Bad App
I got CyberGhost to connect to the Internet, maybe one or two times and then never again. Letters to CyberGhost support go unanswered. This is one VPN I will never purchase again.

iPad: More and more problems with connecting
For the last 2-4 weeks I have to delete the VPN connection on my iPad in the settings because connection to a Cyberghost server ends in an endless loop and blocks any connection to the internet! Turn off button isn’t working at all then. The problem with Cyberghost is, if you got a problem is always blocking!
Now app isn’t working on my iPhone anymore!
If the app isn’t working you can’t do anything!!
Popup appears to check the app but check failed and you can’t even log on because this popup appears over and over again, totally BS!!!!!
Next VPN will another because the customer service is too often incompetent!
It seems they are not reading my emails but asking tons of useless questions!!!
It seems they will just keep you busy.
