Can nolonger add additional payments
Used to be able to add random additional payments, the date and amount. Can’t see that option now and it only has the monthly payment plan. Not paying to upgrade. Will delete and continue alone for free. Trip off and bad business whoever took over and changed it all.
Annoyance with app
Found it super annoying. I really liked the visuals so i bought the premium, but it is unintuitive to apply my payments. I put it in the payment tracker but nothing populates.
They scammed me!
I purchased this app many years ago for the sole purpose of being able to use it on my laptop. The other benefit would be that I could print out my snowball to have a visual to keep track of. I don’t remember what I paid, but I do remember that it was lifetime membership. Now they say I need to pay every month or year. I had even provided proof of purchase. They told me it’s different now and they won’t honor it. It’s either monthly, yearly or nothing! I realize that I am just a tiny cog in the big wheel but you used my $ to grow your business. It’s a shame because ethics is very important. You should be able to count on a business doing the right thing- not this business! If I’m going to spend the money on this why not just get the Dave Ramsey Every Dollar app. It’s the same cost and run by ethical people that won’t steal your money for a service only to bait and switch when large enough!! Stay away from this business!!🤬🤬
Not working
Stopped working
Cannot access pro after paying for one year
I upgraded to pro, but keeps my app as free member. Will not upgrade to pro after paying twice from two different devices. Rip off. Can’t get refund as not listed as refundable on App. $24:00 spent and no pro!!
Loading issue
I have subscription 5 days in and it won’t load. Closed reloaded went to Apple Store opened at still blank!!! Emails support
Selling your data
Who are they selling my data to? I have been inundated with loan scams since using this app. 5-6 calls and texts per day.
New loan
It won’t let me adjust or add new school loan without paying for pro.
It’s not working as it should.
The concept is solid, but the execution falls short. While testing different sorting options, I noticed strange inconsistencies. For example, simply sorting my debts alphabetically adds an extra year to the payoff plan…even though none of my numbers changed. Every method shows the exact same payoff timeline of 9 years and 2 months, yet somehow only one of them claims to save interest. How does that math work?
Even stranger, the “as added” option spikes my minimum monthly expense by $400, and the plan tells me to pay $900 toward a credit card whose minimum is only $30. The numbers just don’t add up, and overall the results don’t make sense.

Not worth the premium
Paid the premium. Amortization schedule but no way to add extra payment and play with it to strategies. Just get a free version then, not sure what the premium adds to it.
Do Not Download!
I got this app to track our debt. We are trying to get debt free. I paid for the subscription to get everything on the app. It worked great for one year and then totally deleted everything. Now the entire app won’t open and I’m out $25. Do not download!
Everything was great until I started paying the debt off
I enjoyed filling out all the details of money coming in… paying off my debt. Exciting. Paid for the subscription. When I came back to the app to actually pay off balances. No luck. Couldn’t figure it out. And I’m a savvy person. So confusing. Impossible to edit anything. I’m lost
Waste of time
90% of the app requires a subscription of $6 a month
Needs updated
Not working since recent iPhone update
Stole my money
I tried buying the pro subscription for 24.00 it charged me but didn’t upgrade my account so now I am out money on something that is supposed to help with debt completely stupid
Looks great, actually not
- Put in a car loan, can’t get it to do anything except “plan to pay it off it one month”
- Can’t allow for quarterly or annual payments. You can put in a “time between payments” but it doesn’t show the accumulated interest each month.
- Can’t differentiate “principal” from “current balance”.

Stupid
StWorst app ever. Can’t even create an account. Continues to send me the same verification code and then tells me it’s the wrong code. Don’t waste your time
Not happy
Paid version isn’t worth the money. I let the subscription expire as I didn’t want to pay for it and the payment plan wasn’t realistic or accurate. App hasn’t been updated or improved. Last update was 6 months ago, and had nothing to do with improving the payoff platform. After being expired for 2 months without renewal I was charged 20 bucks yesterday for the annual plan. I requested a refund and was denied. The reviews are true. Don’t trust, go old school use excel, they have great budget books on Amazon, for a lot less, or even Etsy- I found a great template for less than 2 dollars and it gave me debts, savings, and a budget spreadsheet basically an all in one.
