Theft
I have downloaded and canceled my subscription twice. Every time I’ve signed up, they take more money than they should and refuse to refund me. My last interaction with this app/company was in January of this year, when again, they overcharged me for a trial subscription and never gave me my money back. They’ve continued to take money from me each month although my subscription has been canceled. I recently read a review that one lady had to block this company from her card in order to stop being charged. They offered her a refund at that time, ONLY if she agreed to remove posts similar to mine from social media. This app/company is a scam!
Boring and amateur contents
They can’t differentiate between dance with choreography from jumping up and down in random movement with background music.
I can do aerobic exercises on my own with ears plugged in for music. I don’t need to pay for the app.
Demonstrations are amateur and not dance choreography at all.
Voice over is pathetic.
I signed up to learn and dance while exercising. There were a few interesting lessons at the beginning. Then everything became boring now that they allow developers and content creator. Instead of real dance taught step, there are just random people doing some random moves without any strategy and definitely not dance move. The demonstrator just jump or do some random movement not related to dance with an annoying voice over who did not even know what the next movement will do, just doing blah blah blah in the background. Totally disappointing app. The app asked you to choose what kinds of dance you like and for how long. I didn’t choose Tai Chi as I don’t consider that dance. For a few days, tai chi shows up. I chose longer sessions of 16+ minutes but I got 12 minutes as a practice session. The app was ok at the beginning. But I’ll not give my money based on how they run now. If they want to save cost by not having professional but rely on amateurs to donate contents, please stop taking money from app users.

Terrible
This app is impossible. Short videos have no instructions so You have no ideas what’s going on; what’s the next step. Even when their is talking it’s just a description so they are just talking through the step. You can look for a longer video with instructions but now of them play all the way through. You have to play the video and then if you can get to the end you it will be loaded. Worst purchase ever!

For 7 days that ended ultimately charging my credit card monthly $29. And the refund policy is that they don’t do refunds. They are great at marketing on Instagram but terrible at the truth.

First experience questionable
I indicated I was a beginner and I wanted slow and gradual with workouts 0-10 minutes and the very first workout is intermediate and 18 minutes. The only way to contact in the app is using mail, which I don’t have on my phone because I don’t want it. Not a good start. The 1 star is only because I haven’t even used the app yet so I don’t know, but so far not impressed.
I am adding this to my review because they said they would refund me if they couldn’t fix the issue. Well it looked like they fixed the issue so I tried it again. Even though it said it was beginner it definitely was not. The first thing the guy said in the video was how hard it was going to be including jumping and stuff. I asked for my money back again and nothing happened and it’s been months.

Poor Experience
Confusing subscriptions and even when canceling you get charged and then CS doesn’t respond to messages. Had to call my bank to block charges. Two thumbs down. Don’t do it.
Not as advertised
I got an ad on Instagram for this app, and it looked fun, but the dancing in the ad can’t even be found in the app. I find it’s a bit generic and cheesy, I think you’re better off looking for dance videos on YouTube, I do regret this purchase unfortunately.
Buyers Beware
I was excited to try this app and signed up for only the basic plan to make sure I liked it before purchasing anything additional, but I logged onto my bank account and they took four payments out of my account. So I logged into the app and went to subscriptions and they have me signed up for four different subscriptions, AND it gets EVEN BETTER, You can’t just manage your subscriptions with the push of a button you have to send a request to support. And good luck finding your User ID to do this bc they buried that within the app as well.
