Can’t access my money it’s been a month almost!!!!
I have been trying to withdraw my money to pay some bills and I’ve been asking for updates everyday they simply tell me the same thing over and over again that it’s being escalated and Will give you an update. It’s been 3 weeks since they won’t let me withdraw my funds and when I ask if I can talk to someone they simply keep telling me to wait and that it’s being processed still. What the hell kind of service is this I’ve turned in my paperwork 3 weeks ago how long does it take to verify and release my money. I am to the point where I just want my money and I’ll close this account out you guys are not worth the headache!!!
What the hell
All I wanna do is withdraw my money because I NEED it but the app won’t let me in. My credentials are right but I keep getting different stupid reasons. Server not responding/request timed out/ not authorized. And it says to use the chat inside the app.I CANT GET IN THE APP!. And good luck getting ahold of anyone to help. I guess they’re just locking me out and stealing my money. This app is great until you need to withdraw🤬
Frustrated
They have had my crypyo exchange tied up for months saying they are investigating some address on my wallet or something! They aren’t being clear on it but will not let me send anything out except to my bank. I can purchase crypto but can’t send it out to an external wallet or platform! Very disgusted with them!

This app unsafe can the scammer login to your account and have your information and your social security number your address and sold your shares without out Protection from the company and make you lose everything your dream about!!! Be careful with this app please and Guess what the support team they gonna tell you they don’t have any access to stooped any transactions and they can’t even get the scam account to stop them. The question it’s how the scammers now you have account in this app and your phone number and your email address!!!!
Changing rules to steal your coins
I used crypto.com for over 5 years and they have recently changed there rules when you move coins from DeFi with quick connect on crypto.com DeFi it doesn’t add the memo. It used to 3 months ago. So it goes straight to their own wallet if you don’t add the memo. And they will not give you the coins back without a $50 fee. They did not do this to protect users they did this to put their hands deeper into your pockets.

Terrible platform, terrible customer service, terrible experience, terrible security
My phone was stolen and they somehow hacked into my crypto account even thought I have a 6 number passcode and drained my accounts. I tried contacting costumer support for help and they offered no guidance or assistance. They offered no solution and were slow to reply to my messages. I would not recommend this app to anyone unless they wanted to have an unsecure and unsafe way to invest crypto. Utter disappointment and distasteful
App closes after login
The app closes either after log in or after I click sign in. Getting to a chat doesn’t work either.
The dying exchange
Crypto.com use to be my favorite exchange. It had everything you could ask for and was continually improving to give the customer the latest greatest experience. Now you can’t even talk to customer service. It’s a failing exchange and I have move all funds off. You should do the same immediately. Read the horror stories on Reddit and put your money somewhere safe.

I’ve had this account for couple of years now I have not been able to access my account for almost a year now.
All I need to do is update my phone number they can’t even do that properly. I cannot log into my account that has money in it. How do you want me to support you and put money in this business when you can’t even properly update my phone number. Scamming users in every possible way
Don’t understand how can these people be so selfish to come up with every possible way to rip the users away? The price is always almost 5% to 10% more at check out, than the original price. Suppose: the price of a coin is 50 Cent and you decide to buy it, on the back page, the price would be much more than $.50.
Instant transfer, Scam: you deposit hundred dollar and it will be instantly available, but you can’t place a limit Order with that money and it takes more than eight days for the funds to be available to place a Limit Order and that hurts the user a lot because of the fluctuation in price, not even once was able to buy the dip.

XRP deposits
Generating an XRP deposit has been like being at 400 red lights, pretty painful. I can count how many times the wheel has been spinning if you would like.
Non existent support
I was able to transfer funds once. I have wasted 3 weeks with support trying to make a second deposit in the exact same manner but every attempt fails. Support repeatedly says they are escalating but after several support chats where I waited 20 hours for a response they only give copy-and-paste responses and close the chat. Many times support will not even acknowledge the screen shots I upload from the app. Support cannot even answer the simplest yes or no questions and just respond with a completely unrelated topic.
Complete Fraud
It is very disappointing and concerning that this app has such a high review in the Apple Store. It has ONE star on Trust Pilot for a very good reason. Do not do business with this company. Nothing but trouble and zero customer service.
Makes it hard to get your money off it
When you try to withdrawal your cash off it aster you liquidate everything the app starts glitching and saying error messages had to delete the app redownload it now we’ll see what happens
Account hacked and stolen
I deposited money to invest in crypto.com and that very same day my account got hacked and all the money I invested was stolen from my account. My account has been locked with a notice to contact crypto.com in the app but when you can’t access the app who can you contact. This site is very unsafe and targeted by scammers. Because I have had no help in resolving this I will be reporting my loss to the federal agencies.

I’d give it 5 stars if it wasn’t so expensive to buy, and send crypto. Everything else about the App is awesome! Cost $10 -$15 just to SEND crypto!
Improvements needed
I have been using crypto for about 2 years now so here’s what they don’t want to tell you up front. It’s a well built app with plenty of utilities to set up your web. But the support leave a lot to be desired. Expect the run around just bask in it and be patient and you’ll see. I also recommend using a secondary crypto app because coins get kicked that’s right your investment is no longer available unless you transfer your coins somewhere else. The rewards suck, have to remember to navigate there and click to opt in for the day vs just opening the app.
It forgets your login info regularly.
It’s OTP on the iPhone is janky, android works great.
Uninstalled though and just going to take a break since it’s been out for almost a decade and still doesn’t work right.
