Used to work okay but now I can’t even open it.
Expensive and doesn’t work
They deleted my last review, but for $95 a year the app should actually work 100% of the time. Accounts constantly need reconnection. Their ai support agent hallucinates and I haven’t been able to get in touch with a real person. I will be looking for alternatives.
Latest update crashes
Don’t download the latest update, the app now crashes on opening. No way to contact support besides the in-app chat… which is inaccessible when the app won’t load

New “features” are developed at a snails pace.
They also took away the ability to see and vote on what features we (users) want to see in the app.

95$ a year is way too expensive for an app that is not improving at all and wishes it is as great as Mint once was.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD/ UPDATE LATEST RELEASE
The latest release of this app is broken as of 06-11-2026. I am trying to open the app after I updated it yesterday, and I am staring at a blank screen with a blue logo in the middle. Tried deleting and reinstalling it, same thing. There is no way to reach customer support for this app. Wish I had moved to Monarch instead of paying the heavy subscription and getting this experience.

Would give it 5 stars but…
Just recently my Td bank transactions stopped showing up . Support worked a way around it but now I have to wait till the next day for my transaction to show up. Before they would show up instantly. Once this problem is fixed I will give it a 5 star

Very bad response by AI agent. Not user friendly to me it was a bad experience
Other apps are far better
They keep clearing my review so I’ll keep reviewing it. Used to be so smart with transactions now it makes the same errors over and over again. This app is aging. Why did rules used to work so well and now I have to fix the same transactions month after month after month. Used to be the cool new kid on the block but no functional new features for quarter after quarter. There are way better apps out there for features. Go look up Origin. AI in it! Actual new features every quarter! It’s like copilot just phoned it in to make money and stopped innovating. I’m gonna let my subscription expire and go to Origin next. I could list endless issues: Stock performance data is wrong literally every single day. It’s different every single time you open the app. Amazon requires DAILY verification to load in transactions, what a joke. This app is hardly worth paying for lol
No SOC 2 or similar
If you want your banking data handled by a company that couldn't be bothered to provide a basic security attestation (SOC 2 for instance), good luck to you. I deleted before connecting any accounts.
Fraud
They are not able to synch my credit cards correctly. Their support is working on a solution for over 2 months now and it gets just worse. Still don’t see my individual credit payments, the balances are not correct, some accounts are shown multiple times (and balances are included in the analysis) and some days it shows plenty of additional loans that don’t exist.
Meaning that all numbers and analysis in the app are wrong 🤯
I asked for a cancellation and refund of the subscription since they are not delivering, but they denied. They “offered” 1 free month, which was removed once I cancelled the subscription. Clearly I am not interested to pay another year for a useless app.

Fix the daily review problem
The app is great. But every day I get a request to submit a review. That’s why I’m giving it one star.
Rating Message every day
Love the app, but I receive the “Write a Review” message seemingly every day. Dropped my rating solely for this reason.
Schwab NOT WORKING!
App was great until Schwab stopped connecting. Reverification fails. I tried removing the connection and it won’t re-add either. Support is completely unhelpful. Seriously considering quitting my subscription after years of being a loyal customer.

I’ve used copilot for years. I’m happy with it, but I’m annoyed at the persistent review requests. Every time I open the app I get a pop up to write a review.
Don’t trust these fake reviews
Software has so many bugs and makes mistakes because it’s powered by AI. Renders it completely useless.
Stop asking for a rating
I love the app. However, please stop pestering me for a rating everytime I log in. I rated it 5 stars each time until I got more and more annoyed. Why keep asking for a rating when I’ve already put 5 stars? Guess what, 1 star now. App is great, stop pestering me.
AMEX Connection Unusable
The AMEX connection stopped working and both support from Amex and Copilot and plaid the connection that makes it happen. The app has not been helpful so I haven’t been able to connect Amex, which has made the app unusable, even though I’ve spent the yearly subscription.

In the last year of using the app, I've had to reach out to support a few times. Currently I am stuck in trying to get someone to help resolve a transaction import issue which has rendered the app useless for nearly a week. Getting a response or contact method for a human has been impossible. Since nothing always works as expected, getting good help is paramount for these subscription apps and this company falls very short in this area. I suggest researching other apps.

The app crashed on my iPad.
I downloaded the app on my iPad, paid for the yearly subscription and I couldn’t move further from there . The app keeps asking me to subscribe when I tap the subscribe tab it says that I already have a subscription. I tried restoring the purchase, uninstalling and re installing the app with absolutely no success. Getting help from customer support is a waste of time because you get the bot which is very frustrating. I need a refund.

Missing credit card rewards management
Would be ideal to see credit card rewards management in this app since they already have all my banking details

Copilot Money has a clean interface and some useful features, but I’m giving it 2 stars because it still feels too limited compared to competitors.
A major missing feature is the ability to manually import transactions via XLS/Excel. This should be a basic option, especially for users whose banks are not supported or who want to manage historical data properly.
There are also still many missing integrations, and the app feels very US-focused. Competitors already offer broader bank connections, better manual import options, and wider international support.
The app has potential, but until XLS import, more integrations, and proper international expansion are added, it is difficult to rely on it as a complete finance management tool.

Very difficult to close account.
Requires you enter in a password that doesn’t exist. The Website help guide says “it uses Magic links” for login in and they have temporarily restricted the option to use a traditional password. Definitely an unethical bait and switch maneuver. When you try to contact customer support it a useless chat bot that can’t fix the issue. I’m sure they got rid of their tier one support team and replace it with this ineffective AI chat agent. Then you have to then wait a day for a human support agent to get back to you, what an unnecessary headache just to delete an account .
