I wanted to transfer messages from my old iphone to a new google pixel, and ended up having to pay for the app with BOTH PHONES since one app store used an apple account and the other, a google account, so over $20. After 2 hours or so waiting for the transfer, when it was finally complete the app said I hadn't paid them for the right thing?? And wanted me to spend MORE MONEY and do the transfer all over again. This is a disgusting and predatory, and I highly recommend you steer clear

Reason for this is. I downloaded from the App Store. Asked for payment option and I chose the monthly option and Apple Pay $25. Purpose of buying this was for WhatsApp business transfer from old to new phone both iOS. When clicked on that asked me to install the PC version when installed and logged in it says I need to purchase again. Again went back to downloaded version says The account was not purchased. Tried customer service but poor response

Bad program
I tried this program in the past and it worked just fine. But recently it doesn’t work for me anymore. I even tried PC version but still not working. I contacted customer service team but they are not helping at all. All they do is trying to deny and do their best to keep your money. SCAMMER!

Complete Garbage-Do not buy
I downloaded this app and paid $25 in app for the transfer service including transfer of WhatsApp data. The app said that the WhatsApp transfer was successful, but no data was transferred. I then tried to submit a request for technical assistance, and just got a “Submission Failed” error message. Guys I need technical support for the technical support submission, which is kind of a Catch 22. Anyway, stay away. What this app actually does is something you can easily do manually. And it can’t do anything but an extremely basic file transfer that you could accomplish via Google Drive or DropBox.
Fraudsters and Thieves
If you thought or were told that you could switch from Apple to an Android using this, you were wrong. No help from anything but AI and no real person who can help it make sense. I have no doubt that Apple has a hand in this as well because if you are not in their system they cannot sell you. But this app is all vapor.

Misleading advertising. Rip off
The whole reason I paid for the app was to transfer my text messages from my iPhone to my android. The first couple of tries it allowed me to scan the QR code but would freeze at 95%. After that, there’s an information warning that says due to iOS restrictions messages cannot be transferred. They got my $10 but it’s an absolute rip off.

This was my last resort given I couldn’t find any other app to transfer my data from iPhone to android. Paid $10 for this app to not transfer anything! Quite literally nothing! No pictures, no videos, no contacts, no nothing! It showed the progress bar as if it transferred all my data but alas transferred nothing and I can’t even figure out how to get a refund. I guess good job for fooling people? 🤷🏻♀️

Does not even work. Don’t waste your time
Worst app ever. I tried 4 hours with no solution. I paid for all the packages also to no solution. Customer service troubleshooted every alternative with no solution, yet they wouldn’t refund me until I sent them the file logs.

I tried to use Wondershare to transfer data from my Android and it did not work. It was probably user error so I don’t fault them, but then I asked for a refund and they refused. Fair enough.
Then I stupidly forgot to cancel my subscription and got charged AGAIN. The second time I emailed that same day and they still refused refund. In short, be absolutely certain this is what you want before you pay because you will never be seeing that money again.

App does not work unless after you purchase it you make more purchases for it to work. That kind of crap. Instructions aren’t clear. Cumbersome. Clunky. Don’t waste your time.
