I was in pretty decent standing in every faculty on my server before our merge, but I also was not so painfully aware of the grip you have on these fools wallets until they all got merged into with us. I mean holy $4it how does anyone have multiple $500 characters on a mobile game?

Poor updates
I’ve played for about a year and I haven’t seen much in terms of improvements. Rewards for their best game mode are limited (once you hit a certain point, you will never get rewards again at all) and play attempts are limited to 5 per week. They’ve added new hero’s but literally no way to get them currently (even with real money), they’re basically just decorations. There have been no improvements to player experience since I started. If it wasn’t DC, I wouldn’t even consider playing it

This game is bad.
I’ve played this for a while and sank a lot of cash into it. The game makes no efforts to do anything different, creative, or original- even from their other games. The ‘DC’ part of the title is a bit misleading. They use the characters to lure you in due to the IP but the game is actually about spaceships. This is a spaceship battler that has almost nothing to do with DC characters. Their other games use other IPs but are also spaceship battlers. The beginning of the game will emulate a hero collector, but once you have played for about 6 months (even as f2p) you’ll unlock the bulk of the extremely limited game content and find that it’s a pvp spaceship battler using the DC name but not having anything else to do with the franchise.
Stay away from anything Funplus because, unless you think IP sticker + 4x spaceship battler is fun, then you will be deeply disappointed.
Events are not actually events. They’re just opportunities to spend. They aren’t even sales. It’s just monthly spending opportunities via fairly lazy themed minigames. And calling them minigames is honestly a big stretch. They’re just ‘RNG’ autoclicks where you wait to see what your rewards are. And I use the term RNG lightly since it is extremely obvious that there is nothing random about the rewards. Just spend more.
They don’t understand or know how to celebrate anything. They just had their 1-year anniversary and it was a less inspired and worse ‘event’ than their typical boring monthly ones. It’s been much maligned, even by supporters and this is what you’re in store for. It barely even qualifies as a hero collector.
In real life when people ask what I am playing I -always- inform them that I don’t want to reveal the name because I don’t want them to ever try this game. It’s bad. It’s boring. It only wants you to spend. And it’s deeply uninspired and uninteresting.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD. Run, don’t walk, away from this as fast as you can.
There are plenty of other mobile games that offer loads more value for your time and/or money.
This is my warning to potential future players. 1 star because I didn’t see how to give it zero.

Pay to Win Only
The artwork is beautiful and the voice actors are great. Game play is… okay-ish, but after playing this game for 3 months, it has become very very very clear that this is a PAY to WIN only game. Unless you’re willing to pay the big bucks, be prepared to lose every battle. I’ve wasted $30 on this game and I will not spend another cent. I’m sticking around because the members of the League I’m in are nice. Plus I want to collect Nightwing and Starfire. Once I have those 2. I’m quitting.

Total Scam
It’s a complete scam. They cater only to the whales by making the most important currency in the game extremely expensive, then tricking new players into spending it. Their customer service repeats the same messages over and over refusing to admit their system is broken. Fun Plus is tarnishing the name of DC Comics.
Greedy devs
Every event is extremely p2w and gives next to nothing for f2p. Not surprised that the 1 year anniversary event is just another cash grab with piss poor rewards for everyone who spends under $100. Save you time and money and stay away from this greed machine.
Constant Decline
I’ve been playing from day one and every update worsens the game. It’s clear the developers aren’t listening to what the players want and clearly don’t care. It almost feels like they’re trying to chase players away. Long term players are starved for anything to do as they make what little is available more laborious and tedious to do with each update and reskinned boring events. Even their One Year Anniversary event is just a cheap reskin of a previous event, adding nothing actually fresh or new into the game. Save yourself the disappointment and don’t download. The only players still around are the ones suffering sunk cost fallacy.
Greedy - Avoid - P2W
This game has become very money hungry. Making this pretty much a Pay to Win. Crazy how they add more ways for you to spend money but not enough content to keep you playing. Newer players don’t stay around too long and older players are now stuck and are thinking about leaving the game. Two of the biggest champs (Batman and Green Lantern) you have to pay for if you want to unlock them.

