I used this app for years without issues, my events would be locally saved to my device. Recently this company decided they will not save your events unless you enable iCloud Drive, as a matter of fact that will delete your events if you don’t, and their recovery method does not work. Good job ruining your app, good riddance.
Fix the app
So I figured out why this app is broken for me and I hope it can be fixed so I noticed when I delete the app and download it back it don’t crash on me but when I connect my phone to the WiFi it crashes and does not stop unless I redownload the app and not use WiFi

Used to be Awesome!
I have used this app for years to keep track of all kinds of important dates. But lately, all the app does is crash. Edit to add: I have done everything a reasonably competent IT professional would do: 1) Restart my phone 2) Delete & reinstall the app 3) Turn off iCloud 4) Turn off iCloud, delete the app & reinstall - crash stops here but all data is lost 5) Turn iCloud back on & app crashed immediately crashes. And crashes repeatedly every time it’s opened The problem lies in the iCloud connection. Especially in iOS 17 & each minor update since. This is on a brand new iPhone 15 pro max, with a brand new setup.
Slave to the cloud
I used this app for years liked it. Kept all my important events for me. Now it everything is gone and it says something about syncing with the iCloud. Well I don’t use the iCloud so all my events are gone. No warning. Thanks for nothing. I can’t get those back and since I have them save to my phone they are lost forever. Apps should think about people who don’t want there info shared across devices and platforms. So disgusted with the way technology is leading people not the other way.
Lost all my dates
After some updates all my dates/reminders were lost. Thank you for that.
Bad Application
This application has to link to iCloud. If you do not it randomly deletes all your times without notice. Needs work as I do not need to fill up my iCloud with minor timers like this. Not recommended.
Useless since update
Paid user for years. Update ate my data. AND now the recreated events are gone again today after recreating the ones I could yesterday. Time to find a replacement.
Very disappointed
I used to love this app but once the update came I lost all my events and have contacted support 3 separate times through email and several times on Facebook and they haven’t been getting back with me. They just read the messages and don’t respond.

As above. Went from hero to zero and now to the rubbish. Why would you delete user date to push a forced paid update. Lame.
All my data disappeared
I was tracking a bunch of things and when I opened the app today everything was gone! I see no way of getting any of it back, so if you use this app, record dates elsewhere and only use this for fun or you could lose all your data.
Save your time.
You can’t use the widget unless you pay. It’s not worth the money, there are other options for free.
something is wrong with your app
it no longer works for some reason it just says updating forever but never loads and there is no update in the app store... been using this app since highschool I would really hate to lose all my dates
I hate the new look
The title says it all. Before the update this week the app was perfect. Now it’s missing the ability to switch the day/month/year at the bottom. It changed everything to photos Instead of icons. The colors are awful. All bad. Go back to the previous version. It was perfect!
Ok, but bit-so-good
This app is a great idea. But absolutely hate this last update. The ‘Home Screen/page’ IS NOT visually simple.

I’ve used this app for over 3 years. Now I have to pay if I want to see my list by date. Alphabetical order is useless and they know this. Scam to get you to pay. I understand app development costs money but you are pushing out dedicated users. Disappointed.
No widget in iOS 14
Paid for the upgrades exclusively for the widget and there is no widget available for iOS 14. Wasted money when I could have gone with a different app that actually has a widget. Please update this soon.

I just bought this app for the widget, but I do not know how to use this app at all I guess I didn’t understand it when I was reading about it, it’s not what I thought it was at all... I thought it would display a picture of the birthday person, telling the date of their birthday and how old they would be I put all the information in but it’s not on a widget I have to click on the birthday app, very confusing for me I do not know how to work it
Paid For Pro & Still Has Watermark
I paid for all features (the bundle) and the app still leaves a watermark advertisement on each exported image.

Homecoming countdown
Purchased this to countdown my hubby’s homecoming from deployment. Paid for the unlocking of everything and got nothing. So who is going to fix this or refund my money?

Deleting the app. This new update screwed it all up.
The recently iOS 11 update screwed things up. When ever I reset a title, and when I log off and come back it goes back to before I reset it.

I have loved using this app for so long but like others my data has been completely deleted, twice, in the last few weeks. Update to 7.0.0 deleted events
I've been using this app for years and loved it. The latest update deleted all my events. Support says it's because I turned off iCloud access and events will be restored if I turn it back on. This is false. I have NEVER, in more than 10 years of iPhone use, allowed ANY app or the phone itself iCloud access. Never needed or wanted iCloud. This app has worked just fine for more than 5 years without iCloud access. If iCloud is now required, I'll be deleting it and finding a new countdown app that doesn't require iCloud.
UPDATE: I re-created my events and they keep getting deleted after about a day. So it appears iCloud is now required. I'm done.

Great App, BUT….
I recently purchased a new iPhone. Unfortunately, Days Since ONLY allows you to import from Reminders OR from Calendar…how about Import Days-Since.csv file? NOPE! Very disappointing.
