Awful!
Even though the café on 57th Street isn't actually open, the map and the app say it is. They gave me a coupon, but I couldn't use it; I sent an email but got no reply, and I messaged them on Instagram-still nothing. Basically, it's an irresponsible company. I don't plan on going there anymore anyway.
Only boba?
What’s the point of having an app if all the options available aren’t on the app? and the workers can’t even customize the order in store. I hate boba and i can’t select popping pearls on the app, it’s stupid.

The promo was to sign up as a new user and get discounts on their products. After refreshing and closing the app and redoing everything after signup and log in, etc etc… no coupon or voucher was given and I still had to pay full price. the devs need to fix this. Especially for a big coffee company like this is very bad customer service. Great first impression guys… bravo.