Every update ruins the game
The game was great in the beginning. Granted it is using AI art and has been consistently which is scummy but whatever. Fast forward to now and it’s literally unplayable. Every update makes the game impossible. They want us to spend more money SO bad they keep updating in ways to help people who pay and stifle those who don’t. The most recent update makes the game genuinely unplayable for everybody. The devs refuse to listen to feedback and are just money hungry. You’re better off spending your time and money on literally any other game. Super disappointing.
Every Update Ruins the Game
I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt only because I wanted a red star Red Hood but I can see now that the only way that will happen any time soon is of I pay for it. The UI is overbearing and the screen is crowded, making it easy and almost required to misclick something at least once per log-in. The constant demands to be present on the game, unable to go even 24hours before you lose rewards, the multiple events every day of the week. It started as a fun game to play but now it is just demanding. And it is not worth it when the game crashes often and the updates are always against the players.
And all this on top of turning a pay to win game even more unfriendly to free players, it is the final straw. I am now done.

It’s frozen and won’t load. I really liked playing it, and now it’s really upsetting that it’s broken. It would be nice if there was an update.

Player experience gets worse every update
The game started off great - characters were fun, story was great. However, once that was over, the endgame became a slog with no real direction. Since then, every update seems to be a tone deaf mess of not listening to feedback and/or devs not playing their own game and understanding how these decisions reduce quality and enjoyment. Most often, a change will be made that makes the game more tedious, or to take a concept that’s fine as-is and tweak it to a worse state. Play it for free through the beginning campaign, because that’s great. Just don’t give these idiots anymore money, because they aren’t making good decisions with it.

Loved this game for a long time until they added Intel in places it don’t belong like the map.

Bait and switch tactics after spending hundreds, if not thousands of euros just to have characters nerfed within months of release
Characters and factions that players spent large amounts of money on (premium rarity, exclusive kits, marketed as high value) are repeatedly changed, rebalanced, or made non-meta, removing the value that justified the purchase.
This creates a pattern of post-purchase value removal and misleading monetization, where players pay for premium content that is later fundamentally altered.
Additionally:
• No meaningful quality-of-life updates
• Constant kit/faction changes
• Heavy pay-to-win events
• No stability in character value
This has created widespread dissatisfaction and loss of trust in the game’s monetization model.
We request:
• Compensation for affected purchases
• Transparency in balance policy
• Protection of paid character value
• Real QoL updates instead of monetization-focused content

Locked behind expensive paywall. Slight fix after the event started but if you made choices before the patch you were never going to get her. Rating will improve based on character availability going forward.

This game combines the fun of collecting DC characters with the challenge of gameplay that makes no sense. Basically they made a convoluted post apocalyptic bunker game and forced the DC characters into it. Dozens of tasks and currencies all at once and no real objective. The app developers should never work again.
Toxic Game
Tried the game but it was so P2P, not pay to win but to even play, very quickly you had to spend just to do anything on the game. Plus your ads show off such a toxic player base and tbh that’s what I found as well. Just avoid this game.
Recruitment
If you do the recruitments too fast it won’t count them all for the special character. Super lame i was saving them up to get a good character but now i have to start over
Intel points
They changed how the intel points work so now I don’t have any when I go to do the map stuff. Whatever that’s called. Kinda rendered the game useless to me. Nothing to do now.
Greedy
I loved this app. You spend a couple of bucks here and there to upgrade your heroes. However, you are required to spend intel points for additional activities. Now you have to spend more dollars to upgrades and progress. Very disappointed.
Latest patch ruined the game
Each patch is a money grab, do yourself a favor and stay away.
They only care about money
The greed is showing. I really liked it at first, but holy cow they are making it near impossible to do anything without paying. You either wait a VERY long time to do anything, or pay very high prices. It’s the only mobile game I’ve been willing to pay for leveling up, but I can’t do anymore. Uninstalled after seeing you can’t just do missions anymore without using resources. You start leveling so quick at first, and then it just comes to such a slow grind just to go up one level. I wouldn’t recommend this game to anyone. They need to make leveling more reasonable cause I spent so much time just to go nowhere and have to wait the next day just to do the same repetitive things.
Run Away
Group events are long and incredibly boring, but worse they keep changing normal gameplay to try to get people to spend more money. I’m done.
Updates
Every update the game has progressively gotten worse, whoever is updating or working on it needs to be fired. It’s hard to let go of hero’s I have put so much into but I’m at the point where it really is a waste of money continuing this game. The system is so glitched I can’t get my characters leveled up anymore, you need intel points just to breathe and they are extremely slow to get or lately getting them at all is non existent. I spend money and the f2p are even passing me up even when I stock to dump for supreme. They should put it back to what it was before the last two updates.

