I paid $30 for one month of access because I needed help understanding some key BASIC concepts in my chapters review for Delmar’s principles of electricity and all they answered were this: what is an ohm, what is a coulomb, what’s the difference between an ohm and a milliohm. THISE ARE ALREADY ANSWERED IN THE TEXTBOOK.
More over, the sample questions they give you for free are THE ONLY thing they answer in the paid version. I really do not know where to begin. This may be fine for math classes, but otherwise this app was useless, from adding courses to searching for anything other than a syllabus, this provided zero help.

This app is the worst. I wanted the $9 dollar deal and it automatically changed into the most expensive one. I tried to asked for a refund, but they denied it to me. I was saving that money for a bill I had to pay. This app is not worth it!!!!

Feels like a scam
Paid $100 for a premiere membership only to find out you still are limited and don’t get full access to all information. Additionally many questions are not answered correctly or you have to scroll through whole reports trying to find the one question you asked about. This leaves me feeling like I wasted money. Would not recommend.
Works good until you want to cancel your subscription
I want to cancel my subscription but for some reason the manage subscription tap won’t work because it’s bugged, all the other taps are available on the app just not that one.

If you plan on spending over $100 for one document, this app is for you. This is the biggest money grab app you can imagine. Absolutely terrible waste of time. Deception and Fraud
Once you google answers for your open book test the app pops up with the correct answer to the first 3 questions and lock the rest of the test, you must subscribe to unlock then be surprised that the rest of the test questions aren’t answered, you can get general answers by expert(limited 15 answers) then you have to pay more and more to get more answers which aren’t helpful at all, it is useless app not recommending it.

Banned for asking a tutoring question
I paid for a year long subscription and was banned for a question I asked 5 months ago when the terms were different then what they are now. I was allowed to ask a specific question from homework problems I had and then 5 months later banned for something I asked months ago with no warning! Severally disappointed and upset I gave my money to this company to ask for help with my schoolwork I had trouble with. 10/10 don’t recommend!!! Go to chegg or use chat GPT they have the same answers.

This is a ridiculous practice. I would like to use them when and how I wish. Earned unlocks SHOULD NOT EXPIRE. You are making profit from our uploads with no timeframe, so the use of our unlocks should be the same NO TIMEFRAME FOR USE.

They give you wrong answers constantly then when you email the support they ask you hundred verification questions that’s so dumb because you are emailing them directly from your email. Worst is that the tutors constantly give you wrong answers!

DOESNT WORK. Got a 20/100 on a math practice quiz
Definitely wouldn’t recommend, I went so far as to even buy their monthly premium package, hoping that maybe this would be a good useful tool however was proved wrong many times, I got 20/100 on a practice test with 12 questions on Algebra 2, and it was simple Domain/ Range stuff, but it got like 4 right but that’s it. EVERYTIME you scan the question, it comes up with a different answer. And this was multiple choice which should’ve been easy. So I lost my 27 dollars on this so very disappointed.

I paid $119.99 for a subscription only to be emailed and told I committed copyright infringement on something I supposedly submitted. Yet, I NEVER submitted anything ever. So I never committed any copyright infringement yet I can not use the app now. I emailed about it and never heard back. Absolutely asinine! It took several emails to finally get a response to tell me what the email said and to email another email. Taking up my time and my money to clear it up… so ridiculous.
