I used to love this app but now I can’t even get into it. I log in (using username and password because for some reason the pin I setup no longer works) then it wants to send a code but never sends it. This app is now deemed useless.

Complete advertising fraud. Went to site and it said get all 3 credit scores now, start free trial so I did. Then it said other 2 credit bureaus are not included in free trial. Couldn’t even open full report of the one they do provide. All they want is money money and more money on everything you try to view. I’m sure they make money on the people that forget to cancel their free trail. Why would anyone want to subscribe to THIS company!?
Bad advice
I’m tired of you promoting me to increase my credit usage while I am under bankruptcy. If being good at credit is your application then you should understand that’s impossible.
Credit one
markets its cards as a way to build or improve credit, but the offer is not worth the cost or limitations.
• High fees and interest rates: Annual fees and APR are significantly higher than comparable credit-builder cards.
• Low value benefits: Rewards and features are minimal and not competitive.
• Limited credit improvement: Even with responsible use, the impact on my credit score was very small or negligible.
• Lack of transparency: Important fees and conditions are not always clearly explained upfront.
• Customer service issues: Support responses were slow and not very helpful when questions about charges came up.
Overall, Credit One seems to profit more from fees than from genuinely helping customers build credit. There are more transparent and affordable alternatives available for credit building.

They tried to charge me $15 for a three day free trial
Extortion to dispute
You need to pay a membership fee to report a dispute. They are trying to extort people into paying for a membership. They will leave charges on your report that say $0 and it’s an eye sore they’re extorting people into paying to get rid of. Contact the credit company directly instead, if that fails, then use a trial to dispute the charge(s) and cancel the subscription before it auto-renews.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
It crashes everytime you open it when you upgrade it. 19.99 down the drain!!! I canceled subscription and deleted the junk app!! I had it on my 16 pro max. Must not be IOS friendly. The free tier worked fine then I upgraded and it kept crashing everytime I tried to open app. 👎
App crashed after purchase??? Really?
Made a purchase then app crashes and won’t let me log in. Charged me 20 bucks for that? Had to go through the web and immediately cancelled my subscription as it’s too expensive anyway. Now I’m skeptical if my subscription really has been cancelled. Theft by algorithms? They make a killing while I go broke and that’s not good for my credit or mental health.
No good, money stolen
I used credit sesame for a while and they offered me a sesame card, it was basically a secured credit card. I added 100 dollars to it one month after I had been using it for a few months with no issues. After I added the 100 dollars I went to make a purchase the next day and it was declined, my card was over the limit, someone had made purchases with my card without authorization online. Basically stole my information, probably from credit sesame servers due to lack of security or encryption. I tried to call and email and make a complaint but they make it difficult to get any help or get the money refunded, so much so that I said it’s not even worth my time to jump through all these hoops to get my 100 back. This app is garbage the seemed card is a scam please don’t download this app you will regret it at some point for sure

You guys keep charging people even when you already cancelled the subscription that’s the only bad thing anything else it’s straight but there’s way better apps for credit that don’t steal your money
App Crashed
I paid $19.99 membership and when I tried to login it crashed. Can I get a refund for it not working?
The app is not working
It keeps on saying that it will be right back and it’s going on for three days now
Lies about giving refunds
Initially I got the premium membership on October 3rd and paid the $20.99 , Then came here to read reviews and decided against it.. I then messaged them and asked for a refund, they then told me they refunded it and downgraded me to a free account.
I waited a few days , gave them a few extra. Then it came to October 12 I realized the money hadn’t come back. I messaged their customer service and asked about the refund and they assured me it was sent to the card ending in “xxxx” and then told me again 2-3 days . Which I then waited a few more days , got a hold of my bank and then they told me nothing had come through . I go back to the customer service for this app, and I tell them this and ask if they can resend it . They tell me they cannot , repeat that 2-3 days is the time it takes to get to the account, and then tell me to dispute it with my bank. I call bank again to verify that it hadn’t come thru and they tell me it can’t be disputed since nothing is there to dispute. It’s crazy that these apps take your money so quickly and easy but then will flat out lie to you when you ask for a refund.
I’d save your time and effort (and possibly money) in signing up for this app.

It no longer opens or works
When I try to open it, it says I need to update to a newer version. When I try that, I’m told I need to update iOS. When I go there, I’m told I’m already on the most recent version (16.7 something). App just seems busted.
Free trial scam
The free subscription is misleading. It doesn’t actually provide access to all three credit reports-just one. If you want to see the other two, you’re forced to skip the so-called 7-day free trial and pay immediately. The free version changes nothing and offers no real benefits. Feels like smoke and mirrors, borderline scam.”

All useful features require paid membership, once I paid the $20 monthly charge. I was told the features I wanted weren’t available. Save your money…. Scam

Not worth the money.
This app doesn't keep track of accurate information from the credit bureaus. For the past few months my score has been 30 to 50 points off from all bureaus. The balance of my credit cards shows inaccurate balances. I assume it's to offer the subprime lending a for profit.
Worst Credit App so many better options
Not worth the download look elsewhere.. Nothing but false notifications and to see anything you have to pay for it.. Highly recommend Experian, Credit Karma or MyEquifax over this app any day.
Why I canceled
You showed that I still owed all my credit cards when I had paid all of them off so your information obviously was not up-to-date so I don’t see how that was gonna help me $20 a month is expensive for information that is not up-to-date. That is why I canceled.

While this app does offer a great rundown of everything on your credit report and their balances, it does NOT provide an accurate score. In fact - my score on Credit Sesame was 92 pounds LOWER than what my bank pulled and the Experian app showed! It’s not a great tool for tracking scores so don’t depend on this app to get your most accurate credit rating.
Used to be good
Used to love this app. But whatever they just did has rendered it useless and I’m deleting it and going elsewhere. I used to be able to see my accounts, inquiries, age of accounts, etc. Now all I can see is my score and they want me to pay for the rest of the things I’ve had for years. Bye