I don’t normally write reviews but the latest update is horrible! So apparent that the developers are squeezing whatever juice is left for Free to play options on this game. I will no longer spend money in this game
Horrible updates
Game was fun in the beginning. If you overlook the incessant cash grab, there are some fun things to do especially when you join a good league. However the past 3 months of updates have been getting worse and worse. Interestingly, if you open a Support ticket about actual bugs (with screenshots proving that they are wrong), they just shrug and just close the ticket. They do not even apologize. If you are starting out with this game, it might be best to just skip the game.
2026 is off to a rough start
I will start off by saying that I have been playing this game for quite a while, after a few months, it turns into your typical idle league game with a dwindling server player base, thus resulting in merges. They have included a few updates within the last few months. And it has impacted gameplay, rewards, and overall progress. I suggest picking up a book, and reading that instead. If you have made it this far, that is.

Another Money Grab Update
In a matter of months they decided to update another area that delays progression to get more money. At this point I wouldn’t recommend starting. There’s no way to progress as resources already take forever and now to gain a quick boost when you need it costs even more money. They also updated during a specific challenge that caused that day to fail. They don’t care about their players at all and it’s just not even fun at this point. Would give zero stars if possible.

The game was great before this latest update that forces you to spend intel points on basically everything and turns the game into a complete cash grab money pit.

It's pure horror and disrespect for the players.
I'm not a frequent gamer, especially mobile ones, but some friends invited me to play with them. Initially, the gameplay was very interesting, our league was thriving, and we invested money in the game to help the developers. But starting in October, some very strange updates aimed at extracting money began, and players gradually began to leave. The latest update, with the Dark Legion's energy, is a real slap in the face. The developers don't care about the players at all; they only care about making money now, rather than creating and improving the game for the future and for years to come. If the developers don't change anything for the players, the servers will soon be empty, and even the most desperate players with deep pockets will move on to other games.

It was fun but now every update is a cash grab
I played this for several months and the last several updates have been horrible. Most of the events are just reskinned slots. The free stuff just slowed to the point of useless. I spent quite a bit of money and I’m not going to play at all anymore.
Greedy Updates, No Late-Game Content
I’ve been playing for over a year now. The Dec 31st update might be the last straw. The update before was bad, but everyone HATES this latest one. It is without exception, worse for the players. And they haven’t raised the level cap from 35 in over half a year. Greedy Devs!
Just killed game
New update and you literally can’t play the game. Everything cost the same resource and it regens ver very very slowly. Used to play for hours now literally hop on for 30secs and all your resources are gone and you have to wait like 2 days before you get it all back.

Awful Management
This game is one of the most poorly managed games i have ever played. The devs make major changes with no warning or compensation. DO NOT spend money on this game. They will just pull the rug on you in 30 to 60 days. Its a shame too because it is fun at first and the artwork is great.

New Update Sucks!
I’ve been playing this game for a long period of time and with this new update that EVERYTHING costs intel is soooo stupid and makes this game unplayable. If this doesn’t change, I may have to call it quits on this game.
New update Changed the game for the bad
The devs are now money hungry. The only way to advance and be competitive is to pay to play. They will not listen to feedback. Using the same intel points to play multiple aspects of the game. It used to only take Intel points for one aspect. Now you have at least 3 aspects that cost points and it only regenerates 1 point every five minutes. So 1 task can cost you 3+hrs of regen time.
