Lost images
After trying the free version, I took several amazing photos and was completely confident they were saved! Unfortunately, I saw that they were stored in temporary files that couldn't be viewed. I decided to subscribe in hopes of seeing them later, but no miracle happened! Is there any hope of seeing them, given that they're in storage?
Unwanted recurring subscription charge
I have been charged on a monthly basis for Dazz Pro subscription and cancelling the subscription is messy. Im still not able to figure out how exactly do I cancel it. It says it should show on my apple account but IT IS NOT.

Fix the GRD R filter bug!
It used to be so warm and nice. Now I choose the warmest thing and it isn’t showing up as warm at all :(
App does not work!!
The first day I downloaded features worked fine. Next day decided to pay 20 dollars cause I wanted to access advanced features and camera does not operate when I open the app. Also it selectively allows me to edit photos of at all (sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t). I want my money back bro

Photos do not upload.
I used the GRD R camera filter when taking photos of a light parade. I had some really fun memories with my grandma who has now passed. I took lovely photos of everybody. Just to find out that they didn’t save. AT ALL. Whenever i used to GRD R camera filter, they would not save to the in-app gallery or my own photo gallery. I used a different camera and sure they saved, but they didn’t have the photos of my grandmother. I am devastated by this fact and hoping that the team will respond to fix this, so far, no luck. 😕
Saves videos at low resolution.
Sure, I get it, the videos are supposed to look like old dv cams, analog cameras and film cameras, but it’s a bummer that my favorite video profile gets saved at 720p. It makes the filmgrain effect worthless because when viewed on a 4K display the grain turns to mush.

But when I take photos,it looks completely different.
The images are not the same as the ones before I took photos.
It goes too dark and too noise.
That makes me frustrated.
My Device is Iphone 17 pro.
I hope you can fix it or make an advice for me.
