I tried to add my credit card using the payment option. It doesn’t work indicating invalid card number. However, coupang app successfully adds the same credit card. It appears to be buggy. App should consider adding easy payment methods such as Google Pay, Apple Pay etc…
App STILL Broken After 3 Updates
Three updates have been released since I started communicating about the problem. It still isn’t fixed. The developer has not undone the programming problem that makes the app virtually unusable. The app is CONSTANTLY INTERRUPTED by a message that says “Unstable network - Please check your connection and try again later”. It even logged me out of my account. The most recent update made the interruption less frequent and I was able to log back into my account, but the app is still constantly interrupted and unusable in this condition. It’s making people around me very angry because I can’t search for restaurants and help make choices for delivery orders.

PLEASE ADD CONFIRMATION STEP
Please add confirmation step before purchase. You know once customer order, it is almost impossible to cancel order. Last time I just wanted to check discount applying correctly but unlike other food delivery service, there were no order confirmation step and I should have to purchase menu which I have never wanted. I even called customer service & diner immediately but they refused to cancel.

i saw the recent incident calling women “보지” and what not. those comments were purely sexist, disrespectful and out of date. whoever wrote it and confirmed it both should be suspended at least. do educate your team better. such a shame, i really found the app to be useful.

Account deletion
They don’t allow account deletion. They only tell you to delete the app as you can’t delete Coupang Eats account separately. But I never signed up for Coupang so I don’t know what’s going on. Suspect privacy policy.

Keeps crashing after using it for 2 weeks
This was working great when I first started using it a couple weeks ago. I tried multiple times to order dinner at work but it just keeps crashing. Totally unacceptable.
Update: Still crashing... on TWO devices (iphone and ipad) i am downgrading this review to one star. What a huge disappointment.

리얼 암걸립니다. 자동차 걸리면 리얼 한시간 기본에 지연은 기본 두번 늘어납니다. 한번은 가게 주변 빙글빙글 계속 돌다가 갑자기 픽업취소하더랍니다.(가게를 못찾으면 미리 취소하던가 하지 15분을 같은곳을 돌아다니고나서 결국 하는 행동이 취소?) 그러고나서 한 5분 있다가 쌩뚱맞게 멀리있는 다른 사람이 재접수해서 1시간반만에 음식 받았습니다. 저날만 운이 좀 안좋았겠지 하고 오늘 주문 했는데 가게에서 20분 떨어진곳에서 배차받아서 식당 픽업 갔다가 다시 집까지 오는데만 한시간. 처음 30분 배달이 지연되서 40분, 또 한시간 넘어가네요. 떡볶이는 불어터지고 치킨 식고 한번에 한집만 배달이라고 빠르다고 하더니 배민보다 항상 오래걸립니다.

Please don’t use coupang eats
Coupang eats recently lowered minimum fee paid to delivery riders from 3200won to 2500won which is around 30% drop. This service does not protect the employees at all. Amazingly, the riders do not get any insurance and have to pay for any damages that may occur during work. Plz boycott this company

I was in love with this app and never had a complaint until recently. I used to have so many food options but for the past two weeks, about 80% of previous food places are now labeled unavailable to my area.....These are places I’ve been ordering from for the past year so I am very confused about what happened. And they all happened at once. It wasn’t a gradual loss of available options.
