Never able to login
I am never able to login. This app is a great idea, but a terrible app.
App not showing the price drop
Since last few weeks I noticed the app is not showing the price drop even if the item was on discount in the warehouse. Looks like app isn’t working at all..
DO NOT BUY - Not useful anymore
It was a great idea- simple and pays for itself.
But then they took away the receipt retriever and it’s basically useless. You can manually enter receipts now, but I’m not going to do that. It has to be easy to be useful.
I tried emailing support, but there was not response. They took away the key feature AFTER I paid for the app, and then don’t even bother to respond to support requests.

Ridiculous
Saving money is always a good thing. No, I’m not going to pay you money to save me money, and I’m definitely NOT going to give you my login information to my Costco account. Are you serious? If you buy something from Costco, and see it cheaper, just write down the item number and have them scan your card at the return counter. They’ll price match it immediately.
Receipt Upload To Difficult
I have spent an hour trying to figure out how to take a scrolling screenshot because their app requires it for receipt upload. But my phone simply doesn’t have the option. I have iPhone 12 pro Max. It isn’t the newest thing out, but it isn’t so old that this should be this difficult to upload receipts. To me that means this app more of a headache than anything!
I can’t even set a warehouse
Choosing a warehouse requires logging in (even though the page says you don’t need to). To do that, I need to create an account using credentials for Facebook, Google, or Apple, which I won’t do with a random app. It’s too bad because this app is a good idea, but the experience is terrible. Deleting.

I’ve been a member since 2014. Just got this app and I’m still trying to figure out the point of having this app.
Should be free
I like most people hate subscriptions and while the app did work great for me in the first month while it was free, I didn’t subscribe because in my opinion it’s not worth $30/year. This should be free, you would get millions of downloads instead of trying to gouge people on a subscription.
Not worth the money
This was a great app until about a month ago. Then they update with some patch or something and now the easy receipt retriever is gone. You just get an error saying it’s not available. It’s been about three weeks since it has been available so I’m a little disappointed. I am absolutely not going to manually upload my purchases. Why would I win an API was available? I wish I could get my money back.
