Waste of money
This app is extremely expensive 14 dollars just to add 10 dollars. 30 cents a pic and 15 cents a message. MS n NY is way cheaper.

you will be charged for messages. It says it sent but the receiver never receives or it will say it won’t send and then it will repeat it and send it three times and charge you when you sent it once.

Constant Error
For me it continues to give me errors or not send my messages I get a red banner that keeps saying there is no connection or there is a network error and know it’s not my phone as I have perfect service for everything except this app.. but I can text regular and in other apps and it’s just fine. Most of the time lately it just continues to think and never load.

This is down all the time. Messages supposed to come immediately will get lost and come randomly weeks later. Messages over expensive. But what choice do you have

Worst app to have
The app always has issues where it’s giving an unexpected error. We can’t even stay in touch with our loved ones cause it never works! I wish these facility’s would switch back to Securus!
Connection issues
I believe this apps quality is horrible on purpose. And I hate it. Please fix it. Every message just doesn’t send.

You will send a message and get an issue about connection so it will keep loading. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, used my devices internet, switched to other WiFi networks etc. still load in and not sending messages. When you actually have to pay for the service it’s annoying. Been going on for 24 hours now and no rush to fix the problem.
Bad Connectivity
The app is always saying it’s unable to connect the server. Messages will not deliver and will not save either to send later if there is a connection issue or whatever. I have been experiencing this for over a week now where I’ll type a message, send it, and it never gets delivered and completely disappears. Messages from my loved one takes forever to appear. This and so much more.
No notification
I’m starting to feel like they are getting me out of my money. I’m still sending messages that I’m not being received on the other end and I’ve been charged on numerous and multiple occasions. I’m patiently waiting on a response back cause this is like consistently happening something needs to be done about this immediately. These text messages are sent a message that I’m not going through but we are being charged. it’s not fair and of course talk to Your loved one. this is almost the only way for us to communicate with them and then they’d be so far away can barely visit at least we can have a text message. Yeah she’ll be all night.
Missing messages and log in problems
This app use to work properly when it first came about. Now. Don’t get half the messages trouble logging in and no notifications. This app has gone downhill quick but sure wants that 15 cent pre message. Can we get a refund for the missing messages!!
Alabama Corrections
I’ve had this app for two days and the first 3 messages went out without issue. Now I’m not receiving messages. My brother said he sent 3 messages and money was deducted from his account, but I never received them. This is terrible. I wish there was another messaging/email platform to talk to our loved ones.
Delayed messages
My sister is in the Logan correctional facility and here I’m thinking she’s not messaging me when in all reality they just aren’t going through. As much as we have to pay this issue needs fixed

I have restart and download this app 20 times and it’s still not able for me to log back in and it keeps saying error message. There’s no number to contact for support so it’s just like a long. This app is trash. This form of communication is sometimes all we have as a way to connect with those we love who are incarcerated. Yet, constant errors, bugs, crashing, and messages not being delivered or received but paid for. This is a VERY no frills app, I don’t understand why it can’t be maintained in a way that allows smooth use without errors. This platform is a lifeline and should be treated as such, both for us outside and them inside. Being able to connect with the outside world is extremely important for our loved ones, please fix this app!!

Unable to use app
I have money on the app and my love one been sending messages but I can not use the app. I keep getting an error message each time I open the app

My husband is in Lawrence correctional I don’t get message notifications anymore although it is turned on on my end the messages are no longer instant I have had messages deduct money from me and him saying he never received it it’s almost a day in a half delayed I’ve just sent 4 messages and he’s messaging me saying why I’m not replying an I’m just like wow I’ve sent 4 messages since I don’t like it anymore truthfully we are starting to slow down on using it it was great when we couldn’t talk due to the constant lockdowns and having instant which was what the facility told me would happen when I had concerns before they even got these tablets that was reassurances and now it’s tremendously went down hill the connection between me and my husband feeling secure and a sense of being able to communicate had changed I’m sure they made way more money because if your like me when it ran out due to instant I was adding more and more and him now I barley look it this because it’s not beneficial to us anymore due to the delay it’s frustrating
Does not work
This app does not let me login. It states that too many devices are connected however, that is a lie when I try to get help it doesn’t allow me to. I’ve tried to look for a phone number so they could help me or an email however I haven’t been able to get in contact with anybody. I tried sending an email from the suggested problems and where it says go it doesn’t go. It just takes me back to the questions.
So many issues
Updated to the new version and now I can not get logged into my account because it is stating my account is logged into to many devices. I cleared all my caches, deleted and redownloaded, changed password and still nothing. Want a support ticket haven’t heard back. It’s very frustrating. I’m not sure how else to get into my account that I have money on. This app has been very disappointing coming from GTL services that even offered a customer support line directly to assist. We can’t even get email confirmations on this service the entire system is disappointing.

Texts aren’t going through
My loved one hasn’t received my texts in over a week, now. However, I’m still charged for each one I send.

They really need to fix their system. Messages disappear and you don’t know whether you or the other person are receiving the messages.

Glitch App
The app has been experiencing excessive glitches and network issues, frequently. It seems to be incompatible with system updates altogether! I am extremely frustrated and maintain constant communication with friends as often as possible. I wish to revert to the GTL network, which had no system issues.