Frustrating!
I purchased the paid version of the app (unfortunately) and entered all my debts and minimum payments. When I look at the amortization schedule for each account, it has different payment amounts randomly each month and there’s no way this is accurate. I played around with it all night trying to get the correct funding amount with no luck. Very frustrating. I was hoping for a straight forward app to track my progress but I do not trust this app is giving me correct payoff dates. Great theory for this app but it does not deliver and I’m going back to undebtit.
Poor User-ability and customization
I was unable to add one time extra payments without it affecting all future and past “minimum payments”. Not easy to add to plan or change, the only thing I see this app for is for closed loans where fixed payments are made each month.
Good and bad
It’s a good app but you have to pay after adding a few debts, it won’t allow you to add more
Do not download, they steal your money.
These people are thieves. I paid for the PRO subscription. $24.99 for the year, plus tax. I contacted support because I’m listed as a free user even after paying. I gave support all the information they required so that I could receive the services I PAID for and they told me to contact Apple to request a refund. Going to Apple, I can only access my purchases for the last month. So I’m out over $26 and can’t use what I paid for - nor does this poor excuse of a “company” do anything to restore the services I PAID for. They are thieves. Avoid them at all costs.
App
The app now all of a sudden won’t open. It’s been a week ish since I’ve been able to. When I open it it’s just a white screen
Ok at first
Was good for the first 5 minutes and now it’s constantly having a spinning circle
Completely unrealistic payment plan…
It has me paying off one debt a month without regard to how much that debt is… in June I’m supposed to be paying off a 9k credit card and then in July I guess I’m paying off a 25k credit card? If I had that kind of money, I wouldn’t be in debt… ChatGPT came up with a way more realistic plan.
Too Difficult
The price monthly or yearly isn’t terrible. The app is hard to plug in numbers! I keep deleting and try re-entering my card amount and messing with the payments bc it won’t save correctly. It’s not easily editable. Needs to be restructured completely.
Lacks editing capabilities
The app is great if you don’t have to change anything. That seems unlikely when you’re taking many years into the future. The only way you can edit payments or extra payments is by resetting your data and, even when I did that, I wasn’t able to set it up how I wanted it. Not worth my time to figure it out.
Want to love it
The thing that would make this app perfect is the ability to add transactions. Yes, the goal is to pay off debt, but in a realistic world, sometimes a charge is made. In the past when I have contacted them, they said I just have to update the overall total balance. In my opinion, this is not a solution. I want to be able to see the transaction that caused my balance to increase as opposed to just editing the balance number overall. For this reason, this app does not work for my needs.
Unrealistic debt payment plans.
Would be great if the app could give you a plan based off of your INCOME and not expect you to make unrealistically huge payments for the first months to pay off entire loans in 2 months. Kind of hard to do for someone who’s obviously struggling to make the payments in the first place and needed a DEBT PLANNER app to gain control of their debt they COULDN’T PAY.
Great until its not
This planner was great, but once you open it, it's blank. No information is displayed. I am very disappointed after paying for it.
Not worth the pro version
App offers great information to help start your journey to financial stability, but there’s no need for the pro version. If you upgrade to the $24 it’s just the free membership. If you do the $36 it’ll then give it’s access to its “pro version” essentially making the $24 worthless. More so the multiple device sharing isn’t what a consumer would want since personal information can be easily shared. I wouldn’t recommend anyone really using this. Just do a lil research online with chat forms or a free loan calculator and create a spreadsheet on your own. It’ll certainly require more effort BUT you’re financial independence requires the effort needed to be free. Wish you all the best of luck✊🏼
