After downloading and spending my TIME - all of the info is for premium subscribers only. You literally can not see any info for free. Why on earth would I pay hundreds of dollars to you guys if I have no idea what I'm getting. I agree with other reviews about your strange pricing model. I deleted the app and will not recommend it to anyone.

Not useful at all
Paid for the 9.99/month option but still only get limited features. Almost every thing I clicked requires extra payment, buyers be warned !

ChatGPT erroneously led me to this app as I was looking for jyotish readings. I’m not an astrologer and can’t understand any of it. It was a waste of my $.
Cannot log into purchased app
I cannot log into this app with my apple account. I purchased it some years back for I think $200 for a certain plan that’s forever. Now that my phone is dead, I’m trying to use this app on another device and it is not logging in.

Issue with Hora and Panchang alignment issue and Panchang being repeated
I have complained about this previously. Hora and Panchang are not aligned in Cosmic timeline compared to the “Now” category. No response.

This App is a scam
All information about the app is misleading. it’s very difficult to tell what you’ve purchased after you’ve purchased a pack, and you’re constantly hitting pay walls when you’re using the app. If you want to get anything useful on this app, they’re going to nickel and dime you into spending hundreds of dollars. The plans are not worth the money you have to pay for them. Not even close. Considering the deceptive nature of their messaging, you should consider this a scam. reporting them to Apple and contacting my credit card company to have the charges reversed. Buyer beware!

They charge you a subscription fee ( which isn’t cheap) and then you STILL have to pay to have specific items unlocked. Awful app.

Requires Location
I don’t like how it requires your device’s location to even use it. There’s no reason why you shouldn’t be able to manually put in a location without turning on your location settings. I’ll be using other apps that don’t require this.

Right away I knew the app was garbage when it didn’t ask for the specific time of day I was born. 9am birth time gives way different results in astrology than 9pm birth time. That’s all I needed to see to know this app isn’t accurate. Grateful I didn’t have to pay for anything before this realization. Uninstalled. Would not recommend if you want accurate results.
It literally doesn’t let me log in their email is not even real
I tried creating and account and when I go to log in it says loading then nothing happens I’ve tried closing the tab and reopening I’ve tried putting a wrong password to see what happens and it says wrong password so then I put the right one and still nothing. Help idk what’s up with the app. I looked for their email which was kinda hard to find then tried sending an email and IT LITERALLY SAID EMAIL DOES NOT EXIST brooo I copied and pasted it into my mail how is this app not deleted yet.

Don’t waste your money Because it will give you nothing unless your pay all the extra fees to access the most basic information. This is on top of paying the $200 membership. $200 plus 49.00 for other access 9.99 19.99. Such a fraudulent app!
Hora notifications stopped, unreliable
The hora notifications have suddenly stopped. This is the only thing I was using from this app.

No matter what I try or do, the app just won’t let me log in.
Don’t get cheated like I hit. I paid one yr membership not knowing I have to pay for each feature.
I paid for a 1yr membership hoping to atleast get access to the basic features but every feature I click asks for payment info. It’s such a disappointment and such a money trap. No one cares to respond to my messages to them.

Best Astrology App / Worst Pricing
A $200 “lifetime subscription” should not require additional payments of HUNDREDS of more $$$ to unlock basic features (or even full features)!
If the developers dropped the cost to something reasonable or included everything for one price (maybe $300?), this would be the perfect app.
As of now, I have no interest to support an Astrology app exclusively available to the wealthy. This goes against what makes app great! Their accessibility.
Please lower the cost!

Incorrect calculations & doesn’t work
Cosmic Insights incorrectly calculated my placements. I paid a lot of money to Cosmic Insights. I never received a response from the company. I am still waiting for a response. There are much better Apps for Vedic astrology than Cosmic Insights, Align27, and their Apps.
Take out a loan before you download
I paid for the monthly premium $6.99 the yearly is $50 bucks and the lifetime is $200. Oh but that’s not all, there’s add on packages! For almost everything, So “premium” is just to get into this apps “club” apparently. I’ll finish my month out then I’m deleting it. IMO NOT WORTH it. Better off googling and finding my own information out.
Can’t use it without the subscription
If you are looking for a Vedic astrology app this is not it. You will only see your chart for free everything else cost and it’s not cheap either. The subscription only gives you access to a few features the rest you pay additional for.

Constant crashes and slow
Please fix the iPad app. It keeps crashing and giving wrong chart calculations

Not useful at all if you don’t know what charts mean you have to pay a lot for EVERY explanation. You can’t use daily reading to learn anything about Vedic astrology and it’s very oddly seems like a scam for data and passwords & I wish I never made an account.

Always crashes
The content seems great, but the app (including the extras I paid for) constantly crashes to the point where there are features I’ve never been able use. Very disappointing. I hope they fix it.

I paid $10 for the hora widget and it disappeared suddenly after updating ios. I need a refund.

This is a good app, especially since there is a lack of Vedic astrology apps. However, I think the app developers should take note of the various responses on the app being too pricy. The fact of the matter is, most astrology apps do not have this many paid add ons. Also, when you do pay a premium for the add ons, you do not get a detailed description on what you will get with the add on. For clarity this needs to be worked on. Also, at the very least, you need to be able to add profiles on the app, and if there is a premium feature for this, it needs to be more clear. I honestly think you will get more users if you work on these things.

I use Parasharas Light for years now & loved the idea of Cosmic Insights as a tool on my phone, yet I haven’t gained one morsel of knowledge since adopting it.
Keeps asking user to buy sister software
Bought lifetime access with all access. Then, I find that the app constantly connects to content that asks me to buy subscription for Align27. And then there is purchase required for another sister app, Japa (which is amazing btw.)
I spent several hundreds to dollars for full access for a lifetime, only to be directed to another app that I need to subscribe.

I really wish this app worked well
This app has an abundance of information but it is not easily accessible and difficult to interpret. The few interpretations that are provided are contradictory and confusing. It is easy to get lost and come out with incorrect insights.
No PM option ???
I was born in the afternoon, but the app only offers an AM option, therefore my chart is incorrect.

I have been using this app for awhile to get to understand Vedic astrology. After making some big purchases within the app (no other app charges this much!) I will be considering looking for a different app. I love the ideas and information you are offering in the app .. like remedies for eclipses, etc, but literally everything you click on cost!! I’m sad that I have to look somewhere else.
To the Creators: Why are you charging for everything? Isn’t this for the use to learn? I feel that this is all about money now. I hope you consider taking the locks off more options to learn to help others understand the eastern system. Too much money for nothing
I was very excited to find this app and jumped in to pay $49 for the annual subscription. Unfortunately I only paid for the right to buy additional add-on. Everything in this app costs, even basic information has to be bought. So I have to consider this a scam and cancel my renewal. I’ll pay my $100 and will go to a vedic astrologer instead. Lesson learned.
I suggest to anyone use the trial or pay for the month, then see if all the add on’s are worth it to you.

INACCURATE
It says that my venus and moon are in the 1st house, when on other websites(emphasis on plural) it states that those placements are in the 12th house. The interpretations are fun but I think this app is pretty useless if it’s inaccurate. And why tell us to contact you if dozens of people are saying the same thing/issues and you still don’t change it? You know what the problem is already so why make us take MORE time out of our day that we’re ALREADY using to review, to “contact” you? Um that’s a hard N O. Fix your issues and stop stealing people’s time, energy and money. That’s bad karma.
