I can’t see what’s going on with my 401k. The ADP app had a much simpler layout of earnings,your insurance, 401k and everything on one page with the year to date figures on everything also
The worst onboarding experience of my life
As a new employee, using this to set up coverages has been worse than anything I have ever experienced in a first week. Poorly explained sections, refusal to accept that 100% is 100%. A joke from start to finish.

Infuriating
This app is really infuriating. I don’t understand why the app shows different stuff than on the main webpage. If you’re looking at it it’s a computer. It’s not very intuitive. I would go back and redesign this.
Can’t access money
I recently just tried to get money off of my daily pay. I have a specific amount and I was trying to take it out and when I tried to take it out, I said oh something went wrong. Check back later. What do you mean??? you guys just updated the app two days ago what could be the problem with the app when you just updated it!!!!
Dayforce is absolutely counterproductive to my time EVERY time I try to use it!
I have nothing good to say about Dayforce! I NEVER know if I can even get in to the site let alone draw money that I should be able to draw! YOU CANT EVER SPEAK TO A HUMAN about THEIR errors! EVERYONE that you do speak with passes the buck to the employees Employers! No accountability and NO PROFESSIONALISM.

I don’t know why every other week, I have to change my password. It’s so frustrating. My coworkers also complain of the same issue.

Worthless app shouldn’t have been updated
Keeps signing me out and won’t keep the password I have logged in so now I have to keep plugging the same password and it’s saying it’s invalid or the username is invalid? Would have been far more better if it didn’t update it’s so irritating that I have to keep logging in and signing in especially when I had Face ID be used to make it easier to sign in but nope not anymore it got rid of it so once again I’m locked out because y’all can’t get your app to work properly. Fix this worthless app from the common logging in issues this is ridiculous. Either that or get rid of this junky app entirely useless if you can’t even login after putting in the CORRECT password several times and still insists it’s invalid. Deleted the app I’m tired of it never working when it needs to just delete this app it’s not worth using if it doesn’t even work at all.
Sizing issues
It’s a struggle to change the direct deposit on the app, if you leave the app while you fill out the form it gets stuck and doesn’t let you move, it’s annoying to deal with, plus the automatic zoom in doesn’t help it makes it worse

It’s great as long as you never work long hours. If you work 10+ hours it will lock you out!
Impossible ui
The direct deposit interface is unusable on mobile, constant freezing. the page doesn’t even fit on the screen, and with no way to move it you can’t even use it. Nothing but a headache

Not made for restaurant use. You can’t see who is working what shifts in order to make shift swaps. It only shows who’s working the same day as you, not who’s working lunch or dinner and you can’t see who’s working on days you’re off. I have used many scheduling apps this is by far the worst. Do NOT recommend!

I really can’t fathom a person that provides a positive 5 star review for Dayforce on their own time. If it works well then there is no motivation for the average user to provide a 5 star review, why bother? Is it really that life changing? Is it really that important to you? I digress, this app logs me out at least every 2 weeks and then refuses to accept the last security credentials I created the last time a service failure like this occurred. It’s really astonishing we live in a world where applications require updates every other week and yet they simultaneously manage to degrade each week and feel worse for wear than counterparts from decades prior. Oh well, if it’s the cross I must bear in order for a computer science major that got taken for a ride on tuition to be able to afford their student loan payments then so be it, someone’s gotta be there for it.

Cannot stand this app. Constant rolling password changes and logins. Always seems to pop up when you’re trying to clock in when you get to work right on time. Constant password changes make people write the password down, which puts you at a higher risk to be hacked. Third party authentications like someone is gonna steal my phone, fool Face ID, and clock me in at work. This app’s new trick is to take 45 seconds to a minute to even open the time clock. If you work a long day don’t worry, the app will clock you out at a random time and error when you try to CLOCK OUT with “You are not clocked on”. If you accidentally hit MEAL START you may as well just take lunch because you can’t just end it, you have to wait 1-2 minutes to do that too. Funny how a corporation decides to use a low grade app apparently written by a third grader,and you’re just stuck using it.
Not a good app for money
This app is horrible I gotten a check disappear on this app basically got robbed by Dayforce don’t like that you gotta pay money to get your money this app is dumb
Not as good as browser
The app isn’t as user friendly as you would expect. Calendar sync issues, etc.
Still have to log on with single sign on
The app never just opens up with being able to enter a password. Doesn’t remember username and I click the remember me box every time. Plus the username and password are so hard to remember because I wasn’t allowed to choose my own that I had to write it down and look at that every time.

Unable to use my debit card
I was unable to use my card for an entire day. All of my transactions were being declined. I tried Apple Pay, bank transfer, ATM withdrawal, tap at the register, as well as debit card at the register. All declined I called Dayforce wallet customer service 11 times no one was able to help. Customer service reps were very rude and it was hard to understand them. I am still without the ability to access my funds.
I’d rather hand write my punch card
One of the worst apps I’ve had to use to clock in with. Servers are always down and it takes 5 minutes for a single page to load appropriately

This app has actually gotten to my last straw. I am entering the irreversible password and it says it wrong then will lock you out. Coworker have had this issue too. Get rid of this app.
Ridiculous
My employer went to Dayforce and everyone is having issues logging in, viewing their checks, getting their w-2’s. And don’t think you’re going to get any help from customer service because you have to have special codes to text, chat, even call them on the phone.

Every time this app is updated it gets worse. Now it freezes whenever I open it.
Don’t bother using app
After logging in it’s just a blank page. Just use the browser instead.
