You broke this app
Unable to see scripts ready to pick up. App keeps asking for settings. Everything was working great and then you broke it. Nothing works.

If you send a message to your pharmacy, I found out they can't respond to you via the app ?? You put in a message and it says they will get back to you shortly... next message is that they completed the request ??? Also, The button for a prescription ready for a refill takes me to a list of prescriptions but then I have to search the list and look for any that could be refilled... what a waste of an app. Does any of your programming team actually use this ? I am a developer... this app is a mess !

My prescriptions will randomly show up. Then when and if they do I can’t always refill them and wind up having to call instead of being able to use the app.

Always an issue with app and dealing with in store. I out all my information in the app and store personnel tells me it’s not there. Very frustrating!!!!
Tech issues for months!!!
My rewards and savings tab is not working for months saying it’s a cvs tech problem but yet my husband can access our account on his app with no problems.

Time and time again I have yo go back and straighten out my account info. They keep mixing up the members of my family and confusing account info so that now I don't know who has what and cannot login... again.

You change your app every time I turn around and there’s always a glitch. I’ve been going in circles trying to get to my prescriptions and keep taking me back to the same place I put in my email my phone number my birthday and it says let’s get started. I go ahead and do it again. It takes me straight back there! You guys used to have the best app in town and I don’t know why but every time I turn around you have changed something again It is worthless right now. I can’t see my prescriptions even though it’s got all my information it even shows me my email address but yet I still can’t get to my prescriptions. Nice work guys! Utterly ridiculous!

It’s been running slow plus some of my coupons did not come off at checkout and I didn’t get any of extra bucks back.

There is always a delay and now the app is not calculating my extra bucks correctly for the pass 2 days

Every time I try to login I never can, even when entering my password from my list where it was saved with a corresponding date from the last time I attempted to use the app!
Complete mess
None of my prescriptions are actually listed in the app, even though my profile and insurance info is all correct. So the app is completely useless because I can’t actually manage anything.
SLOW and GLITCHY
I love CVS, but we’re in 2026. This app feels like it’s from 2007. It’s glitchy and slow. It hasn’t improved in the last 10 years. Order information is inaccurate. Search function is horrible. I have Care Pass Plus and I may need to cancel because the app is so horrible. With Amazon coming out with its own pharmacy, I fear CVS may be in trouble if its app can’t get with the times.
Change address
Hard to change move phamacy location change from 1 CVs to another. Will not show locations when I type in town and zip (Webster Ma) app says change from the options menu but “options” is no where to be found.
The store looks like it’s closing.

I can’t see my prescriptions anymore!
Used to love it
Over the past few months coupons that I had sent to my card have disappeared. When this happens I leave the store with nothing. I’m not paying full price for something when I know for a fact I had a coupon for that. Sometimes I will check my app later and they have magically returned sometimes they don’t. CVS needs to fix this or I just won’t shop there anymore.

App is large in size, no dark mode and slow to load
The app takes around 5-10 seconds to load all the tabs in the bottom , no dark mode, and the app size for a pharmacy app is too large to be around 700 megabytes. They need to slim the app and take up less space on the phone!
