not give me what I pay for. Would not recommend.
The worst navigation app ever
My company using this app however most of the time it doesn’t take me to the exact address I have to keep driving around to find my pick up / delivery location.
If I have a load from California to Denver Colorado it will take me off the I70 to back roads and for more miles too.
If I am going to California from Oregon or Washington state it will take me off the I5 to the back roads in north California warning me that there are low bridges or restricted road ( since when interstates are restricted or has lower bridges than 13.6)
In Southern California on I210 it takes me off the interstate stating there is a low bridge 01 foot high.
I wouldn’t recommend using this app even if it is for free. I would rather use google maps or Apple Maps and watch the road signs

This app took me through a downtown historic district .. it should have kept me on the interstate. I’m using the truck version

Inaccurate & Dangerous
I drive for Walmart transportation and they installed this app into all of their semis and it is nothing but a huge mistake. Luckily I know where I am going 95% of the time but this navigation is lost 75% of the time!!

Keeps force closing
My app keeps force closing! The last week it keeps force closing and will not open! I've tried deleting and reinstalling. There are no updates, I'm using the updated version. I am paying for something I can not use at all!
Paid year subscription til Aug 4 2025
I’m unsubscribing and notifying my bank to refund my money I paid for a renewal and today I couldn’t use what I paid for , so I’m taking my business elsewhere. I told y’all about this problem months ago and it was resolved but now that I paid for the renewal it’s happening again ! I’m done with this app !
Absolute Garbage
Premium user for about 2 years. This app is a complete waste of your time if you’re a professional driver. It gives incorrect routes and information regularly. It doesn’t provide any useful information in regards to parking and approach like other apps. The updates are huge and come at the worst times. When it’s updating, the app is useless which costs me money waiting for it to fix itself. It glitches regularly and hides the address input bar then I have to close the app repeatedly until the bar reappears. Use any other app, avoid at all costs. Poor coding, poor user interface, bad optimization. Don’t waste your time on this dumpster fire of an application.

It takes too long to get it to work. It used to work great. I don’t know what you did, but I’m not happy.
Not the old co-Pilot
This version is terrible, the worst navigation software I’ve used in a while. The free ones are better and they’re not good either
Joke of an app
This app is absolutely pathetic and I regret spending money on it. It doesn’t recognize roads that don’t exist anymore. It doesn’t recognize one way streets or anything.

Pretty poor
I’ve used this app now for over 2 years now. It works mostly fine if you stick to major and I mean MAJOR roads but anything off the main highways and this thing gets confused. You have to pay a subscription fee just to use it so if you’re strapped for cash then use it until you can afford a real Trucker gps. The app has a feedback but I’ve reported many roads that have incorrect truck restrictions or weight restriction but every single one has been ignored by staff so it still try’s to route me through those roads. Speaking of routing this app routes in the weirdest of ways never the most direct and will override when I tell it to ignore a certain road or to take a certain road instead. I can’t turn off pop ups for “slow traffic ahead” why? Idk I just can’t the option is there but it’s blacked out and can’t be toggled off. So yea pretty poor app poor routing poor feedback system
The difficult way
I use smart RV route route and your app, copilot. my question is why do you always take me all different ways I was traveling from North Carolina to Virginia to a KOA campground in Doswell Your app kept taking me off of 95 onto 295 off of 95 onto 295 and onto 30 only to put me back on 95 where smart route kept me on I 95 all the way to exit 98 /30
