Do not use this dating app. They are very shady in their billing practices. I am a tech savvy 40 year old and didn’t realize they were charging me for this service. When you go into the payment settings it doesn’t show you what payment you are using, how much they are charging or when the payment is applied, there is also no way to update/change your payment method. There is no option to cancel and when you call/chat there is no way to get to a real person. They did finally send me instructions on how to cancel but they were incorrect. After the 2nd set of incorrect instructions they finally canceled my subscription on their end. This is definitely not user friendly and I would go as far to say it is praying on older adults trying to find love. Chase did refund the monthly charges but I would not mess with this company at all. There are way better dating apps out there!!

Borderline scam site! You have to pay for chatting, email or opening photos. If you’re lucky enough to make it to Free User status, you cannot contact other Free Users! They dictate who you can associate with so if there is ever a connection in the beginning, don’t hold onto hope that it will last. The Free Users are there to keep you engaged so you can keep buying credits! Also found a couple of scammers with ‘confirmed photos.’ Be careful with your wallet if you use this site!

Absolutely positively do not even touch this app, merely for all the spam that you will get. None of the profiles are real, they are all bots, and then after I canceled my account, I got multiple spam emails from other dating sites that are using information that I put in this app. It’s been a nightmare trying to close all the fake profiles they created with my info .

Come on, almost 1usd per message? Spent 200 usd just talking to one person. Impossible to get people out of the app and also so many AI profiles. It’s ridiculous.

This is the worst dating app around. You have to pay for EVERYTHING! This app runs on credits so even if you buy a monthly subscription, you only get a certain amount of credits. And if you run out you have to wait till it refills in a month. This app even charges you to VIDEO CHAT. It’s like 6 credits for every minute.this app is a joke.

Constant notifications, all of them from AI Bots that say they are verified accounts. They auto message the second you even open their profile with the most random things. Won’t answer direct questions about your profile or theirs. And of course are accounts that you have to pay to talk to and that send things you have to pay to open. Very few real people, and they never respond when you try to reach out because of all the AI messages they get. Skip this app.

Deciding to dip my toe back into the cess pool of online dating to be greeted by in app purchases that just don’t make wallet sense and bot chats galore with obvious grammatical and syntax errors. I deleted the app and canceled my short subscription and will wear hazmat gear when I ease into “free” sites which is where I should have started and given up initially.

They make fake profiles, people engages in conversations and you keep buying credits and then you discover those are fake profiles when you ask for proof of authenticity (in order to online date safely) they even send paperback paragraphs as messages and when you suspect something is sketchy they got all nervous and all.
They don’t answer complaining emails, and do not reimburse your money.
I engaged in a chat with an agent with my concerns online and when he saw himself busted he abandoned the chat.

I live in a very small town, signed up for this dating service. It’s all a scam. They immediately flooded me with about 30 eligible man in my area, which is a total lie. I’ve been on other dating apps and there’s hardly anybody on them at all. So this is total set up to get your money and to get you to buy minutes and chats and gifts to send to people because these are hired clientele that get you in hooked into a conversation of love so that you’ll buy minutes to talk with them. Don’t do it do not do it. What a rip off these guys should be thrown in jail!

Misleading and fake connections
I’ve chatted with someone on this site and struggling to invest in purchasing credits on here even with having a subscription. Only free user accounts only target non users accounts by pushing them into writing letters, sending stickers to “seal” agreements that are only one sided or prove your true authenticity of how you feel, and you will never ever have one person to connect with you off this app. Being a true single mother hoping real love found me was a huge mistake on this platform while the other person 4k miles away from me is happy I wake up everyday in emotional pain with a “decision”. After investing my time,true authentic self, and vulnerability to someone for 7 months to be dumped before the holidays this app truly is a set up for failure and false hope. Although the support team will reach out but truly not take your thoughts and opinions into consideration as it a money laundering scam.

I immediately experienced multiple catfishing attempts from various locations in the distant places from women who had little to no information on their profiles. You use credits every time you reply to a message. Seems like they are just trying to get you to spend $.

Nothing But Bots
The dating profiles on there were almost entirely fake accounts. I’ve been on just about every dating app there is, so I wanted to try this one. I cancelled my account the same day. Every profile was a bot. As soon as I would view a profile, they would immediately message me, with the exactly same type of message. Seriously like 20 within a matter of minutes. This app is just infested. When I requested a refund, they wanted proof that the accounts were fake. Don’t waste your time and money, and don’t let those scammers get you! Protect yourself, if you do decide to use it. I suggest you don’t.

There’s no way to set distance parameters for meeting your matches. If you get someone from the USA then you’re lucky! No customer service, some weird charges for services to read chat messages. Over all -10 stars! Ridiculous!

Waste of Money
All bots and AI profiles. Almost all of them are international profiles (which is wild considering they are all fake!) not from my area (United States). These AI profiles are created to drain your credits so you have to spend more money. Customer service is horrible and I’m having trouble canceling my subscription. Do not use this app!!!

Terrible Exit Process!! I used the app a few weeks and deleted my account. I went through the whole process of deleting. It has been 6 months and I am still getting charged monthly and having to dispute the charges!! Take my warning…they will do this to you too!!!
Disappointed, frustrated, and feeling misled by their advertising
I found this dating app to be very rudimentary. Not many features in setting up a dating profile. Search feature does have a radius limit to find locals. Search results will often include people from around the world. Random people from around the world will try and chat you up. This can be quite annoying. Body measurements are in metric only. Subscription is pricey for minimal app features.
BEWARE OF THIS APP
I was matched with over 100 men. All of them fake. 1 did keep me engaged with a man claiming he was a German attorney in LA. German accent. Original from Munich. He really sucked me in. My red flags were screaming but I didn’t want to pay attention, $20,000!!!!! Later, I finally had a background check done. He didn’t exist. He was respectful, always appropriate. He would occasionally say that he was not forcing me into anything. He always made me feel as if I was the one. I I should have known then. He always made sure that I was paying for these credits without his pressure.
