You pay the most for an asset than any other exchange and then when you go to sell they want 5-7% of whatever you’re selling. Do not fall for it. Download kraken.!

Will never use again.

If you transfer money to crypto.com from your bank account they will not let you transfer money back out for 7 days. So the money has been released from my bank account a they will not let me transfer to external wallet for 7 business days, typical big bank hold on to your money as long as they can. That’s why crypto hasn’t taken off it is NOT user friendly very complicated to the average person that has never dealt with cryptocurrency before. Make crypto more user friendly and streamlined for convenience. Instead it’s holds and several steps to pay someone with BTC.
Won’t release my money
I got scammed with a phone call supposedly to be from Crypto.com and went through some emails and noticed that they stole $30K from my cash account. I contacted the support line, and I’m still dealing with them for a week now! And they still will NOT RELEASE my $20K!!! Every time I have to reconnect with support they give me another excuse to answer more questions or say they are still working on it !!!
Bottom line people, DON’T USE THIS PLATFORM!! their horrible!! Their security SUCKS!! And after you get scammed they won’t release your funds!! Use COINBASE!! They’re very honest and have great security within their app!! Crypto.com is HORRIBLE! You will NOT RETRIEVE YOUR FUNDS FROM THEM!! Who knows, they may be stealing your money themselves !!! Beware!!!

Poorly Designed Interface
Easy as hell to buy their over priced instant coins. Support almost impossible to talk to. And they can instantly take money out your account. But make you wait 3 days for it to come. Predatory

When I went to sell my Shiba Inu a while back the app froze and I was not able to. Now it has errors for when I try to log in.

Ridiculous fees, even upgraded to the pro card and still cost me 70 dollars to withdraw 500 which I spent 14 to purchase. -84 bucks, no thanks.

I LOST EVERYTHING
I was hacked. My account drained. Worked with the Chatbot for days all to say I can’t get reimbursed because I logged in that day. I can’t even access my account still to report to the government. I wouldn’t be surprised if this company is working with scammers to steal money from investors. I lost 5-10K just like that with no support from the company. It’s impossible to actually speak to someone. I still I don’t even want to account anymore In just want the details of it for a report and I can’t even get help with accessing my account. The chat just keeps repeating the same steps that aren’t working.

Fraud
Crypto.com withdrew funds from my PayPal claiming an agreement that I didn’t sign nor have access to and of course no one will respond to my emails or calls.
Their fees are ridiculous.
May be good for investment options, but once you get ready to transfer, their fees are outrageous.

I sent bitcoin to another address and they took 30% of that amount never had an issue like that with Coinbase that’s just criminal and annoying

We have a huge trading group, and two of our people used this wallet only to get their transactions repeatedly cancelled with no explanation. Lost money while waiting for the case to be reviewed. Very disappointed.
Can't log in at all

There are no options to get tax documents, no options to scan the QR code needed for accessing it online…the UI is horrible and tells you nothing about your all-time gains or losses. It’s impossible to tell what anything is

I had a simple question and honestly, I really don’t care where I purchase my stocks. I was considering transferring my holdings and I’ve only been a stock holder for about four years so I’m a noob. I really don’t know a whole lot about trading stocks my current broker is also a large company with millions of customers, but when I have a concern or question, they answer it promptly!
I’ve spent two hours now with a Crypto.com specialist who refuses to answer my question and then just leaves me hanging and when I try to contact somebody else that will answer my questions I can’t. It just keeps taking me back to the same person. How is that effective? I even asked The support assistant. How do I report this person and it took me back to the same person!

After moving from Europe to the United States, I completely lost access to my funds. My account is still active, but I cannot use or transfer my money. There are no clear instructions on how to resolve this situation.
Customer support has been extremely disappointing. There is no direct phone number, no proper email contact, and chat support is very slow and unhelpful. Responses take too long and do not actually solve the issue.
This is very concerning because we are talking about real money being locked with no clear path to access it.
A financial platform should provide reliable support, especially in situations involving account access and international relocation. Right now, it feels like there is no accountability and no urgency from their side.
I hope Crypto.com improves their customer service and provides a real solution for users dealing with cross-border account issues.

This is the most useless app on earth, I’ll advise everyone to quit using this app so we can all see them as a scammer that they’re, they disguise as a crypto application but deep down they’re scammer and nothing but fraud… your credit card and bitcoin is not safe with them, so avoid

I switched to a new phone carrier and tried to log into my account but it refused to let me into my account. I reached out to customer service and got no response in fact they locked me out after attempting to recover my account. I lost 3million dollars. Do not use them !!!!!

Crypto.com is cool if youre okay with paying super high fees, if you want issues pulling your money if you need it. If you like paying the highest price for a coin and They have arguably the worst security/verification process and act as a bank/security broker but claim to not be. Dont even waste your time or money… and idk how they havent had any legal issues.

Be very careful with this app especially getting into stocks. I got into stocks and ordered some I need Friday. I thought the money came out of my account and my crypto went negative. I immediately paid it back but they put my account in liquidation. And now my crypto and stocks are frozen for the last two weeks and nobody can tell me when my account will be open to trade. I am not allowed to withdraw any money or trade any money during this process and you could lose all of your money. From things dropping.. I don’t really trust this app anymore being if it goes negative for a day, even if paid back, your account will be froze for weeks two months with no answer

I was a victim of fraud in connection with my Form 1099-DA; my accountant and I were shocked. Be careful with this company; if you want to buy cryptocurrency, you are better off using Coinbase or a wallet.
Beware of this scam company
Crypto.com is worst Crypto platform and scam company no doubt. Their fees are very high and they make more money by charging you more than market price for buys and paying you less than market price for sells. They restrict you from crypto transfers to force you to trade with them only with their high fees and price margins, after allowing transfers for small amounts, typical scam company behavior. I lost more than 4.5% of my last big purchase. Useless customer service.

Aside from the useless rigged scam coins for sale, which all bleed slowly to zero making crypto an utterly pointless investment anyway, I am currently dealing with Crypto.com support with someone named Aldin for an ongoing case where my deposit won’t show up.
I’m also a subscribed Plus member so customers should know how Plus members really get treated.

USE OTHER APPS
You will not be allowed to withdrawal your crypto to cash, it will never let you have any freedom without fees or a paid subscription and many other apps are extremely straight forward with removing money and adding money without making it out like you are begging for your own money (AWFUL!!!!)

Taxes are a nightmare
I would give them zero stars if I could. Their app sucks. Every time I try and sell from my crypto basket the app just freeze kill it and then reopen it just to keep working.
Not to mention that they discontinued their tax reporting software, and they recommend koinly which can’t even handle their basket rebalance transactions so now I’m up a creek with 800+ transactions to enter manually.
At this rate, I’d rather sell everything I have and leave the platform and never come back than to deal with this circus another year.

Worst help service ever
I've been trying to log into my account for the past few days, but I'm facing a frustrating obstacle: I no longer have access to the old phone number I used when creating the account. The online help suggests ways to change my number, but those options don’t work on the app. Attempting to chat with a bot leads nowhere, and when I try to reach a human agent, I’m asked to verify my identity by logging in.. which I can’t do. I’ve also contacted support via email, but all I receive are automated responses directing me back to the in-app chat feature. This cycle has kept me stuck for weeks. I just want to access my account to sell my shares, but if this continues, I may never use this app again.

I used my credentials and it timed me out over one mistake and no matter how long I wait it won’t let me fix it. Just days timed out for retry’s. I can’t make a prepaid card at all. Support said it shouldn’t take long for it to reset to let me try again but it won’t. I
