I’ve been trying to get ahold of them for 3 days. There’s no number to call and they just don’t respond to emails

For the price of the product and monthly fee this is a TERRIBLE product. I’ve reported countless issues with the Cube Pro and the Tracking service for months and all support does is gas light you into thinking you’re wrong. The tracker sits mostly unused on an ATV and I get hourly and daily alerts that it’s overheating while the vehicle is off for WEEKS in the cold. Customer support “is it near a heat source” while I tell the constantly NO it’s freezing and no where near a heat source and the vehicle is off. They just repeatedly tell me to move it from a heat source. Then the service forces to know your phones location to give you an accurate location of the cube tracker. Why do you need my phones location for the trackers location???? And now their customer service buttons and help support are off or frozen in the app.
I wish I saved 80% on the product and way less on the monthly with a cheaper product.

Terrible
Won’t give me location history
Account keeps getting locked for no reason
App constantly locks my account and stays unlocked for days at a time. Does this for no reason, which means I’m paying for a subscription for something that’s totally uses less if I can’t track the device due to a “locked account”. This is the second time in a week that my account has been locked for no reason whatsoever.
Login times out
Times out, cannot sign in, no help from China support.
Mad
They have not satisfied my request for better Location, I cannot look back at my van’s previously location as I once could before and my cube often loses signal
Worst Product Ever
DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! This tracker and app is the worst product I have ever purchased. From set up that is confusing, and non-intuitive to paying for a subscription that was not indicated on the package when you purchased the tracker. And even when I was willing to sign up for the $20 a month subscription the website it took me two would not allow me to use the keypad on my phone to sign up for the subscription.
I would highly recommend not purchasing this product and looking for another.

Complete garbage will quit working all of the sudden then you have to reset. It’s garbage don’t buy if you want something reliable

I have only had it for a few weeks and sometimes it would show like the battery is dead even tho is not also it pushes you to purchase other items and it will not let you do anything else until you press the “buy” bottom and will send you to like a different page from the app it won’t actually charge you thank god ! But pretty annoying!!!! Also sometimes it would log me out and won’t let me login for solid 20 minutes or until i delete and re-download the app again AND it’s like $20 subscription? For it to not work when I need it ???? so really contemplating returning it

Tracker Doesn’t Work Well Airplane
The tracker doesn’t work well for tracking luggage or instruments while boarding and while. Not worth the effort or time. Poor performance.

it updates at home and everywhere else day 1. day two updated in home and when left the house in a vehicle, updated at home and then stopped updating when it left. can the app simply display that the connection is lost or disconnected rather than you thinking it’s connected when it is not? then too, have a button in the app to ask to connect the signal. my cube gps was fully charged and it updated location at home so i assumed it was working fine when i sent it i out. my phone is fully charge. i have no idea if it’s connected, not connected, or trying to connect based on what is displayed in the app. it’s been one hour and no idea what’s going on. frustrated.
