Not working
Just installed this app and when I open it, it just sits there and does nothing. What am I doing wrong?
Terrible and not user friendly
The puzzles are good but the app stinks!!! I contacted the developer since the app on my iPhone and iPad don’t read each other so my level of game on my phone are at higher game level than my iPad. Even thought I have same login, data and games don’t match on3another. Pain so I hardly play anymore. They never properly answered my question on how I can get my devices show the same games.

50 coins is all you get to start with? What happened to getting 160 coins to start with? What a joke!
Stupid ads
What is up with not being able to click out of the ads that come up? Specifically the ones about senior health care. It’s become repetitive and very frustrating. Please get this fixed. It’s annoying and enough of a problem to make me delete the app.
Trying to solve
Don’t know why but they have to fix it. I was doing a puzzle and doing the across answers and I’d answer one and then it will switch to up and down answers. I’m doing the across first and it won’t let me do that. Every time I would put it going across and touch the arrow for next answer, it go up and down. To me that’s stupid and annoying.
No longer user friendly

Won’t let me download this game and I still have money on this puzzle game. What is up with this. Seems very wrong
Why have an app you cant use
I was able to play one crossword before every puzzle I try to do says please check your network connection even though I have full Wi-Fi signal and full carrier signal. It seems like the app has a problem not my connection deleted it immediately.
Earn coins
How unusual to not be rewarded with “coins earned” when successfully complete puzzles and progress in game. Too bad. Takes fun out of it. Otherwise good game, but there are plenty of good free play, including revealing letters, words etc free.
Pop-ups
The clues pop up and invade the screen. They can’t be clicked off of to disappear that I could find. What happened to regular crossword puzzles? Came to this one, because the newspaper ones are too difficult, but this is a pain.

I love doing my crossword puzzles every day. Now my enjoyment has been interrupted by surveys saying I can win reward. The only problem is they are questioning me on personal information. Is this really coming from your company? So I am unable to do my puzzles. Please explain, or let me do my puzzles

Ads are freezing the screen
A couple days ago the ads started freezing up. I try to click on the ‘X’ but it is over my battery life icon and I cant get it to exit out of the ad. I have to get completely out of the app and start over. I don't mind seeing a few ads here and there. The app company has to make money. I get it. But I have the option to click on the ‘X’ if I want to. not anymore. Fix please.

May 28th puzzle, 28 down is an error!!!! They have Popeye’s girlfriend as Olive Oil. Nope is Olive Oyl!!!!
It’s just not fair!
New idea: If one is able to set a new time record with a particular puzzle, they should be awarded 25 stars. If a new top 5 record is set, how about 10 new stars.
If I decide to spend the tokens I have to do prior puzzles that I missed for some reason, then they should count towards my streak. It’s ridiculous that we get bumped back down to zero for things that are out of our control like getting a new phone, updating an app, being in an area that can’t get your game to load. You need to include paid makeup games towards daily streak. ALSO, how is it possible to earn the reward for doing 31 daily puzzles in November when November ALWAYS has 30 days. And this impossible challenge stays at the top of the awards list like we’ve failed at something!!!

Have used for about 6 months then yesterday the opening screen just goes on and on. I deleted and redownloaded and used it…one day. Next day the same. And yes, the next clue button had started to act drunk. Great while it lasted. Not worth my time anymore.
Will not load on iPad, took no add money
Yesterday the app would not load so I deleted it and lost all my winnings and no ad payment. Today there was an update and it still will not work. Plus, I paid $4.99 twice (after reinstalling the app) for no ads and it says “purchase successful” however it’s prompting me to buy it again!!!! So can’t use the app and lost $10.
Latest update killed it

Worst Update ever
This is the second time in 24 hours that this app doesn’t start up (first time was on Friday 9/30). Had to delete and reinstall twice which helped greatly. I hope this doesn’t happen often or I will have to kiss this app goodbye forever.

Latest update rendered the app useless. The app tries to load and just hangs. Daily streak is ruined because the developer released an update that was obviously not throughly tested. Ridiculous.

Literally every version update, stops the app from working
I’ve used this crossword app for a few years now, but every time the version is updated it quits working properly and won’t open at all. It doesn’t matter which device I use the result is the same. Time to find another crossword app with less issues.

Since the update the app no longer works. I have not been able to access since the update to fix minor bugs. I think the app now has a bigger bug that needs fixed. I really enjoyed doing my puzzle with my coffee before work each morning.

It would be more fun if you gave more money instead of having to sit through so many ads to get so little. Most crossword games I play reward the player much more. You guys are stingy!

Enjoyed the puzzles but watching extra long as for 10 coins is too much to ask. Shame they weren’t shorter.
Fun But…
This game is fun, but there are not enough rewards. Also, there should be a way to make up for a missed day, so your playing streak isn’t over. Plus, the new addition of the “encouraging” pop up messages, with noise, are super obnoxious! These messages also cover up the board, making it impossible to see the next clue. Such an annoying, unnecessary addition! If you want to add something that solvers will enjoy, give more rewards!!
No new puzzles for January 2022
Can’t seem to get any new puzzles. App does not seem to be working correctly. Cannot download app on my phone so that I can see on my Home Screen. Plz help.

Have really enjoyed this game but now I cannot watch videos for rewards because it gets stuck and I have to reboot every time. Very aggravating. Thinking about finding a new crossword app
