Buggy and clunky.
Not a great app. I couldn’t delete or archive any deliveries so I just had a ton of already delivered packages cluttering up the Home Screen on the app. Had some other bugs as well, and was always about a day behind the curve on the actual status of the packages. Waste of money.

Long story short, I paid $9.99 for a year subscription and I regret that decision. App continues to be broke, and developer is ghosting me.
I would avoid this app. Sadly there are no decent app alternatives for unified tracking any longer, so good luck.

I really wanted to like this app, despite the fact you can only add ONE, yes ONE tracking number before having to pay. Here are the things that really need improvement before I would consider paying for the app: 1. The info cards are HUGE. Please, consider using the real estate more wisely. Some single cards take up more than half the screen on an iPhone 14 Pro Max. This is crazy. 2. The info cards do not display the most important info! For instance, USPS first class packages say "Arriving on Time", but do not indicate the expected date! You can go onto the USPS website and it will show the expected date. Also, it does not say what type of service like First Class or Priority Mail. Lastly, why is the description I add to identify the item so small, and yet the USPS Logo and name so HUGE? 3. And the ads and subscription price. I can understand ads. I can understand limiting the number of items. But to have both and then ask $9.99 per year to get rid of them is too much to ask. I'd pay MAYBE $4.99 per year, but only if some other serious issues are fixed. 4. Alternatives are an app called "Deliveries", but unfortunately they dropped support for FedEx, so of limited usefulness. You can try the app “Shop”, but it tries to do too much other stuff. I have resorted to just using the individual UPS, FedEx, and USPS apps at the moment.

No help from USPS
Minimal service! Item mailed on 9/12. No info since 9/13. Today is 9/18. This Item should be in California today. Totally unacceptable service. You offer three kinds of music for me to listen to on the phone. Who needs this? How about better tracking and better service!!!!
Subscription scam!
Unfortunately this is a scam app. Instead of doing the right thing and charging a one time
Fee to own the app, this scam tries to bill you monthly letting you only track one package at a time, then charges you more if you want to track additional packages.

Pain in the butt to manually add my individual tracking numbers.
Useless - delayed data
Tracking for me is delayed every time. I will get a package and tracking app updates hours later. Seems to be all carriers and even a reload shows still in transit while package is in my hand. Data never matches the location displayed on shipping company web site. Sadly i paid for premium. Love the design, but not good because of delayed data.
Doesn’t work anymore
I paid for this app to be add free and now since it changed names it doesn’t work at all anymore. I just get a loading screen. Tried to submit a form through the App Store repost a problem but it won’t let me.

Total Rip-off
I purchased the ad-free premium version of this app not too long ago only to now find the app I paid for now will work as is until August 2023 since they’ve since gone to the greedy subscription based pricing that all of the other parcel tracking applications have gone to.

Doesn’t work for USPS at all
I had a bunch of packages mailed from China to the US. It worked for UPS tracking numbers, but it says “no data” for all the USPS tracking numbers, even after the packages were delivered.

Add to your code to replace blanks with “”.
The predicted delivery time is silly
Why ask for tracking numbers then not use the carriers predicted delivery date. Basing it off of industry averages for deliveries in my area is silly.
Not what I expected
I thought this would be like UPS and tell you when a package is on its way but in reality you need to put in the tracking numbers.

Didn’t tell me it arrived
Downloaded both UPS app and this tracker app. When my UPS package arrived it immediately told me it arrived on UPS. However this tracker did not acknowledge any arrival. I waited for quite awhile but no delivery msg. So it’s easier to have separate accurate trackers that work then an all in one that doesn’t. If the package delivery msg is immediate than I can call a neighbor to pick it up till I get home. With all the porch thefts about, timely messaging is what I want.
Doesn’t Work
Tried app and hoped it would be a good solution to track the mini shipments I receive. As soon as I purchased the app it stopped working. I deleted and reinstalled several times crashing every time. A waste of money.
Piece of junk
I have 3 shipments coming via DHL. I tried all 3 on this useless app and each one came up as “can’t find probably has not shipped”. Very interesting because when I enter the same tracking codes on the DHL site, each one shows they’ve been shipped and where they are in transit. Was looking for 1 app that I could use for all my shipping tracking, DHL, UPS, FedEx. instead of having to go to each site individually. It ain’t this piece of junk.

I thought this would be a good solution for having to use several different shipping apps, but there are a few annoyances and a fatal flaw.
As to why this app was designed with one shipment per page, while there’s a gigantic blank space under each page baffles me. Every other shipping app provides a list you can tap to see details, and there was no reason to reinvent that wheel.
The flaw that makes this app virtually useless is that is does not consistently update when a shipment receives new information. I assume this app simply plugs the tracking number into the actual shipper’s website and displays the information provided. However, it will literally sometimes take days (if it ever correctly displays) to provide accurate tracking information. For an app this simple with such a specific purpose, not doing said one simple job makes it a one star for me (unfortunately, even after purchasing the upgraded version).

Why doesn’t the app show expected delivery date in preview or expanded view
As the subject states is a big letdown this app does not show expected delivery date in neither the preview or the expanded detailed view. So for me this app will get deleted as a result.
Facility
I have no idea where the faculties are located . It should give each city/town and state.!! No idea where my box is at the next facility could be nect door for all I know this is no good
This app is not ready
I enjoy the design, but this app is unfinished and unreliable. The shipping carrier autodetect was unable to identify both a FedEx and DHL tracking number and I had to choose them manually.
There are some typographical errors as well. With the last update being 8 months ago, I don’t anticipate it will get any better than it is currently.
