never needed a subscription before and you shouldn’t need one now..
why is there a subscription needed for wanting to just transfer data to another phone??? I’m trying to transfer videos from one of my old ipods to my current phone and it tells me I need a subscription. Never again am I using this app

Do not get this app. I got the 3 day free trial and cancelled within that 3 day period (and I have the proof) and they have deducted $7.49
A week every week since. Just noticed this 2 weeks ago. Went to the bank and got a new card. Didn’t help. Not only have they taken it the ensuing 2 weeks, but have doubled down by taking from my credit card as well . The phone number they have is not valid. They are headquartered in in Spain. Google should banish them immediately and they should be sued.

It stops when the transfer is at 80% every time I try to use it. Seems like they are stealing data and using fake reviews, to encourage people to get it.
Update: There were no wifi interruptions! If that was the case, why would the transfer start and always end at 80%? This app is clearly faulty and shady. It's unfortunate that Red Sky Labs does not want to take accountability. They rather be combative/dismissive while retrieving user data. No wonder why the app went from the so called 50M+ users to 40M.

Canceled my free trial within an hour since it wasn’t working, it confirmed my trial would end when the free trial was over but then I got charged for the whole subscription.

Rough start…
By reading the limited instructions…it seems that it must be pretty simple and it must be an operator error causing the problem and causing this not to work, however, this is quite frustrating and being relatively knowledgeable about the subject, more info could have been provided on the forefront! Hence the lower rating!! Have a great day tho!! Take care!

This app is horrible because it use to be free, but now they want you to pay $8.00 just to transfer data one time.
You gotta pay in order to transfer your data
