Parting ways after upgrade
More ad time than playtime after upgrade. Thanks for the previous years of wonderful relatively ad free relaxing play. This WAS a really great game and still would be if not for ad bombing! I often played daily to keep my brain alive, but now it’s beyond frustrating with the ridiculous amount of ads. The game stopped giving me new sets but a message was there indicating more soon to come, -which didn’t happen so I looked to update, saw a comment that said no ads, so I updated. Now, I can’t even get through one set without as many as 3 ads interrupting the set, one being a loud, sound only ap, while still on the play screen. Then another ad in between needing 3 or 4 clicks to get out of. So I looked to purchase and saw no option. Again, thanks for years of relaxing play, but now it’s no longer relaxing. I’d rather let my brain die unless there is a no ad purchase option that I overlooked. I guess no one does that anymore. Even just less ads and I’d be happy.

Annoying Ads
You barely open the game and ads start playing! It wasn’t this bad when I started playing it over a year ago, but it’s horrible now!
Fix the system
This game needs to be fixed. You can play all the games to complete gold status and the next day the same puzzle you completed the day before appears as if it wasn’t completed and you lose the gold status because it didn’t register complete even though you played several extra games.

Lately I have been playing the same Exact games more than 3 times before it will go to the next puzzle and now it started going back to the puzzle before. I have currently played the game I’m playing now over 7 times. I have reset the application numerous times.

Either keep the constant ADS at the bottom and get rid of the popups every 5 seconds. You don’t need both

Ads are annoying
Love the game, but too many ads! Especially the verbal ones. You’ll be in the middle of playing when suddenly a voice starts spouting! So annoying.
Switching phones
I’ve been playing this game for years. It didn’t transfer the game ( it’s making me start completely over). Their support keeps telling me to go to help and get a number from both phones, but I keep telling them it doesn’t have a support. I have to turn my old phone in so I guess I am done with this game. If I have to start over it will be a different game.

Please fix my game!
I would love to give 5 stars but Treasure Hunt has been locked behind a loading badge for days and support does nothing to even answer me, much less actually fix the game. I have tried every troubleshooting step I can find but nothing has helped. If I could give 0 stars I would!
You are a cheater
I had all golds and the next morning you took them all away. You changed the game and now it’s all screwed up. You have lost me bug time!

I am sick and tired of having this game freeze and lose all my progress of the day. It’s not worth the time to play it anymore. The developers seriously need to fix it!
Lost games and days
I logged in at 930pm and had lost all my saved games and bonuses..if you are on another time zone then you need to let us know..I like playing and worked hard to keep it up for 60+ days..please return my days and games and bonuses ..if not then I guess I’ll just find something else..I enjoy this game..obviously..thank you

Too many European words some that do not make sense Americans do not need to know about European castles. The words that are used do not exist in our of vocabulary. Ads are relentless

I was enjoying the game and then all of a sudden LOUD advertising came on and hard to stop…I deleted the game, it occurs way too often…can’t enjoy the game!!
Unskippable ads
No way to remove ads and their ads are not skippable. This means it’s an instant uninstall for me. Garbage.

Can’t turn off ad sound
If you have any volume turned on the phone the ads come on loud even if you had “sound” turned off in the settings. It is ridiculous

I have been playing this game for years. I loved it. I have over 10,000 points. Now, suddenly the game is stuck, and I can’t play it without deleting it and losing all my points. I’ve written them. They said they were going to do something about it and that they don’t!! I’m gonna give it two more days and then I’m gonna delete this app and never played it again

No customer service
I loved this game and did beautifully until it crashed. I lost all my history even after reinstalling it showed no games won and no countries completed, the only things it continued to show was my 125,000+ games and my 12,000 coins. I tried to get some help to no avail. I decided to keep playing, until I woke up yesterday and had lost over 1000 points in one if the challenges because my games weren’t saved. I went to bed leading by over 1000 points and woke up behind by over a 1000 points. Something is wrong with the app. I deleted the app and looking for a better one!
Frustrating
This game has become more ad than game. The same ads over and over and over. It is so aggravating I wouldn’t buy the product if it was dirt cheap.

This game, unlike ZenWord, doesn’t provide you with many point rewards for your efforts. ZenWord rewards you for just coming back to play, which is nice and a great incentive.

The shield is blocking the words as I spell them. This is slowing me down and interrupting the game
Place the shield somewhere else on the screen. It’s blocking the letters as I am building words!

Not a bad game - fairly entertaining. BUT the ads are ridiculously annoying, borderline maddening. Suddenly a blast from a stupid ad emits from your speakers virtually shocking you. They previously had a simple way to mute, but no longer. That’s far from best practice - wake up or die Mr./Ms. Programmer!

Why does it take so long to move through earning points? Roblox just won’t end, it goes on forever, you try to close it and it just won’t end !!! Wasting to much time just to play the game,,please correct this….
