This is fraud
Do not use any Apps affiliated with this brand, they do not process withdrawals and their “team” cannot actually track any transactions, despite it all being done on the blockchain. It should all be easily traced being on the blockchain, however they are incapable. They simply steal your funds and make excuses why they cannot process withdrawals. It doesn’t matter what wallet you use, you will never see your money again, definitely won’t make any. Even their support is fake and simply come from “different people”, however they never understand what you are trying to say nor will they address anything directly, most likely a bot farm. Apple needs to remove them from the App Store and block their access to develop further Apps to steal from people.

I have been a loyal user and have spent thousands on purchasing miners and supporting Cryptotab! I have had multiple withdraws requested and yet have I seen a single deposit to my wallet! A total of 7 requests to withdraw to CT wallet. In beginning had no issues with withdraws. Now, can’t even get a response from the 30 emails sent to support asking for a resolution just to be ignored. There is not even an option to select for transaction information to track the request or to reference when emailing support! SMH. Shame that a company with such an influx of customers and at the time BTC rising like crazy would ignore and set aside customers whom supported them in the beginning. Guess ya didn’t want to payout all that money when price was high which explains why they have been concerned with it as price falls! At this point keep the damn money. Help ya pay for the indictments!

It’s been 2 years and they still haven’t processed my withdrawal
They paid out at first, but they still haven’t approved my last withdrawal it’s been about 3 years now. I canceled and tried a different using my ncwallet email as the withdrawal address that was over a year ago and still nothing they took my option to Cancel away and they also took away my option to contact support. I’ve emailed them several times and they just tell me to be patient. Now they don’t reply.......

In may of 2025 i was having problems with getting my withdrawal so I contacted customer service and they told me that they will fix it and send out my money. We are in 2026 and I still have yet to receive my money and they still giving me the same old we are still trying to fix the situation I found out what is going on with the withdrawals. This has been going on since May 2025. We are in 2026 and you telling me y’all have still yet to figure out why my money is still being held in your system. Their customer service is not helpful at all. Overall, the app is good, but when you are having problems with withdrawal, the customer service is not good. They’re not gonna help you and you may never get your money and I don’t understand how you have customer service that do not help your customers resolve an issue that has been going for months. This is not good. Customer service to me. Not one customer service agent was able to give me my money and I have talked to several customer service agents. They are not helpful and they never send me my money at all and I’ve been going back-and-forth with customer service since May 2025. There are no help at all. I need somebody who can help me and give me my money but until then this review will be a one star review.

Terrible mining app
Multiple tries to contact customer service, multiple cash outs I’m STILL waiting on 7 months-12 months later, more than 5 times contacting customer support, and I even USE THE AFFILIATE WALLET RAN BY THE SAME PPL. the price for the mining isn’t worth the small returns, just a million notifications to upgrade and spend more and more money when you’ll actually probably never see it transferred to your wallet. Don’t make the same mistakes as me! Have paid hundreds of dollars for this software but finally just ended all miners and plans that I bought.

Used the app, purchased a VM to get hashing power for 1 year. The VM was never delivered. After emailing support, they said it could take a week. This was about a month ago.

Do not waste your time. If you want to be a victim of a cryptocurrency scam, look no further than CryptoTab, Crypto Pool, CT Farms, and their affiliates. Apple should refund its customer and remove these types of apps for fraudulent activity.

I will agree that CT Farm is nice if you want to network your existing computers and have them mine BTC. This might get you a dollar a day. But once you pay anything, they will look for ways to not return funds to you. To be clear. I haven’t had issues withdrawing and my Contracts have been going for months. My biggest issue and headache is the Bot Check that disables your pain for miners every few days at totally random times. Support seems to think these happen at set times, but they don’t. Their suggestion is to spend more money on an extender which would eat up anything you make. The second headache is the decrease in how much is mined each day since BTC started increasing in price. I was getting ~1650 Sats a day, now Im lucky to get 700. Really gets you thinking that there isn’t any mining going on and it is just a giant scam. EDIT Dec 9th 2024: Since leaving the above review, I’ve started having trouble withdrawing. On Dec 8th I started a withdraw for 32k Sats and even after confirming the txns via email, it has yet to complete over 24 hours. That’s not normal at all and there isn’t THAT much traffic right now.

I’ve tried to do multiple withdrawals to no avail. Multiple contact attempts made to customer service email (phone numbers don’t exist) only to be told days later that it takes time and I needed to be patient. I’ve spent over $100 on their workers, waited months, and only to have a projected return of ~$60 worth of bitcoin. The withdrawals haven’t processed since I asked for them, and I fear I’ve been ripped off. It angers me that I believed in this. I want a refund!

But the problem is once you try to width-draw the rewards the excuses begin. They are going to say they are having high volume of requests and that they are working on the request. Was good until they stopped following through with the withdrawal process, I have a withdrawal that’s been processing for 2 months now and 4 other withdrawals that have been pending for 4 days now, and don’t count on any way to reach support, this is turning into a scam. Worker must be activated more frequently
Currently, I have to keep activating my workers multiple times a day, every day. It used to be for several months after buying my current workers that I only needed to activate them once every day and a half. I don’t know why there was a sudden shift from once every day and a half to then having to activate my workers multiple times a day. I will not be renewing or buying any other workers until this is resolved.

All, I suggest you don’t invest, it’s not worth the headache. I was able to withdraw into my NC wallet, but it’s stopped and it’s my last 3 withdrawals just stuck and not being processed. I reached out to support and they are not willing to assist me. I’m calling apple and getting all my refunds for purchases and will request apple to shut down this app.

Paid over $90 for two 3 month contracts, don’t even expect half your money back maybe 10%, on top of that this dirty gypsy Romanian company stops approving transactions from the account you PAY for. It will just list as “pending”. Dirty Gypsy’s.

Have over $100 worth of BTC that I have been trying to withdrawal for over 6 months. Prior to the 6 months it would allow some transactions to go through, not anymore. It’s been stuck in “processing”for months.

This app made me send all of my mined BC to their affiliate CryptoTab browser. From CryptoTab browser has completely ignored my requests for support and has not sent my request (most recent request at almost 5 months.
December 23 2024 I reached out to the vip help reply they sent to my initial review. They said they would look into the matter and send me an update. I am now 2 days away from solid 2 months since I heard from them and no update.
I updated my original review as to document the process this is and added that I contacted vip support. At last access to my review I added the contents of their email and promised to update again as process went on. Well tonight I went to update my review and it is gone. Leaves me wondering exactly how many 1* and concerning reviews have somehow disappeared from the App Store. Definitely some shady things going on.
So now my update: my last contact with the vip support was the same day that they wrote me back. It was a simple message thanking them for looking into this. Today, 02/21/2025 I just replied again asking for an update now that it’s been about 2 months.
I have been documenting, saving emails and screenshots so I have dates to prove my course of action to correct this issue. If I do not see results soon my next update will be the video I make showing the steps and actions taken. The information that I receive if I am forced to contact the App Store itself about this issue. The information if I have to contact the state Atty General about consumer fraud and every other step I must take.
I hope it doesn’t come down to these steps, but if it does I’ll keep you all posted in my review
