Sometimes the instructions are minutes behind and this matters because the workout is only 10-15 minutes long. It makes the experience defeating and not fun. Also cancelling is made difficult. I made a request to cancel by filling out multiple forms for 2 of my subscriptions. It didn’t send any response to my email, so you need to follow up if you plan on cancelling.

Do not download this app. Hopefully I can get my money back with my bank.

Lied about free trial
The free trial is a scam! I signed up based on the free trial offer and they billed me $19.99 for a month immediately and didn’t give me 7 days for free.
Shady
I signed up for the half off first month program, one of the dance ones. They signed me up for several other programs. Partially my fault. In the myriad of questions during initial sign up, I missed that they auto checked “recommended” additional packages.
I paid via app, and the price on the pop up didn’t reflect these additions. In total, I got a $55 dollar charge for what should have been a $15 purchase. When I explained that I didn’t want these things and wanted a refund, they told me it had already been issued and offered a partial refund on the unwanted items to the tune of $12. So now I have a digital copy of a book on yoga that I could easily google and my budget is shot. They respond quickly, but it’s not clearly helpful.
I can’t even speak on the services. I’m too angry to use them.

Do NOT get this App
I’m not sure why the reviews are so good but the convinced me and I even bought the 3 month membership. Immediately I ran into several issues and when I reached out for a full or partial refund they told me no but I could get more months for free that I don’t want because it sucks or I could change the membership to something like yoga…obviously if I wanted that I would have signed up for that. Do not get this app it’s not good. I get more activation from Just Dance on YouTube.
False Promise of Free Trial
They promise a free trial in exchange for a high rating, but they don’t deliver.
Big promises little rewards
Another program that shows the best on social media but doesn’t actually have those workouts in the app. Videos are choppy and audio doesn’t match. Contacted customer support and while they did respond there was no actual support or resolution. While I appreciate the developer response as stated in the original review I have already contacted customer support and was told the workouts advertised were not available.
Scam
Absolutely do not subscribe. I have attempted to cancel multiple times, continue to be told it has been cancelled and I won’t be charged again.. only to be charged the very next month over and over. This is theft.
Awful
I just liked the app from the first time I opened it. It’s not designed for Americans and I just found everything about it very distasteful and I just hated it. I just hated everything about it.

Downloaded this hoping for some nice easy lessons. Figured it wouldn’t be all free (none of these apps are these days), but was hoping for maybe a couple free workouts to try it out.

Impossible to cancel subscription
Guys, I strongly advise against installing this app or subscribing to it. Once you sign up, it’s extremely difficult to cancel - there’s no clear option in the settings, and customer support is either unhelpful or gives generic responses.
On top of that, the app charges more than what was originally stated at the time of subscription. You risk losing money and wasting a lot of time trying to stop the charges. Please be careful and think twice before downloading.

After skipping 47 questions, the app promised me I’d drop 60kg in 2.5 weeks. After getting to the prices, I tried to close the app and got a last chance offer, spinning wheel discount, and the a final offer of a “free” membership if I left a 5 star review (before having access to the app) and putting in my credit card. Everything about this sounds like a bad decision in the process. You’ve been warned.
